We where there over a Shabbos and loved the decor and amenities provided. Staff is unbelievable friendly and accommodating, rooms are gorgeous and comfortable.
Only issue we had is with the food (which we are sure will get better with time)
1) they didn't tell us you need to "reconfirm" that were coming for the meals after we paid for it, so when we got there, hungry and tired, they did t have a table for us, so after a half hour wait they out us in a different section, not the main.
2) The food itself was below average, Friday night was ok, decent menu and decent food, 7/10.
Shabbos morning buffet was literally below expectations, they gave a lot, but most of it including deserts where nothing to brag about 5/10

(wait staff was amazing though, always trying to accommodate)

We did have an amazing time there and we'll probably stay there again when we return, but hope the food will be better by then..

I'm on an extended stay here so I'll get plenty of time to enjoy this wonderful hotel. The service is top notch and the bar stays stocked...the bartenders are on point and can make anything you want with a Professional demeanor. My view from the 9th floor is breathtaking with all the history here. Very close to the Old City and the night life. Walking to any destination in town is no issue. Bring good walking shoes. There is a mall very close that has alot of options if you forgot to pack something like a rain jacket.

Beautiful hotel 5 star it's located at the centre of the city and their is a lot of comfort. Only there's a ton of food varieties but it doesn't help your health care or contribute to your body care. Majority of the food served is salty which will damaged your kidneys or too sweet developing diabetes. So it's a choice to make.

This is the best hotel to stay while in Jerusalem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and included. There is also a pickup limo service directly from plane side with expedited process through customs.

Fabulous hotel, close to the most cultured millenary stone wall of Judaism.
Near the historic center of Jerusalem.
Impeccable service, spacious room and nice restaurant.
It is always a pleasure to visit the Israeli capital and it is a pleasure to have found this enchanting hotel.

We have traveled all over the world and can say without a doubt that this was the best hotel we have ever experienced. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff in every department we encountered (restaurants, front desk, bellboy, housekeeping) were pleasant, professional and always eager to go the extra mile.
The location is excellent and within walking distance to the old city, restaurants and shopping

I've never stayed here but I've eaten here a few times. Very expensive but high quality and very attentive service. Just to sit in the lobby is fun and beautiful. I've had friends stay here with points and they had the most amazing time with a huge fresh breakfast.

We ate at the dairy restaurant. A dream of flavors, cleanliness, service and atmosphere. I did not think I could eat something else after such a good experience, and I was very honored by Chef Itzik Mizrahi-Barak, and we felt the art and the feeling through the menu and what we ate.

The structure of the hotel and the cleanliness of course are as high as expected .. but the food is a big disappointment ..
We arrived at Corona time so there was table service and anyway the selection is very very small and non standard
The food served was also at the level of a medium and low hotel .. neither fresh nor tasty food
In short, not recommended during the corona period!

A beautiful and quality hotel, for the information of the guests in the lobby - the dishes are expensive.
It is strange and disappointing that in a hotel of this level there is no answer to vegan dishes

Hi.

Hi.

Im studying in yeshiva, near to the Western Wall and would like to join in your GYM for 1-2 Months.

Do you gave any special offers, promotions for yeshiva students and how much will cost the GYM mountly membership?

Do you have a free trial visit?

We walked in at 4AM and instantly impressed with lobby, it is grand and so elegant. The breakfast is phenomenal, the best I ve ever seen in this region and Europe. The people go out of their way to please you. We had trouble with rooms and they switched us. The location is great and close to Old City, which we go to everyday. My daughter lost her sunglasses when we departed but they found it and mailed it to us.

A Best Hotel we have used across the world and it s located in the Just centre point of holy city Jerusalem with some five kinds of accommodation to suit different client needs...we stayed in Delux Room but it was like a mini suit size wise and the aminities are awesome... the staff is courteous and the go a mile more to satisfy you ... the breakfast is one of its kind world apart and the restaurants are fine...everyone would cherish the memories staying over here even for a day...

5 Stars stay!! Free upgrade to One Bedroom Suite as a Gold member, Wine and Deserts as a gift for our 20th friendship anniversary, The Hotel has a great location and is well designed with an amazing attention to details.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
( Had an issue with the payment when we checked out, The team in the reception solved it quickly in a polite and a respectful way)

Food in Both Dinner and Breakfast was Delicious and variety was good as well despite both being served on Shabbat.

Probably the best overall Hotel experience in Israel and aligned with the world top class hotels standard.

Highly recommended
Will be back again for sure

A beautiful hotel inside and out. Pleasant atmosphere. Almost aristocratic but not snobbish ... very aesthetic. net. Works of art worth seeing ... even for a special visit. The food is delicious. Reasonable prices as in a good restaurant outside.
Just a treat for the eye and the soul.
