Took a coffee and a cheese cake there, beautiful place. The service was optimal
I just had a delicious lunch at the dairy restaurant in the Waldorf Astoria with my Aunt and Uncle. The service was warm and friendly and they happily adapted their food to my special dietary requirements. In addition, one of us dropped something in the restaurant which they found and are holding for us to pick up. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful to us. I will definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends and will return again to enjoy their tasty food.
A very high line hotel. Good quality and good food always a delight
A luxurious and luxurious place in the heart of Jerusalem, close to many central and beautiful places.
The modern hotel is an old American brand of high quality
Very nice hotel but i do not get to work bc months is not a response Continent documents for security is not a pleasant attitude from the approach of they are at all we want to work and give professional service with previous experience lots of time in hotels rope thank you very much every day fell
Snuck in to use the bathroom . Looks super fancy if you can afford it.
The hotel is luxurious and beautiful. All the hotel employees are dressed in black suits and from whom I have seen polite and nice. Delicious but not cheap food
Best hotel ever been too they really have a nice lobby
We drank a cocktail, a very special and prestigious atmosphere, slow but meticulous service, prices in the sky - for us it was a special and successful pastime.
Excellent service, amazing view to city Jerusalem everything is neat and clean and very beautiful.I liked so much.Thank you so much Israel and waldorf astoria Jerusalem.
Very nice quiet place to have a drink. Great service!!
bad bad nasty people no service they are like animals I camed to eat breakfast and they kicked me out like a dog the worst hotel I saw in my life I had never seen before such bad service in a hotel and nasty people working there I wouldn't recommend no one to go to this hotel
Unbelievable story about so called 'Palace' restaurant:
Mid week, mid day, we made a reservation.
Arriving- no host.
We sit down, total ignorance.
We wave, alas, someone arrives.
Tea? Hot water (boiling!). I think I see a mint leaf floating on its own..
Sugar. / .sweetener? Not at the Waldorf..
Pasta? we ask why the long wait (see half empty restaurant..);
He replies :"It is still in the kitchen"
Wow, I'm glad he was around, now everything is clear.
Dry, small portion / or ravioli floating in some white liquid..,
Take away cheese cake?
7 Eleven have nicer takeaway dishes , and more reasonable portions.
Price , now you re talking Waldorf! Over $ 120!
YES, 400+ Israeli Shekels, for less than mediocre food, & service.
A bunch of amateurs with white shirts.
Clueless ( didn t even know how to place a plate on the table), & slow ( place was half empty).
Ah yes, they said they were sorry.
*****Followed up with a complaint email, and was GUARANTEED GM answer...*******
Not at the Waldorf Jerusalem, they know better..
New hotel to the highest standards. Impressive structure.
A really beautiful and prestigious place ... and the price accordingly
Beautiful and so helpful with everything. Food was delicious.
Reception to a lukewarm hotel, without providing complete and basic information without leading questions, as expected from a hotel that is perceived as leading and prestigious.
To the question about a recommended restaurant, we received an answer, that there are no leading chef restaurants in Jerusalem.
Cozy and clean maids.
The reservation does not state that the spa and pool are inactive.
Good atmosphere and high level public telegrams ultra-Orthodox style
the hotel is luxurious and the rooms excellent for a 5 star hotel, as pegas do not speak spanish improper of a hotel of this category and the hotel is under minimum in sabat thing I do not understand,
Amazing hotel, accommodations and staff. I booked the cheapest suite they had and it was still incredible. The room had a bath, shower, Nespresso machine, safe, free high speed internet, and floor to ceiling windows. Bed is super comfy and they have good quality sheets and pillows.
Amir was the receptionist who checked us in- he was super friendly and welcoming. He answered all of our many questions, and even got us into our room early!
While we were staying at the hotel, we wanted to see Mount Olive. Daniel a the concierge desk made the process super easy for us. There was a lot of back and fourth about timing, but he was patient with us and able to accommodate every request.
I must also mention the staff at the Kings Court dining area. Our Hostess Hazar was incredible. Even though it was not her job, she put our order for coffee and tea in and brought it to us with delicious snacks.
All in all, this isn't just an incredible hotel, all of the staff are all-stars!
The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of a room service order I made. I ordered a Pea soup and it had an obnoxious amount of pepper in it. So much pepper that I could barely taste the peas in the soup. Not cool Mr. Chef. How could you not taste your soup before sending it out?
