The trainers are super friendly and helpful and seem to be really competent.
Unfortunately there were many idiots among the visitors. But that's just how people are.
The garden itself has charm and it is very clean.

We really had a lot of fun even with brief pouring rain.
We were all in the trees for the first time, after 3 hours you can feel the strength wane. Conclusion ~ we'll be back and then we'll create black too.

Very cool .... If you have fun on a few exciting hours you should go ... you don't have to be super sporty to participate ... but for the black tours you need strength and good body tension ... great coaching! !

Incredibly professional support during instruction and with questions on the respective course. Very nice trainers and a well thought-out system. Subdivided according to age and severity. A cool activity especially in the heat when the lake is overcrowded.

There are many stations, something for everyone. The service is always on site and if help is needed is always there as it can explain well. The price is also justified. In total, you have 3 hours to cope with the various 11 Parcoure.

Excellent location for children 6+ years old and adults. The tracks are different, of varying difficulty. Briefing 20 min. Queues for starting tracks. Time to count is better based on this.

I was there for the first time today with my little sister and my husband.
After a long wait someone came and explained everything, how to put on the belt, how to do something.

So far so good, we started at blue, because green was totally full and we did not want to wait forever. It was sweaty for me and my little sister, because we are afraid of heights, we still wanted to test how far we can go.
Everything went well too!
Later, when we went to the green parking meter, the horror started. My husband and I went there, as I have already feared height as I said I am not the fastest.
My sister was there because she had no strength left and just wanted to get down.
I spoke to a little boy so he can get help, because no one was far and wide.
When the little one found the oh so great employee went to my sister and shouted: "either you move on and just go back!" As if that's not enough, he just goes on with his stupid coffee. Although my sister had tears in her eyes. She stood there and did not know what she should do now.
Unfortunately, I could not help as I wanted :( ....
After 20min we got it down.

Of course, angry we went forward to complain !!
There were only excuses about excuses.
Above all, they say to us, you are a group, why did not you help each other?

So I ask you to have THEN THEN EMPLOYEE ????? FOR DECORATION?
PAY FOR 19 EURO PER PERSON ???

It did not really matter to me that my sister did not feel well although she cried a lot.

The employees should rather be unemployed, but do not do anything else except stupid standing around, talk and drink coffee.
I will tell my complete acquaintance and friends about it.

Shame on you !!! That's the last one.

I like to be here again and again, but to introduce myself every time is annoying. Please insert a stamp card, and let everyone who was there at least within the last 3 months go directly. Check straps and off for that.

Awesome experience.

Awesome experience.

Slickly organised. Briefings were just the job. Not too long and focused on the key points.

The courses are a breath of fresh air (at least compared to stuff like Go Ape in the UK). There are a variety of different 'grades', and you choose which you wish to do. This helps reduce crowding and allows people to go at their own pace, not to mention repeat sections that you enjoy.

You can also fit in sneaky short courses to fill the time.

Fantastic experience in a lovely setting.

Terrain and course are great. Organization is a disaster. Children on the course block the process. From 3 hours of climbing you have effectively 30-40 minutes. Instruction drags on forever. A bit like a school trip.

I prefer you to go and see it. They provide very good service. I must say that it is a place that is liked by everyone. Know that there are many kinds of it. It is a beautiful place and its operator is dazzling with its perfect design. Very nice people are working in terms of service.

Very good tours for beginners, advanced and professionals. It's really fun and highly recommended. Everything is in good shape too. Also everywhere are employees who can help in case of need.

In the middle of the forest a nice, quiet place for climbing.
The climbing park is very close to nature and friendly.
Whether for small or large, it is a lot of fun to experience.

The connection is also fast (whether via the motorway or by bus and train), it's just a shame that there are no parking spaces especially for the climbing forest, so you have to steal the parking lot from the residents, which of course causes trouble.

Here in the Jungfernheide I participated for the first time in a climbing park tour and recently I had been there a second time. Both times I had a nice time there and will come again to climb in the treetops.
The choice of climbing opportunities is versatile and there are also enough alternative routes to avoid if necessary, if it should take longer at one point.

Oh, who wants to go there with his child, should make sure that children under 1.70 cm (regardless of age) are allowed to climb only on the Kinderparkour. However, adults are not allowed to climb here. The children's parlor is still separate from those for the older ones. So if you are planning a family climbing, this should be considered.

