The climbing park itself is really fun. A minus point are long waiting times at the individual course, because you have a total of only a climbing time of 2.5 hours, you can not do much, as you spend about 1 hour waiting.
I would like to add that at the cash register a very unfriendly gentleman sat. He probably had the morning shift on October 13, 2014 and was rude in a tour and seemed very irritated. If you are greeted so inappropriately, then the experience is not quite as good in memory.

Large selection of different tours. Nice, competent staff and very good climbing equipment. From easy to really demanding tours, good offer!
Nice setting in the middle of the forest, prices are reasonable.

Really lovely place for outdoor activities especially during Summer. However, the trainer I met does not even bother to do the safety briefing in English even though it was clear that I was foreign. I have to depends on my intuitive guessing to get only little idea about the safety practice and at the end of the briefing I have to personally ask question separately to the instructor. This place is not language friendly to tourist or people who barely speak German. If you are first time playing the challenges or have children participating with you, you will not feel safe to play.

The high ropes course is absolutely great. Very nice staff who give a great introduction and are always helpful. Toilets are clean.
After climbing, you can fortify yourself in the nearby pavilion. However, the prices are really steep. A star deduction for the much too dry (warmed up in the microwave?) Rubber sausage with patty mayo potato salad for 7.50 (!). Have never eaten such a disgusting sausage. Hunger drove it in .. keep your hands off it.

Very nice location, only lack of parking, it is not mentioned in the website. The staff was friendly. A cash register, 20 minutes waiting time. The instruction was ok, but here should be paid to the children's minimum grip height. With us it was often the case that the children could not "secure" on the rope because they did not reach the top. A parent can do nothing from the ground. So often very long waiting times, at the individual post, which were not exactly motivating, also, the time is indeed from their own climbing time. Gloves as safety and helmet included in the price would not be bad.

Beginner friendly climbing routes, beautifully designed and built and with the right mix of challenging obstacles & fun zip-lining. Staff is friendly, helpful and always a shout away if you need assistance. Great place for team building!

I have been here for the first time in the summer....

I have been here for the first time in the summer. Unfortunately, the rush was quite large, as it was in the holiday season and the weather was perfect for visiting the garden. Since only a limited number of people are allowed on the routes, the waiting times between the different routes have also become longer. Luckily we had drinks and food with us and every time we had to wait, we fortified ourselves at our picnic. However, the higher you want out, the lower the waiting time risk, because not many people want that high. We were a group of 4 people and climbed some routes together, in other places we split up - not all of us were so daring and adventurous. For the entrance each of us paid 10 , which I think is ok. But I have not noticed the group prices, which there are from a group strength of, I believe, 5 people. In the garden, one then lends out climbing harnesses and ropes with snap hooks, so that after a brief introduction to the safety of the climbing garden, you can happily start climbing. The park is within walking distance of the BVG from Jungfernheide S-Bahn station. It was great fun, I will definitely come back next summer (out of school holidays) as the park is tight over the winter months.

Great leisure time!

Great leisure time!
Great course and getting harder depending on your choice. We only descended once and then climbed ever higher. A "down" was out of the question for us.

It was really a very great and interesting experience for me.
The price 24 is not necessarily cheap. That's why a star deduction. It would cost 21 for the reduced.
There is detailed instruction there. The staff are so personable and helpful.
There are several levels. Level one is green and about 4 meters high. Level 2 blue a little higher, level 3 red about 12 meters high, level 4 black 17 meters and black plus about 20 meters. The higher the levels, the more obstacles you have to overcome. The levels are getting harder.
I am very afraid of heights and wanted to accommodate the situation. I am so proud of myself that I have achieved the green level. A very nice feeling to be on top and to balance or to "fly" from tree to tree. The backup is very very stable and you don't need to be afraid.
Highly recommended!

Bring plenty of time on the weekend. There is only one till and reservations are preferred so you wait even longer. The processing per customer takes a long time. I can't say more than that, we then left again because there was no climbing harness for children in stock for an indefinite period of time.

As newcomers to the high ropes course, we felt very safe. Briefing was great, very understandable. Routes became more and more demanding, varied, only a bit more slippery due to the weather, because it had rained a lot the last few days. The atmosphere up between the trees is very nice. We would come back anytime.

Great place for small and large. To linger, for action, for a trip to the countryside. It is always nice here.

The fact that the effort of the emergency costs money is not nice, especially at the time you are here on average

Great climbing park! But there is no climbing instruction at all: if a child misbehaves, it has to stop and can only watch. So far okay. However, since climbing is always done in pairs, the partner is also prohibited from climbing in such a case. Therefore I deduct 2 stars.

