From the plant - top. Unfortunately bad management and poor value for money. With only 3 hours of climbing time, there's plenty of time left for the "briefing". By the time the last one has figured out how to get in the belt, it's been a good 10 minutes. One hardly understands the instructor because the briefing takes place at the main path, where most of the commotion and most of the childrens screaming takes place.
By the time everyone passes through the baby course, it takes time, especially since many small children do not understand the opening and closing of the fuses or do not have enough strength for it.
If you are finally allowed to go, you are on the platforms forever. The clock is ticking.
We wanted to finish and "relax" the course with all the "flying foxes" in a row. This is signposted with "20 minutes" and we had 50 minutes left, so we wanted to whiz along the river twice more relaxed. The course can be started via a climbing wall (as in bouldering) or through a sloping climbing net. We did not manage to climb the climbing wall, as children who were far too small were constantly bustling across the net onto the platform, which was completely overcrowded. We were then forbidden to ascend until we told the staff that after about 10 children now we have 3 adults on the line.
It then came to extreme traffic jams. The reason was the following: There were always too small children left on the course. They never took enough momentum to drive to the end of the flying fox and always got stuck in the middle. And if they had then laboriously pulled to the end, you could not stand it! The children simply had too short arms, so not the gripping height previously advertised on signs! There were then on all platforms constantly 3-4 children and you just could not continue. On this course, the hooks were mounted extremely high up, the even noticed as an adult. Incidentally, parents were far from seeing each other. The staff standing around below pointed out the problem that children can not get around because they do not get their hooks. He just said that it was also about "teamwork" (what does that have to do with it?) Only 1 person should be in the field at the same time anyway, nobody could help, the children just did not have the required height for the course). The end of the song was, we were able to do the "20 minute" parade in 50 minutes only once and even had to worry that we would not have to pay (absolute usury, because you can influence the duration ZERO - better you go half an hour Nowhere to go up before the end of time! So 3 hours will be more like 2, and that for the price ...)
And completely incompetent staff. They leave unaccompanied children on adult trails, although there are extra children's routes. Can not recommend this park for the reason. You stand more than you climb and the staff does not feel responsible for anything. On another course (also for adults) hung e.g. a boy who had hopelessly twisted his belt because he'd hung his harness twisted over and over with each turn. He was then coached from below, how he should put the ropes again, and was completely overwhelmed. He just did not get what he wanted, so the game went on for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile all the other visitors are standing around behind. Does not cost anything. So someone heard directly from the track and brought to the children's track! But apparently you are here as a paying adult just not the target group.
