Ted Roughton did a great job going the extra mile to make a bad situation with an expensive repair much more bearable. Ted offered some great advice about contacting Nissan corporate and went to bat to get them to help cover an expensive repair that was just a few thousand miles out of warranty.

Additionally, there was some confusion about the rental arrangement and Ted made it right.

It was clear that Ted understood my situation and was willing and able to do whatever he could to make it better. Thanks, Ted!