The complex is quite nice, well maintained, and is both idyllic and unbeatable conveniently located in the middle of the Jungfernheide. Unfortunately, the staff can not keep up. We had registered a children's birthday party for our 7-year-old with four weeks in advance and discussed the procedure extensively by telephone. When we finally arrived there was no special instruction for our group of seven children, but we were included in the general briefing - although we had already been promised this point differently.

But there was one, obviously overburdened, staff with 15 people, including our children, who explained so confused how to put on the belt, that it had not understood even the adults afterwards. Only after several inquiries and a good half hour later - 60 minutes after our arrival - we were finally assigned another supervisor.

The actual hammer came then however at the instruction route. One child got into trouble and halfway up, he was hanging about two meters between two trees. The little boy got it with the fear, cried loudly, I tried to reach him - from the ground - which was hardly possible due to the climbing system. So while I tried desperately to raise the boy to him to take the fear and at the same time pull him towards the tree - the little had meanwhile immersed himself in his distress - the responsible for the support staff was visibly disinterested at the side and looked at the whole , Without even getting closer or even offering their help. Well noticed: That was the instruction route! So the track on which you practice under direct supervision if everything works out.

From the then hurriedly summoned manager, I was then also justified for my impudence not to follow this instruction immediately. We then canceled the whole action pretty quickly. A word of apology or even an at least partial refund, of course, did not exist.

In a word: nightmare. It may be nice for adults. With (smaller) children, I can only strongly advise against. And maybe the team should do a refresher on social skills.

For years our favorite high ropes course. At first to a variety of toddler birthdays. Depending on the courage and if you have reached a certain gripping height, go on ... recently the Black Tour. Most beautiful place, because beautifully located in the countryside, between tall trees. Insanely relaxing environment and, in addition, good, exciting and challenging courses.

If you like active relaxation & this in nature, you will get your money's worth here. A park / forest where you can not only move on the ground but also climb many paths that lead from tree to tree. Just hang out and don't just talk about it.

Great location, easily accessible for those living in Berlin, and in a beautiful park / forest. Enough courses to choose from to not to get bored for several visits. We have tried a few from the easy range and the children's ones. We enjoyed all. The only remark I have is that I would love to climb more or be challenged more over enjoying sliding the zip line. Some courses are almost all about zip lines. Maybe that's only the easy ones.
The staff is super friendly. Some of them speak English but the instructions are given in German so you'll need to ask for individual help if you don't understand. Unlike in other rope parks I've been to, they don't help you put the harness on but instead they educate you on how to do it on your own. They are very safety focused. They take time to explain things in detail over and over again and make sure everyone is safe. The downside of that is that it takes long time, and you have to wait for the training to start after you waited to pay the entrance fee. BTW it's not cheap.
One remark I have regarding their safety focus, is that although they make their best for you to not to hurt yourself, when you scratch your skin, they won't help you disinfect it, because something something they don't have permission to apply medical help.

Plus points:

Plus points:
- beautiful location in the forest
Interesting and many routes
-mon conservation and protection of animals is respected
-Friendly staff

Negative:
The security system! The so-called 'smart' carabiners are connected by a cable and prevent an accidental securing at height. Safe for children and school classes (safer) but not for experienced climbers. On the one hand, the backup system is quite heavy, on the other hand it always gets in the way. When you climb up you have too much banter that gets in your way and the elements obstruct the view.
Unfortunately for me a reason not to visit the park, even if the routes are interesting.

Great! Super nice staff and great climbing experience. There are different levels of difficulty, so there is something for everyone. From green (simple) to black (very difficult) it is a lot of fun to work your way up if the strength allows it;)

Good: children have their own course, there are many different routes with different levels of difficulty, staff was very friendly.

Not so good: the briefing takes place every 30 minutes, this can be a long time if you have to wait with many quengligen children. And I would have liked a map where all the courses are recorded for orientation.

But absolutely recommendable.

From the plant - top. Unfortunately bad management and poor value for money. With only 3 hours of climbing time, there's plenty of time left for the "briefing". By the time the last one has figured out how to get in the belt, it's been a good 10 minutes. One hardly understands the instructor because the briefing takes place at the main path, where most of the commotion and most of the childrens screaming takes place.

By the time everyone passes through the baby course, it takes time, especially since many small children do not understand the opening and closing of the fuses or do not have enough strength for it.
If you are finally allowed to go, you are on the platforms forever. The clock is ticking.

