Hands down the best customer service support I have ever received from any company.

I wish the venders I deal with in my business would treat people even half as well as Watchfire treats end users. Sadly, that is not the case.

The only other company that I can think of that treats people as well as what I have been treated by Watchfire is my company!

They help their signs hold value by offering support even to a secondary owner.

Drive around town looking at LED signs. See which brands are fully functional and which ones have modules not working. I think you will find the Watchfire signs all working.
