We thanked him and said we wanted to drive the Rogue to compare, He drove us there and because it was a Walser he could test drive it too! We ended up buying the Nissan from Aldo! My experience was excellent! I began looking for a new car about 4 months ago , I had no idea how much technology had advanced since I bought my car 12 years ago! I began at Nissan looking at the Rogue and Eric Gordon came over and I said I was looking for updates in technology . I was in no hurry my car was in good condition with 83,000 miles! Eric explained everything and we went on a ride; I liked the car and all of the features were amazing! However I wanted to see more; so I went to 15 different dealerships drove them all and got all the techie updates; but I kept comparing it to the Rogue and the value! Well I went in talked with Eric Gordon and took another Rogue for a rude, a red one and went to the lot to look at all the colors and options! Did I tell you that Eric Gordon is the kindest, patient, full of knowledge , not pushy but the best salesperson! So I bought a Rogue SL in Black! I am just getting use to going from a sedan to an SUV, but so far it is perfect! We generally do not like shopping for a new vehicle but the staff at Walser made the experience less stressful. We were impressed that the sales staff was more focused on finding the correct vehicle for us instead of trying to make an immediate sale. Our sales person, Trisha, was very patient as were we making our decision and was very helpful with her knowledge of cars we were interested in. When we found out the details of the warranty they offered to us we knew we wanted to make our purchase at Walser.
Joe was super helpful and he really knows the cars and products at Nissan. This really helped me find the car I wanted. He asked the right questions and provided the necessary information/answers I needed in order to make the right choice for a car. It also really helped that Joe provided me unbiased opinions and facts that would help me pick a car that fit me the best. Sadly I couldn't take the car home today, but someday...
I now understand why there are so many 5 star ratings! Nothing like being put on the spot with your dealer asking you to just rate him a 5 because he gets paid for 5 star ratings. I originally had a 5 star because he was sitting across from me but am changing it to how I truly feel.
I have owned many cars and have worked with Walser before and had great experiences, but unfortunately this one has been a nightmare! I should have known during our test drive when we had to stop to fill up with gas and our dealer took so long in the gas station and came out with his iced coffee. Where's the professionalism? I ended up leasing a 2016 Murano, which I love! However, the one that I wanted apparently had been left outside in the rain with the windows openn, so there was a slight musty smell to it. The dealership reassured me they would be able to get the odor out, and for some reason they couldn't, we would deal with it then. I agreed, as I really liked the color combo. Between the time they came to get the car and when I bought it, I noticed some of my interior fabric by the passenger window was wet from being outside. I informed them when they called to schedule pick up, and was told they would look into it. After detailing the car, they told me that Nissan had not assemble the sunroof drain properly do water was pooloing instead flushing out. I get my Murano back and when they had reassembled it, it was not put back together properly! There is a gap between my dash and window frame, it is suppose to be flush. Also, there was still an underlying musty smell since the mats were put back in wet! I called the dealership on Friday and asked to speak to the manager but he was gone so she said she would leave an urgent message for him. Dud he call? No, so i droveback down to Walser Saturday and wanted a new car or an immediate resolution. I was given the run around and told how they can't exchange cars, so much for the 30 day guarantee! They gave me winter mats which seemed to resolve the musty odor and was told they would call me Monday to schedule a time to come and get my car. They apparently didn't seemed to rushed as the called Wednesday. Now, someone was suppose to get my car this morning at 10, and by 3:30, I called. They forgot! Really?? The leadership team at this Walser has completely dropped the ball! I will most likely deal with other Nissan dealers in the future if this is what this company finds acceptable!
My apologies for not doing this sooner! Leased a brand new 2016 Rogue with the family pacakge and our customer specialist Brittany Grengs was great! They had to get the car from another dealer in the Twin Cities area and got it in quickly for me. So far we love the new ride and its working out great for us, thank you!

I went there on a Saturday to just take a look at cars and to see my options. When we first walked in Dan Olson immediately saw our faces and that we might be new to this and greeted us with generosity and professionally. We told him what we were kind of looking for, our price range, our type of car and he immediately was able to pull up options. I told him before how when I first bought my car I was by myself and I got scammed. He never rushed me, he never made me feel pressured. I was there for a total of 6 hours trying to figure out what I wanted to do. After waiting and driving my car, I decided that it was the one. Over all, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Burnsville location if you are looking for a new card. Bought a used car from them! They made the entire process very simple from the first greeting to the delivery of my car. I love that I didn t have to be handed off from one person to the next. My sales person was the person who helped me with the car, squared away my financing, and helped with signing the paperwork! I didn t once feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.
They even went beyond that because after I bought the car, I discovered a vibration at higher speeds. I didn t drive it that fast when I test drive it and that was my fault, but they worked quickly to get me new tires for my car. They didn t have to do that, but they went above and beyond to make my a happy customer. Thanks!
This dealership has top-notch service. I had a great experience when I leased my Juke a few years back, and superior service from Jarid Severson when I returned to buy the car recently. He spent a lot of time with me, explained all my options and even helped hook me up with some desperately needed new tires. It always feels like you're working with someone who's looking out for you! That's a big deal for a female consumer -- it's easy to feel intimidated and wary at a dealership. Here the atmosphere is light, friendly and relaxed. I will say that I was not a quick decision maker as I've tried to be more mindful of big purchases over the years, but Matt was very patient, and didn't pressure me. But he did educate me and keep me in the loop on options available in my price range, and on what Walzer offered that set them above the competition. I purchased my Murano and LOVE it! Mark I was really over the top helpful. My husband and I came in to buy a car after looking for months. We saw a couple that we liked, while Mark ran the financing, we ran out for a few hours to get some errands done. I highly recommend Walser Nissan. My 14 year old car was nearing the end of it's usefulness, so I went in, looking for a Rogue. I was greeted by Matt W., who became our sales associate. He answered all my questions, explained things in clear terms (vs. complicated jargon and/or vague details), and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision that day. (This was a Saturday). I returned with my husband the following Monday, ready to make a decision. After weighing all options, we decided to lease a new Rogue. While this is/was our first time doing a lease, vs purchasing outright, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Matt explained everything and really eliminated those concerns for us. It's been about a week in the new vehicle and we are still as happy as day one.

Jarid went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable and educated on it. Loved how we got a tour of the automotive center.

Ted Roughton did a great job going the extra mile to make a bad situation with an expensive repair much more bearable. Ted offered some great advice about contacting Nissan corporate and went to bat to get them to help cover an expensive repair that was just a few thousand miles out of warranty.
Additionally, there was some confusion about the rental arrangement and Ted made it right.

Brought my 2013 Altima in for service on April 30th. While waiting I was strolling around the showroom. Jeff Overbo stopped me and introduced himself and asked if I was looking for a new car. I said I was only in for service. He suggested maybe I can get into a 2015 Altima. I thought why not, I have some time to just check it out but I was insistent that my monthly payments can't be more than what I'm paying now. Well Jeff made it happen! I never expected to drive out of the dealership in a 2015 Nissan Altima and paying $15/mo LESS than my current lease! Jeff made it a pleasurable buying experience, he's friendly, makes you feel comfortable and is tuned into the customers wants and needs. Their service department is top notch too. Easy to get an appointment, don't normally have to wait too long. Would definitely buy again from this dealership and also ask for Jeff Overbo!!
