I worked with John Tower and Leo Sandoval getting my vehicle after a terrible accident. I am grateful and blessed to have their help. I will forever be a Walser Nissan customer.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase at Walser Nissan Burnsville, and the only place I will buy a vehicle. I worked with Justin Lavey and he was absolutely incredible, and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Very appreciative for everything!

I stopped by last Saturday and the team at Walser Nissan in Burnsville continually provides excellent service, especially Matt Wieczorek. Matt is knowledgeable, very helpful and fun to work with. Brent Fangel knew I have worked with Matt a few times and took the time to introduce himself. I will continue to spread the word and send more friends to Matt W. and the team at Walser Nissan in Burnsville.

I recently purchased my first brand new car from Diego at Walser Nissan. Diego was great while I decided if I wanted to pull the trigger or not. I appreciated his patience and lack of pressure. I was also able to get a model that had more features than expected at a great price. I recently had to start bringing my old car to Walser and have been impressed with their service department as well which helped me decide that this was a great team! If you stop in, ask for Diego!

Just bought a Used Honda CR-V! The staff were all very polite, especially Trisha Lemieux! She went over all the items I would be interested in on the vehicle, ensured that both key fobs were working for me, and that the car was cleaned and washed before I drove away! She even helped me clean out my car! I felt comfortable at the dealership, no high pressure sales. I was offered and had water and snacks, there was Caribou coffee and hot chocolate as well. Thank you Trisha for making this big step for me go so smoothly!

The level of service is unsurpassed. Everyone, from the appointment person (phone) to the service representative (Brandon) was extremely cordial to me. The service was provided in a timely manner and at Walser, I never feel that I am being sold parts and/or service that I do not really need. I also feel that I can come in with any automotive concern and that it will be taken care of. (I have come in with low tire pressure - no problem!) I am not in the market for a new vehicle right now (I take care of my Nissan and it is a great car,) but should I change my mind I would not even consider a different brand or dealer.

I never felt pressured to make decison before I was ready to purchase. Many different cars out there to buy. I am confident I bought the right car for me and am VERY happy with my Maxima. Eric has always been the most friendly and honest service advisor that I have EVER dealt with. I look forward to having him as my Service Advisor, and frankly get bummed when someone else checks me in. I will be completely honest here, Eric is the reason why I continue to use Walser Nissan service for my vehicle. I gladly pay the higher amounts for my routine maintenance.

Time estimates for service-while-I-wait were accurate. Service managers were friendly and informative. Dealership's customer lounge is clean and comfortable with adequate spaces to work; the coffee and snacks are welcome.

When my car got towed there a few weeks ago, he saw me walk in, jumped up immediately, and wanted to make sure everything was ok since I wasn't with my car. We just bought our 9th and 10th vehicles. That should tell you how happy we have been with Walser Nissan over the years. Everything about this dealership exceeds my expectations. Service is fantastic, Jarid did a fantastic job of explaining the new features of my car and really took the time to listen to my husband in his needs for his next vehicle. He is swift and efficient. And the management team is wonderful. I have never felt pressured or walked away feeling that I didn t get the best deal possible. Everyone there is so nice and wonderful that we feel like we are family when we walk in the door.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service rep was cordial and prompt. Once work was completed, I drove home and later went to run an errand and noticed that the cabin filter cover was laying on the floor on the passenger side. Since I didn't know where to replace it I went back to the service department and had them put it back on. (This of course took another 40 minutes plus the time to/from the dealership) Then when I got home I noticed a screw laying on the floor of the passenger side. I have no idea where it came from or what it's for but was tired of running back & forth.
My previous experience with the service dept was much better. Technicians should always check the surrounding area of the work to make certain the vehicle is as it should be.

Just an oil change, but every time I have gone into this location, staff is always quick to greet and assist. Anytime I have had an issue beyond the norm, they have always been willing to figure out the best and least expensive way to get things fixed, which is greatly appreciated! I don't ever feel like they are trying to upsell me when I come in.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. I worked with Trisha Lemieux and Narin to buy a used Legacy. Trisha went the extra mile by finding me a hoist to inspect the car from the underside. I had questions that Dan the used car manager was brought in to help with. He was very helpful as well. Trisha ended taking the car to the Subaru dealer for a certified technician to inspect and OK my concerns. She went above and beyond to help put together this deal. I felt she was constantly looking out for my best interest during the entire process. I am very happy with the car and the sale.

Narin is absolutely amazing. I walked in, told him my needs in a car, he found a car for me, and I pulled off the lot with it. Very easy unpreasured process. Before you pull off the lot Brent and Devin make sure you understand every feature of the vehicle and how to use them! I highly recommend you coming to this location specificly, only if you'd like to get into a car fast and easy. Whatever investment it'll take for you to get here will be totally worth it!

Terrible experience. I have put down a deposit on a car on Friday. Called the dealer next day right when they opened. Confirmed availability with TWO sales reps, then when I wanted to finalize the purchase, a third person on the phone told me it sold this morning and my deposit will be refunded. What?! This is a scam place. On top of that, the first sales person was clueless about Nissan backed power-train warranty. She did not know it exists and needed to check on it. Really? Wasted a lot of time arranging an out of state transport. Should have gotten a clue about the sub-standard service when they would not call me and all three contacts were initiated by me only. Save yourself time and look elsewhere or at least in person only.