Five stars in everything. Location, food, rooms, attention, atmosphere. Fantastic, make you want to return again and again
We stayed at the hotel on Saturday it was lovely but unfortunately the meal was very meager the bread was dry on the grounds that Saturday and that is what (in my life I did not eat in dry bread on Saturday and we keep grammar) There was no choice as breakfast usually and there were waiters and no bar (because of the corona) That's fine - but when there are 2 waiters on 10 tables you have a cold coffee or ask for something and just forget about you.
In one word, wow, and the proximity to Mamilla and the Western Wall is a whole
Very cool place, I liked everything in comparison with most hotels in Israel, this will be one of the best, the rooms are large and comfortable, people are all welcoming, only the view from the window is a little sad but this generally does not make you think about something bad!
Relatively new hotel in Jerusalem. Lower public areas are most impressive of any luxury hotel I have ever been in the world. A must see and visit. I have not stayed in this hotel so I can't comment on stay and services but it's public areas appearances. Wish I could be invited to stay here some day.
Excellent hotel, clean designed, renovated and charming service!
Clean, amazing breakfast, fast and courteous service.
I'm actually staying at this hotel right now.
I have never seen an Israeli hotel be so nice and accommodating as the Waldorf-Astoria in Jerusalem is.
rooms are beutifull. the people at reception are really friendly and helpful. the main part is that everything is "YES" we can help you with that.
I did not visit there I just moved so the question is irrelevant
Beautifull Luxury Hotel just 300 ms away from the old Jaffa Gate
Wonderful service and the nod to Jerusalem Architecture in the main hall is beautiful.
An invested and prestigious historic hotel. Located in the heart of the historic and prestigious tourist area of Jerusalem
Wonderful recently renovated building where you can walk to the jaffa gate in a few minutes and visit the old Jerusalem. The staff is prepared and attentive to every request. There are restaurants, bars and a Spa to be opened soon.
The hotel is the highest level and luxurious marble. For those who can afford it, it is recommended.
The hotel is superb as the rest of their unique Waldorf hotel chains. Beautiful rooms with every amenity thinkable as well as having an exceptional lobby; However the staff are lousy. If you want to get treated like garbage for top dollar please come here. No one will offer you coffee by the breakfast instead the barista will ask you to fetch him a cup. Most staff will ignore you and chat with each other in Arabic. With my elementary level Arabic I heard them make fun of as if I was not there.
Excellent location and very much, right in the center of the most attractive places in town. The hotel is small and clean, very comfortable rooms, a courteous staff and a delicious and varied breakfast without too much stress. Recommended, although not cheap
Nice place but the price is not worth the level of service unfortunately
Beautiful hotel, luxurious room and excellent service
One of the best hotels in Jerusalem, classic and prime location with outstanding design
Wow! Service, rooms, breakfast! Highly, highly recommended!
A very high class hotel!! Near the old city. You can go anywhere by foot
Amazing hotel, superb service.
They have to improve the lunch at the hotel restaurant, also the breakfast, not as expected.
Hope that is one time fall only.
The hotel may be beautiful and smell pleasant .. but after 2 phone calls I am still waiting for a razor and toothbrush ..
What does beauty help me if there is no basic practice to have them in any 2 star hotel .. chewed
Update ... after 36 d I got the razor and the toothbrush .. they are quality
Good hotel. Well designed. The rooms are the highlight. Personal Butler and good food. Location is outstanding and in walking distance to the hot spots of Jerusalem. There is no pool at the hotel which is a kind of a minus. The other issue is that during the weekends the hotel is just pure boring (especially with kids)
Really beautiful hotel in Jerusalem great staff, great service, amazing food.
Our family had a wonderful stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. The breakfast was huge and offered something for everyone. The two restaurants offered delicious options. Room service was good but they always forgot something and did not bring the right number of cutlery each time. Not sure why this happened especially at this level of hotel. Nevertheless the location and rooms were great.
They arranged a tour guide that was wonderful and met our needs on all our touring days. Ben Itay made our trip memorable as all places were customized and achievable for a family with kids and a grandmother.
The best hotel in israel just perfect in everyway service rooms and food
Large rooms with large bathtub, excellent service, small fitness room and still Io Spa, on Fridays and Saturdays there is no activity for guests, the service to the guest is excellent and there is a parking lot at a special price for the hotel guests.
