I had the pleasure of working with Joshua Henderson. Joshua went above and beyond. He had hit every single core value that Walser looks for that was listed on the back of his card (He exceeded every category to be exact). I would recommend him to anyone. Joshua went out of his way to get my lease traded in early and into a vehicle I wanted. Not only did he work with the GM to get the monthly payment and rate that was attainable, he worked with me to even get the color I wanted. To Josh, it wasn't just a sale of a car. It was personal and but me as a customer first. He was more excited then I was for such a life change. Every customer service associate should follow his leadership in the way he treats customers. Thank you so much Joshua for all your time, patience, and help. As always I will continue to work with Walser on all my vehicles.
