I had a very good experience working with Walser Nissan. The salesman, Vaki Tor, was very patient and understanding. He went the extra mile for us by going to another Walser dealership, on a busy Saturday, to get a car for us to look at. I would recommend both the dealership and the salesman.

Brought my vehicle in with vibration issues and some other recurring problems. Paid a healthy amount and got a suggestion to replace my brand new tires. I declined.

Thought I'd get a second opinion and went to another Nissan dealership. They rebalanced and rotated. With an oil change I spent half as much as I paid for the recommendation here. Everything feels better now.

Additionally, I was looking things over after my visit at Burnsville Nissan and found the ridge near the reinforced tabs for lifting the vehicle were bent and paint was missing. Guess they missed the correct spot and crunched the rail. Stoked to see the rust begin this winter! ... don't go here

Great experience with Matt Wieczorek. 10/10 would buy from again. He greeted me right from the moment I stepped onto the lot and made the experience of buying my first car an exciting yet very relaxed ordeal. I could tell he was very genuine and wanted me to leave a happy customer. Everything was explained in as much detail as needed and there was no need for rushing or high pressure sales. Very fine job.

In the last 10 years my wife and I have purchased 4 autos from John Tower and Walser Nissan. Most recently a new Rogue and new Altima. Each time it has been a pleasurable buying experience. John has gone out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of and all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. Each time we come in for maintenance we stop to say Hi. We trust his experience and value his friendship. John never disappoints. We will be back and John will be our go to guy.

We were in Minneapolis on a weekend trip and our driver window relay broke at 5pm on a Friday night so we couldn't roll up our window and rain was coming. The service department got us in, got our car fixed and got us back on the road to enjoy our weekend by 6pm. We are so thankful and grateful for the amazing and friendly service! Highly recommend.

Had to deal with service department couple of times. Firstly, some issues on new Murano are "working as designed" (despite making no sense at all to all the people but the service rep). Car is not washed after any service (or maybe just warranty repairs?). I will look elsewhere for next issues (which I'm sure I will experience with the Nissan quality nowadays).

My 3rd vehicle purchase from Walser Nissan Burnsville was just as pleasant as my first. Thank you, Gil Vargas, for your great attention to detail and your good nature through the process from start to finish!

The place was nice but the person I dealt with was way too serious and was more concerned with telling me the things I was saying I was looking for were "wrong". I'm not sure how my opinion about what I wanted in a vehicle and my two vehicle types were wrong, but eventually we settled on one and drove it, and told him I needed a bit more time to have the amount to get the car but would be back to get it. It was very awkward for him to sit there and try to talk me into spending money I told him I did not currently have. In addition, he didn't seem to have any skills in basic listening, as I told him I wanted a used car and he began by telling me he thought the car I was looking for was "too expensive for someone my age"... That made me feel very awkward from the very start.

Loved the cars tho and will likely be back to purchase. Maybe not from this guy though unfortunately. I felt very out of place with him

Just purchased brand new Nissan Rogue from Matt W. in Burnsville--- FANTASTIC service and teriffic experience!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

We stopped in this past weekend to trade in my leased Rogue. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to turn it in right away but Walser Nissan was very accommodating. The General Manager, Brent Fangel and our customer service agent, Mark Thammavongsa, worked really hard to get us in the price point that we needed. We have been very happy with our new Rogue the past few days and appreciate the customer service we were given at Walser Nissan.

Gil was great to workwith, no pressure sale which we loved.

Their service department is awful. I had water getting in the back of my car and damaging the liner on my roof. I brought it in here and they charged me $100 and told me that they couldn t find a leak and that they only tried dumping water on it. The provided no solution to the problem or even where I could go to get it fixed.

We were greeted at the door by Gil Vargas. He took good care of us. Found the car we wanted, talked us through options without pressure, found a financing solution, provided snacks and coffee, and so on. Not only did we get what we wanted sooner than we expected, we also had a great time. 6 stars for Gil!

Matt Wieczorek helped us buy a sweet Nissan Altima. He was very easy to work with, explained our options thoroughly and was patient while we weighed our options and made our decisions. Highly recommend the dealership and Matt W for your next purchase.

Don't trust any positive review you find on Walser. Our sales associate begged us for a review before the sale was even final and we obliged because he was nice and the experience had been pleasant.

Every thing that came after the ink drying on the sales document was a complete and total disaster.

If you think buying from a large auto group like Walser means that they have integrity and will stand behind the vehicles they sell you are dead wrong (believe me I fell for it too, the sales team does a great job selling that their buying experience is different).

I got the run around when I tried to have a minor fix taken care of and after 3 visits just gave up and got it fixed somewhere else.

I have a lifetime powertrain warranty complements of Walser but after seeing how well they stand behind their vehicles over immaterial matters I have no faith that my highly advertised LIFETIME warranty will amount to anything should I need it.

Both Gil Vargas and Narin Sok were great in my purchasing process! I came in at short notice so Gil with another client but he set me up and continously checked in on progress while I worked with Narin who was fantastic, very detailed and attentive, I completed my entire process with Narin! I was able to walk away with better car (new) and much better financing then what I originally applied/was approved for. I actually learned few thing for future buying experiences. One thing I will note is I bought my car new but with hail damage which they are fixing, however it's a bit uneasy while I wait to ensure ALL is fixed 100% (crossing my fingers there will be no issues, I guess if there are I'll follow up on my review). It may be way better to have dealership fix those cars first and then, after put for sale to avoid this uneasiness. I know they said to not worry, but I'm sure process will way harder if there things are not 100% fixed and I need appeal after purchasing, but like I said, I hope my fixing experience will be as good as the sale process :)

Worked with Vaki Tor to buy a Nissan Rogue. Vaki was personable and helpful during the process. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in sorting out the various financing options and discounts available to me. Received a fair value on my trade-in and with additional cash down got my monthly payment to basically the same amount I was paying on my previous car. All in all, an enjoyable experience. The paperwork always seems to take forever, but Vaki was able to make even that an easy experience!

Came here to buy a used car, so far so good. Trisha helped me out; very helpful and professional. Will update once I have my mechanic check the car over.

Update: Car didn't end up working out for me based on what my mechanic found, and the dealership stuck to their word with the promises they made me regarding bringing it back after a couple days if it didn't fit my parameters. I would go back again if they had something that caught my eye!

Explained what I was looking for in a car and Leo discussed several options with me. Decided on a 2014 Hyundai Elantra which was at the dealership in Owatonna. Leo went with me to Owatonna so I could test drive the car. Leo was very patient and if he didn't know the answer to a question I asked he knew who to call to get my questions answered right away. Was very impressed with the service I received from Leo and will go back to Walser when I'm ready for another upgrade. I love my new car.
