Everyone we worked with at WES was very professional, courteous, and prompt. Christy Piscitelii, the Home Energy Specialist, was visited us and provided the project quote was very professional and friendly. Rigo, the technician who installed our new hot water heaters was very professional...did an outstanding installation in every sense.
I contacted the Washington Energy Services to replaced the water heater. They found out I had mold behind the wall. They returned to install the water heater after I fixed the problem. They did an excellent job.
We recently had a new furnace and A/C unit installed to replace the old and tired Electric Air handler and Heat Pump which was 26 years old and barely working. We had three estimates done and Washington Energy was competitive and we believed most knowledgeable regarding our installation. It turned out we were correct in our evaluation of their knowledge. The main delay was due to installation of gas service at our house. WE was able to schedule us the following week. We had anywhere from two to six or eight workers here for the two days it took to get us up and running and all work was done in a professional manner. The second day of the install they stayed until 8:00 just to make sure we had heat.
As always, highly professional, friendly service by WES. David Stockton arrived on time, did a great job on installing our water heater and had us up and running in no time. WES isn't the cheapest of the options, but their installers and customer service is worth a little extra.
I had a oil to gas conversion plus a AC unit installed. I wanted to move the furnace location so we also had to rebuild some duct work. Washington Energy was the only company that quoted me a reasonable price and did not try to jack up the price for no reason like the other 4 companies I talked with. This alone is a good reason to choose them. Their sales people are quick to respond and well educated on the products they sell. Their installers care about what they do and want to make the customer happy. They did very high quality work and made things exactly how I wanted it and even helped me plan for the future when I eventually fully finish the basement. I will be using them for future projects and would highly recommend them.
Washington Energy Service was able to do my boiler replacement for less than half of what the other guys wanted! They did a great job even with the Seattle crew having to shift their schedule, the Tacoma crew was able to fill in and they were great. I really appreciated the straight forward process. It really felt like they cared about both quality and affordability. I had a small issue with the system after the team had left, so I texted one of the workers and he called me and helped me debug the issue and we had the heat up within minutes. Above and beyond, I give them a perfect 5/7. <3

The sales man gave me a price for the standard model (14 SEER) but for$500 more I could get a better unit (16 SEER) that was more efficient. I went ahead and bought the up graded unit. After it was installed I checked all the paperwork that came with it and noticed that it was only rated at 14 SEER. I called the salesman and asked him why I didn't get the 16 SEER? He said in order to get16 SEER I would have to upgrade my furnace. I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I bought the upgraded unit and he didn't have a good answer. So basically I paid an extra $500 for something I couldn't use. Not happy!
Called on Sunday about my water heater leaking. I was given a quote, tech support for stopping the leak, and a Monday appointment for replacement. Other companies offer no emergency Sunday service. All of the customer service was professional. I was without hot water only for a short time due their quick response. I am a very satisfied customer.
They were very price competitive and professional. Competed the work quickly and exceeded expectations.
We had the annual checkup of our furnace done and are very pleased with the service we received. Technician Pat Carr was very informative and took time to explain more of the features of our newish thermostat.

8 years ago I bought a Ductless Heat Pump through a PUD energy savings program. PUD hooked me up with Washington Energy Services. They installed a Sanyo system and the system worked very well. 8 years later it started shutting down within 45 minutes of turning on. I then called Washington Energy and was told they were booked up for 2 1/2 months and I should call PUD to find someone else. PUD hooked me up with C&M who came out in less then a week. As soon as the tech walked in the door he saw the unit and said, oh we did not install that unit and have no factory support. He was very nice and said call Bobs because they are Washington Energy s sister company maybe they could help. Well a week later a Bob s tech came out and told me that Sanyo Heat Pumps went under and they could not help me and I needed to work with Washington Energy. So I called Washington Energy again and this time I got sent a tech in less then a week.
In the meantime I did research online for Sanyo and found out that those units had major failure rates which I m sure is why they went under. The tech was very nice and did his best to try to diagnose the problem with Sanyo who said the main board for the indoor head was bad and needed to be replaced. The part was $1000. Which came a few weeks later. The tech replaced the board and told me that s all I can do for you and left. 45 min. later the unit went down and here I am.
I wish Washington Energy was willing to work with me more as I believe it s just a case of the pump on the outside unit is just overheating and shutting down as it will start up once it sits for awhile. I even mentioned to the tech I was willing to consider a new unit, but never heard back from them. I did learn a lot about the industry through this whole ordeal. Ductless Heat pumps last on average 15 years mine lasted 8 so consider that when buying this expensive solution. I m not sure if my experience with Washington Energy is the same with all these installation companies but my experience was very bad. So at this point I cannot give a better rating, the one star is for he nice tech, the company gets zero.

