Great location, easily accessible for those living in Berlin, and in a beautiful park / forest. Enough courses to choose from to not to get bored for several visits. We have tried a few from the easy range and the children's ones. We enjoyed all. The only remark I have is that I would love to climb more or be challenged more over enjoying sliding the zip line. Some courses are almost all about zip lines. Maybe that's only the easy ones.
The staff is super friendly. Some of them speak English but the instructions are given in German so you'll need to ask for individual help if you don't understand. Unlike in other rope parks I've been to, they don't help you put the harness on but instead they educate you on how to do it on your own. They are very safety focused. They take time to explain things in detail over and over again and make sure everyone is safe. The downside of that is that it takes long time, and you have to wait for the training to start after you waited to pay the entrance fee. BTW it's not cheap.
One remark I have regarding their safety focus, is that although they make their best for you to not to hurt yourself, when you scratch your skin, they won't help you disinfect it, because something something they don't have permission to apply medical help.
