We stayed here a year ago for a pampering dinner with Marco who works at the hotel as a meat expert..It was a dreamy and stunning evening ... a parade of dishes that are one of the most stunning of the other. Each dish was served with accompanying wine and a detailed explanation of the dish. It was an amazing evening. A parade of luxurious dishes, the hotel is strictly kosher and has repeatedly broken the thought that it is difficult to serve fancy dishes and gourmet ingredients. Amazing and recommended.

A hotel located in the center of the city is adjacent to Mamilla and next to everything
Service at the hotel is not linked. Therefore, anyone looking for a pampering hotel with warm hospitality is less than the place.
The bathroom in the room was from the SHL-L like in the movies-huge, spacious, all marble, with a bathtub and a shower with a rain head, two sinks and a bathroom with a non-transparent door.
The best breakfast I ever ate instead of hospitality!

What can I say that hasn t already been said about this masterpiece of a hotel? But here s the hidden secret: the entire State of Israel is with an 8 minute walk from here. Walk up to the corner and you can take the trolley Machane Yehuda or to the train where you can go to Tel Aviv or a bus to the Dead Sea or to northern Israel or anywhere you want to. Want to walk? You re 10 minutes to Jaffa gate and the wonders of the old city.

Breakfast on Saturday is disappointing. We booked the room through booking at a price of 1611 shekels per night. The hotel without "blinking" tried to charge in the amount of 3800 shekels, luckily we got on it instead .. Be careful!

Amazing

The hotel itself is beautiful,

The hotel itself is beautiful,
Perfectly designed
Gives a sense of Europe, in terms of everything
There really is a feeling that they have thought of every detail
But that's a big but
The hotel is consistently losing and losing its unique character
For the simple reason that today he is only an ultra-Orthodox
Secular or religious will simply not feel comfortable in this hotel
And it is a pity that for small interests of money the hotel with this amazing potential loses the good customers.

Great hotel. Beautifully designed. Attention to details. We had a problem with room and got upgraded to another room. Service is as it should be in a luxury hotel. For some odd reason they still didnt build a swimming pool. The milky restaurant is very tasty however the meaty restaurant is way below par. Breakfast was very tasty and in abondance. Great location!

It's a Waldorf, so you know... Gotta live up to the srandards. But being so close to the epicenter of the Middle East makes it that much more special!! Loved every second in those heavenly beds, and every bite of those royal meals.

The Hotel is so beautiful & modern. Excellent service. Adnan is a unique individual. Terrific breakfast buffet & classy. The Americain coffee is the best. Only wish we could have a buffet instead of a menu for Friday Shabbat Sudda. Morrocain salads, fish & meat dishes. Merci beaucoup!

Stayed here for a Bar Mitzvah trip. Staff and service is top notch, the room is luxuriously appointed, and the location near the old city can't be beat. Definitely not your usual Israel hotel!
