An oasis in the Muslim quarter in the old city of Jerusalem. Here you'll find Austrians coffee and cake, whether it's Apple strudel or chocolate. On the roof top, you'll find the best Vista point of the city: you will see each tile on the dome of the rock, the white dome of the central synagogue and the gray domes of the church of the holy sepulcher

Hotel is very central. Not far from the Jewish quarter and the Wailing Wall. Everything good to reach on foot. One of the best hotels. Not only here, but worldwide. The service is above average. The ambiance is magical, the staff reads the request from the eyes. I know a lot of hotels in the world, this one belongs to the upper league. The stay here is unforgettable. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. From me you get 6 stars, that's how good it is.

My family had a fantastic 5 night stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem in two rooms. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are friendly and professional without being stuffy. In the upgraded rooms, Salvatore Ferragamo products are used. In the regular rooms, the Israeli Ahava Dead Sea products are used. There are two restaurants. One dairy and other meat. The buffet breakfast is included with each room and one of the best. The location is one block from the Mamila Mall which is across from Jaffa Gate by walking up the steps from Mamilla. This location makes seeing the Old City easy. Parking is only 50 ILS per day in a secure garage with attendant. Shabbat checkout is 8pm!

We went to the Waldorf after an early dinner in a neighborhood restaurant. The views were great and the service even better. They offered my wife and son blankets on the cold evening and ran down the elevator with a bag for my wife when she forgot her Chanel sunglasses. What a great experience in a beautiful place. It is a little tricky to find because of the second set of side stairs after the elevator (it looks like a plain hallway otherwise).

This is a boutique hotel in everything. From food to interiors. Dear but elegant hotel. If you can not afford to live here, then at least go inside and enjoy the atmosphere of this place. Everything is done with taste and any photo will be like a postcard.

A hotel like no other.

A hotel like no other.
Meticulous rooms down to the last detail. Wonderful level of maintenance, luxurious room design, comfortable furniture and a great bed. The design, the doors, the details, even inside the cabinets ... the ceiling decorations, the luxurious bathroom, the cleanliness, the smart electricity ....
We have been to many hotels, many of them luxurious in the world and in Israel, and we have never seen such a high level of construction, design and maintenance.
The excellent location and wonderful service is the icing on the cake.
Inhale.

The hotel is beautiful and clean to a high standard, there are many anxious young people who come to the lobby to do series of '' matchmaking sessions '' .... On the fourth floor there is an exit to the roof where it is really nice to have a cute restaurant there

As a hotel guest I expect parking to be free, daily parking costs 70 NIS and discount 50 NIS. Lunch in the self-serve lobby but the main courses have a crazy queue. I had to wait 40 minutes to get food. The hotel itself looks clean and beautiful.

Nice, expensive, rich hotel. It is very spacious, interesting interior design: in different corners-locations there is a different style: in terms of lighting, decor, and style of construction.
Gray paving stones rustle under the tires at the very entrance to the hotel. An interesting, beautiful place 5 minutes walk from the Old Town.

It is very pleasant to sit in the cafe: a calm and refined atmosphere. Professional, efficient and cordial service. The coffee and the cakes are great. To the hotel management, thank you for your response (which is clearly different from your other reactions).

The hotel staff is not polished enough! (I twice asked at the reception for a certain thing and was not taken care of! And it spoiled my weekend quite a bit ...)

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem: A Luxurious Haven in the Heart of the Holy City

Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is a brand that needs no introduction. Known for its opulent accommodations, impeccable service, and world-class amenities, Waldorf Astoria has become synonymous with luxury travel. And when it comes to their property in Jerusalem, they have truly outdone themselves.

The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is a stunning hotel located in the heart of the city's historic district. Housed in a beautifully restored 1920s building that was once home to the Palace Hotel, this property seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern sophistication.

From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you'll be transported to another time and place. The soaring ceilings, intricate moldings, and sparkling chandeliers are just a few of the details that make this space so special. And as you make your way to your room or suite, you'll notice that no detail has been overlooked.

Each of the 226 guest rooms at Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is exquisitely appointed with plush bedding, elegant furnishings, and state-of-the-art technology. Whether you choose a classic room or opt for one of their more spacious suites (which range from Junior Suites to Presidential Suites), you can rest assured that every comfort has been considered.

And let's not forget about dining - another area where Waldorf Astoria excels. At this property in particular, foodies will be delighted by what they find. The hotel features several restaurants and bars serving up everything from traditional Israeli cuisine to contemporary Mediterranean fare.

One standout option is The Palace Restaurant - named after the building's original incarnation as The Palace Hotel - which offers an upscale dining experience featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared with international flair. Another must-visit spot is King’s Court Bar & Lounge – perfect for enjoying cocktails while taking in panoramic views over Old City walls.

Of course, all of these luxurious touches come at a price - but if you're looking for an unforgettable stay in one of Israel’s most iconic cities then look no further than Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem!

In terms of location alone – situated within walking distance from many major attractions such as Jaffa Gate entrance into Old City Walls , Tower Of David Museum , Mamilla Mall shopping center , Ben Yehuda Street pedestrian mall – makes it worth considering staying here during your visit.
