The complex is quite nice, well maintained, and is both idyllic and unbeatable conveniently located in the middle of the Jungfernheide. Unfortunately, the staff can not keep up. We had registered a children's birthday party for our 7-year-old with four weeks in advance and discussed the procedure extensively by telephone. When we finally arrived there was no special instruction for our group of seven children, but we were included in the general briefing - although we had already been promised this point differently.

But there was one, obviously overburdened, staff with 15 people, including our children, who explained so confused how to put on the belt, that it had not understood even the adults afterwards. Only after several inquiries and a good half hour later - 60 minutes after our arrival - we were finally assigned another supervisor.

The actual hammer came then however at the instruction route. One child got into trouble and halfway up, he was hanging about two meters between two trees. The little boy got it with the fear, cried loudly, I tried to reach him - from the ground - which was hardly possible due to the climbing system. So while I tried desperately to raise the boy to him to take the fear and at the same time pull him towards the tree - the little had meanwhile immersed himself in his distress - the responsible for the support staff was visibly disinterested at the side and looked at the whole , Without even getting closer or even offering their help. Well noticed: That was the instruction route! So the track on which you practice under direct supervision if everything works out.

From the then hurriedly summoned manager, I was then also justified for my impudence not to follow this instruction immediately. We then canceled the whole action pretty quickly. A word of apology or even an at least partial refund, of course, did not exist.

In a word: nightmare. It may be nice for adults. With (smaller) children, I can only strongly advise against. And maybe the team should do a refresher on social skills.
