I now understand why there are so many 5 star rati...

I now understand why there are so many 5 star ratings! Nothing like being put on the spot with your dealer asking you to just rate him a 5 because he gets paid for 5 star ratings. I originally had a 5 star because he was sitting across from me but am changing it to how I truly feel.

I have owned many cars and have worked with Walser before and had great experiences, but unfortunately this one has been a nightmare! I should have known during our test drive when we had to stop to fill up with gas and our dealer took so long in the gas station and came out with his iced coffee. Where's the professionalism? I ended up leasing a 2016 Murano, which I love! However, the one that I wanted apparently had been left outside in the rain with the windows openn, so there was a slight musty smell to it. The dealership reassured me they would be able to get the odor out, and for some reason they couldn't, we would deal with it then. I agreed, as I really liked the color combo. Between the time they came to get the car and when I bought it, I noticed some of my interior fabric by the passenger window was wet from being outside. I informed them when they called to schedule pick up, and was told they would look into it. After detailing the car, they told me that Nissan had not assemble the sunroof drain properly do water was pooloing instead flushing out. I get my Murano back and when they had reassembled it, it was not put back together properly! There is a gap between my dash and window frame, it is suppose to be flush. Also, there was still an underlying musty smell since the mats were put back in wet! I called the dealership on Friday and asked to speak to the manager but he was gone so she said she would leave an urgent message for him. Dud he call? No, so i droveback down to Walser Saturday and wanted a new car or an immediate resolution. I was given the run around and told how they can't exchange cars, so much for the 30 day guarantee! They gave me winter mats which seemed to resolve the musty odor and was told they would call me Monday to schedule a time to come and get my car. They apparently didn't seemed to rushed as the called Wednesday. Now, someone was suppose to get my car this morning at 10, and by 3:30, I called. They forgot! Really?? The leadership team at this Walser has completely dropped the ball! I will most likely deal with other Nissan dealers in the future if this is what this company finds acceptable!