These guys installed AC for me and replaced my furnace at the same time. Gotta' say I'm impressed. Showed up on time and always called before they got here to let me know where they were. Jon, Patrick, Gary and Travis are great to work with and all good at what they do. I was impressed with the installation they performed so am having them look into a potential plumbing issue they brought to my attention during the install.
I love the heating system, it works great. The customer service was not the best. The guys who installed it, on the last day, left with my ladder and level. They did return in a few days later, but I feel like they should have their materials labled so this sort of thing doesn't happen. I'm not sure why they were using my things to begin with. I was also told if I had questions I could call, which I did. I called on Thursday (Dec 28) and have yet to hear back from them (Jan 2). I understand they probably had the holiday off, but I got an e-mail from there both on the 28 and today pertaining to seperate things, which tells me they are in the office. My cousin used this company and raved about them, but I am not sure I would pass their name due to issues with customer service.
Your service techs are always the best and considerate. Efficiency is the key word!! our yearly maintenance appointment are done very professionally and it is always a good feeling to know that both our furnace and generator are working in tip top shape!!
WA Energy Services answered all of my questions when I was looking to replace our water heater. They were able to schedule an installation quickly, the installers were courteous, and they were relatively reasonable compared to competitors whose quotes tried to up-sell us with add-ons we didn't need. Based on my experience I would have no problems recommending them.

Everything about our experience was absolutely professional and about as easy as it could have been.
Our sales rep, Nick, was excellent to work with. Very low pressure, informative, and knowledgable.
The office staff who handled the scheduling was prompt and professional the entire time, even when I completely missed a voice mail message from them and it took me over a week to notice it. :-)
The installers were possibly the most delightful of any installers I ve ever had in y home. Brian and Matt were respectful and careful of our three indoor cats, cleaned up so well, there was no evidence they d even been here when they were done (other than the new windows), and were done ahead of schedule.
There was one problem with our order. Our bathroom window arrived without the frosted lower pane that was ordered. As soon as Brian and Matt noticed this, they put in a call to the office, and we had a replacement pane ordered within minutes. Two weeks later, another installer whose name I don t remember, came out and it took him all of five minutes to replace the clear pane with the frosted one.
I was very satisfied with the price, the professionalism, and the speed with which Washington Energy services worked, and I ll definitely be using them again for future work in my home.

Not only was he able to figure out the problem and solve it quickly, he gave me tons of super useful information regarding not only our furnace but other house stuff (I'm a new homeowner). I found in two instances, one hot water heater and one gas insert, that the company is overpriced, requires a permit for an additional cost which is not necessary. I found local businesses which offer superior products at a reasonable price.

The WES technician came by on schedule for the annual furnace maintenance which we had set up months previously. Really friendly service technician who was quick and efficient. i could not have been more pleased with the "guys" who came and did the installation of my unit. They were extremely pleased in how they handled this installation. They covered the carpet with tarts or used covers on their shoes when entering the rooms. They also wore masts which was greatly appraised. They were businesslike in going the installation. I was explained on the operation of the unit. All in all, a great experience.
Ok, so this is long overdue. Almost 8 years ago we had Washington Energy Services install a new furnace in our house. They did an inspection and gave us several quotes with options. One thing that impressed me was that they described the differences between the different brands and talked about why they use certain ones and not others. They explained they weren't always the cheapest. I have gone cheap before, and it ended up costing a lot more in the long run. We chose one that has space in the bottom for a heat pump upgrade. We plan to do that sometime soon. They showed up on time to do the installation, and did a professional job. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and we have had ZERO problems in eight years, which is exactly what we want. I would and do recommend Washington Energy Services to anyone looking for a new furnace.
We had a great experience with Washington Energy Services. We had to replace our water heater and our furnace at the same tie and worked with Charles Hassa throughout the process and he did an amazing job. From the beginning Charles explained our options in pricing and type and we never felt pressured to do a particular option. There were some glitches with City permitting and Charles explained those and worked through it with us. The installers worked efficiently and got everything done on time and were happy to answer our questions. Even after all the work was done, Charles went above and beyond by making and installing a special compartment to cover the new pipes that now came up from our chimney to make it more aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend Charles and Washington Energy Services!