Only criticism:
The last time I was there at 5 pm together with a child. At the ticket office I was informed immediately that only 2 hours will be left for climbing. Nevertheless, the price was fully paid and no discount was granted. Usually the climbing time incl. 30 min. Instruction about 3 hours. After paying we were told that in about 15 minutes still a briefing will be made. That sounded passable, but ultimately we waited a good 30 minutes and then received a briefing in English, as some tourists were there on site. The instructor tried hard to explain a few things in German. Personally, the English did not bother me so much, but a few other customers there were a bit "desperate".

Hello,

Hello,
we were with a group of 5 people on Sat. the 28.06.2014 there. Although we asked by phone if we should sign in we were told that this was not necessary.
So we showed up at 16:30. We paid our 21 per person. Then we should pick up the belt and wait until someone instructs us. After approx. 15 min. No one cared about us, we had the Gut stuff itself created and wandered around there. When a woman spoke to us if we have already been instructed and we denied it, this lady was quite rude. "We should start again" and wait until we are admitted. So we waited again. It was getting increasingly crowded at the waiting area with children around the age of 7 years. Then another guide came to explain the children and also everything to us.
Afterwards, the children and also us in another place "Pretons" with the children took it as expected a little longer. After approx. 40 min. We were allowed to the green or blue Parkour. There we stood in front of another 3 children who tried to get to the tree there. After another 15 minutes wait we were finally at the start.
Conclusion:
At the weekend you should bring a lot of time and patience. Furthermore, one should not do anything from female rude referrals who seemingly can not tell if they have 7 year old children or adults. At this point, the operator still has to qualify a lot.
By the way, the Parkour is good if you go west to the tree!

I was here for the first time today and thought it was very good! Very good instruction, relaxed employees, good climate!
Corresponding distance was also not an issue and was kept!

Very clear recommendation to do that time.
You can also eat well out there in the Berlin Summer Garden.

The high ropes course is great and you can find your way around pretty quickly. Unfortunately, despite the normal admission price, not all attractions are open in the morning, since staff are probably missing. Nevertheless, it is worth a visit.

The rope garden itself is great. However, we were there on a Saturday in August with a group of children's birthday (of course, previously reserved) there. The kids were 6 years old. It was very, very busy. Actually you would have min. I had to be there an hour in advance to start on time, but I did not know that. So I had to queue first, while the children had to be employed elsewhere. This is also possible in itself, the park is spacious and there are beautiful meadows to play.

When we finally had all straps, we had to wait again about 20 minutes, until someone has made the briefing. The children were now hungry, but can not be eaten with belt. After the instruction the kids could have climbed then. But the snake on the K1 track (the easiest track for children) was again very long, i. the children would have had to wait another 30 minutes to start at all. They did not feel like it anymore ... straps, everyone on the lawn to play football and eat cake. At the bistro, it also took even longer, so that the birthday took about 1.5 hours longer than planned.

Conclusion: I could have saved myself, a picnic in the surrounding park would have been enough (and would have been much cheaper). If you want to try it, you should be there in time to feed the children (and let them go to the toilet), keep the harnesses ready before the guests arrive and if possible bring some helpers to oversee the kids when you have to wait and which can help with the belt donning.

I think also, from about 8 years have the children more of it, they were sometimes still too small to touch and their patience was quickly over. Also, the ropes with the "smarties" on them (metal hooks) are very hard for such small children, so if you have to wait so long and the kids carry these weights around with them, it's better if they're bigger.

Oh yes, on the subject of parking: Also there you should plan about 20 minutes search, at least on weekends with good weather.

Were there in the October holidays and it was great.

We were skeptical at first because of some bad reviews but we can only contradict ... the staff was absolutely friendly, the explanation was great ... All in all, everything was great and we'll be back.

In itself a beautiful climbing park in Berlin with its own concept and ideas, which I think is very good. Unfortunately, this concept can hardly be implemented. In my opinion, far too much is being saved for that. There are too few employees at peak times, and in my opinion many of them are poorly trained.
What is even sadder is that security is spared quite a bit, which could prevent any kind of injury. In my view, at least making gloves available free of charge is the least!
If something changes at the points, I like to look at the high rope climbing garden again.

Very nice facility with many different courses in different levels of difficulty, well structured! It is really fun to climb here for young and old. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you feel absolutely comfortable and you don't have any major concerns. The rest of the area is also fun for the whole family! Well worth a visit!

Drive there without expectations - went enthusiastically.

The routes are well thought out and creatively designed.
The composition of the other guests was very pleasant - everyone spoke German and treated each other politely.

A note to all guests from personal experience:

- Bring really sturdy shoes.
- Think of gloves or borrow some
- Eat something thoroughly beforehand - (sugary) otherwise the strength runs out
- Bring a lot of patience for the briefing. It can easily take 1 hour from arrival to the start.