We wanted to finish and "relax" the course with all the "flying foxes" in a row. This is signposted with "20 minutes" and we had 50 minutes left, so we wanted to whiz along the river twice more relaxed. The course can be started via a climbing wall (as in bouldering) or through a sloping climbing net. We did not manage to climb the climbing wall, as children who were far too small were constantly bustling across the net onto the platform, which was completely overcrowded. We were then forbidden to ascend until we told the staff that after about 10 children now we have 3 adults on the line.

It then came to extreme traffic jams. The reason was the following: There were always too small children left on the course. They never took enough momentum to drive to the end of the flying fox and always got stuck in the middle. And if they had then laboriously pulled to the end, you could not stand it! The children simply had too short arms, so not the gripping height previously advertised on signs! There were then on all platforms constantly 3-4 children and you just could not continue. On this course, the hooks were mounted extremely high up, the even noticed as an adult. Incidentally, parents were far from seeing each other. The staff standing around below pointed out the problem that children can not get around because they do not get their hooks. He just said that it was also about "teamwork" (what does that have to do with it?) Only 1 person should be in the field at the same time anyway, nobody could help, the children just did not have the required height for the course). The end of the song was, we were able to do the "20 minute" parade in 50 minutes only once and even had to worry that we would not have to pay (absolute usury, because you can influence the duration ZERO - better you go half an hour Nowhere to go up before the end of time! So 3 hours will be more like 2, and that for the price ...)

And completely incompetent staff. They leave unaccompanied children on adult trails, although there are extra children's routes. Can not recommend this park for the reason. You stand more than you climb and the staff does not feel responsible for anything. On another course (also for adults) hung e.g. a boy who had hopelessly twisted his belt because he'd hung his harness twisted over and over with each turn. He was then coached from below, how he should put the ropes again, and was completely overwhelmed. He just did not get what he wanted, so the game went on for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile all the other visitors are standing around behind. Does not cost anything. So someone heard directly from the track and brought to the children's track! But apparently you are here as a paying adult just not the target group.

An incredible experience ... so many different climbing options. Suitable for beginners as well as for professionals. It is a lot of fun and the staff are not only polite and give tips, they take great care that everything runs smoothly and nobody gets hurt. In three hours we only managed a fraction and will definitely be back. Great transport links and beautifully centrally located.

This place is a lot of fun, the hardest routes are really hard, if you are not a good trained climber, try the easy one's, they are also fun and can also be challenging at certain parts.

Fantastic experience! I was able to pay by credit card, which was great. They also have a series of lockers, some of them sizable, that were able to accommodate my slightly larger than average backpack.

English language instruction is patchy, but I found someone on staff who was very friendly to take me though the basics.

Several pieces of advice:
Bring light gloves if you can. Saves your hands and fingers a bit.
Stretch beforehand! A few of the segments are going to stretch your thigh muscles.
You can't take anything on the course with you, including phones, wallets, rings, etc. You should be comfortable leaving those in a locker.

If you can, bring a friend who is not going to participate. They can walk on the trails under you and take pictures.

Very thoughtful concept. Climbing in the woods is a cool thing. Anyone who settles in the summer garden will also be provided with all sorts of delicacies. Alone for an outstanding coffee worth the way. Connoisseurs know what I mean. A real insider tip.

Since our offspring in the age of climbing is, is a visit to the forest high ropes course at the beginning of the season and every now and then a must. The team is highly motivated and with an enduring friendliness to the work and we are always very happy, that even after the 20th visit absolute focus on safety. The smaller children (attention grab hold) learn the confidence in their own abilities, are sometimes required to be brave and if something goes wrong, then they learn that you can rely on good security technology. Even adults get their money's worth, if they climb the different levels of difficulty. Afterwards, a visit to the restaurant on the Wassertrm is always mandatory. Thank you for your continuous great work!

Beautifully located in the forest. A lot of climbing fun for everyone from toddlers to adults. Giants showed a picnic shop around the grounds. There is also a restaurant ... but not visited on my part.

There are 4 ways for children. The first and easiest way was difficult for 7 year old girls. Unfortunately the safety rope was apparently too high. As a result, they partially lost contact with the dock. The first route was 9 stages long. There was no way to end the tour beforehand (without professional help). In the end, the girls were tired of their nerves. Only one reached the goal.
In my opinion, the minimum reach height is specified a little too low.
7 year olds are probably almost too young for this. Older children will certainly get their money's worth.