Maintenance visit for ductless heat pump. Called ahead of time and arrived about an hour ahead of schedule which was fine with us. Efficient and thorough job.
Ross cleaned our heating ducts with great skill and professional manner. When I told him no air had been coming through one of our registers he took it upon himself to troubleshoot the problem which involved crawling further into a narrowing crawlspace through certain levels of rat remains to discover the duct had become disconnected. He reconnected the duct and the heat now flows freely to our bathroom. Thanks, Ross, for going the extra mile (or in this case few feet) to solve the problem.
Washington Energy came for a warranty replacement of a board for our heat pump. Apparently for this repair they are supposed to buy it direct from the manufacturer, which is out of stock. I've been waiting without our home heating/ventilation since August (the current ETA for this part is end of October). The ETA has changed several times, but it is their policy to not look for the board anywhere else.
The team arrived and started right away. They were very professional and cleaned up after they finished. I am very satisfied with the work and the team that did the installation. Thank you!
WES has been servicing our unit for years (I think even did the install) evident by the stickers all over the unit with hand written service dates. Called today for service and was told they could not find my record and as such are not accepting any new clients.

Washington Energy Services did an amazing job on our difficult water heater install job. Our water heater was installed behind the furnace in a difficult to reach location - the installers had to lift the old water heater up and over the furnace, and then lower the new one down into the same spot. Then they had to lower the metal stand so the heater could fit height-wise, and redo the earthquake straps to match the new stand height. They did an amazing job and even though it took a long time to get it right, they stood by their original estimate. Thank you!
The person doing the bid for new insulation emailed a bid that did not break down the cost item by item. I was unable to tell what the bid included. The bid price was dramatically different than other bids I procured.

Washington Energy Services has done a phenomenal job with our huge siding project. In the past 2 years, they have also done great work replacing our furnace, adding air conditioning, and replacing our hot water heater. Washington Energy installed our Daikin LV Heat Pump Mini Split AC just before the summer heat and we love it. They showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. The installers listened to our concerns and explained the operation really well. They wore masks inside which we appreciated. The pricing was competitive. The Mini Split has been keeping our place nice and cool and the outside unit is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this company!
Washington Energy Services is by far the most honest, efficient and professional companies around. We had a new hot water heater and a new A/C installed into an existing central heating/duct system and a split on the third floor. Prices beat the competition, a full crew executed on time, and even though a few adjustments were needed from estimate to execution (product placement, not cost) everything was perfect. I also had to call back for a few simple items and they were there in hours not days. We are considering using them for new windows as well, very good company to work with. Great teams.
After three week wait, the technician, after a six hour delay, informed me that my unit was not replaceable. I lost a full days work income waiting on this imbecile to do his due diligence research. I would recommend dumping these idiots.
Our windows are exactly what we expected and we are extremely happy with them. Everyone from Nick that came out to show us the windows and explain the process, to Ben the Installer and everyone in between as been great to work with and very helpful. I love the fact that I always had Nick that I could email when I had questions. There was a bit of a backlog with the windows being made but now that they are in, it was worth the wait!!
Stellar service from the quote to the finished product. We had a few things done - our furnace was already set up for A/C, done by WES back in 2008, so we need to finish out the project finally and actually install the outside condenser, the inside A/C set up, and a new condensate pump. While they were doing this, they discovered a problem with our fuse box (that was original to our 1971 home) and gave us a great deal on a new one that Lorin and Bryce just got done installing. Everyone was professional, respectful of our home and yards, fast, thorough and downright fun to work with. The whole project was not cheap - about $16,000 total, but done right and on our time frame, and at the midway point for bids. We would, and will, absolutely use them again!
From start to finish the servicing and repair of my fireplace was thoroughly done. The technician arrived on time and went to great lengths to fix the problem as well as an extensive cleaning of the entire fireplace. I will use WES again!
After reviewing bids from five different heating companies we decided to go with Washington Energy Services. Our information/sales person was Rick Ranniger who was by far the most knowledgeable and practical person encountered in our search. He gave us a concrete no frills estimate of what would be practical in our circumstance together with options. As we were without heat, he put us on a cancelation schedule.

She answered all my questions clearly and timely. The quote was in paper (not texted or verbal) (2) This is a local business since the 50s. They are not a national chain. (3) Their price was reasonable (not the lowest but the 2nd lowest). (4) They can install in the very next day.
When the service crew came, they are very professional too, finished installing the new water heater in 2.5 hours. The installation also included earthquake straps, drain pan, etc. I am not an expert, but the area was clean and tidy. Let's see how long this water tank will last.

My fireplace insert has been out of service since November. The unit is less than two years old, and each time a technician comes out, he has a new diagnosis. Each time the part must be specially ordered and I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for service. No complaints about service people, but the process to get repairs makes me regret ever having done business with this company.

Permits pulled by Washington Energy Services and city inspection passed with no issues. The entire process was seamless and cost less expensive than competitors.

He thoroughly checked my year old system (which I love) and the water pressure coming from my well. He said everything was working as it should be.
