Great day with the kids (9 and 10 years) who were in the big Pacour. Briefing a little long but that's just how it is when safety is important. Very friendly and competent staff who were there immediately when my son stopped in the middle of the cable car and did not get any further. He once called "Coach Please" and no one 10 seconds later, someone was there to help him. The coaches do a great job and I have always felt friendly. We will be back.

Very crowded - despite corona restrictions. We always had to wait at least 5-10 minutes per platform. And on every course. So in the 3 hours we just completed 3 courses. Unfortunately, that's a shame!
In addition, the system with the Smarties fuses is really unpleasant to use. The course itself is hardly varied, at least up to the green area. There are always more ziplines than climbing elements - but seems to be getting better the harder the route.

You don't get a helmet or gloves (unless you go back and ask for it) but tight-fitting piercings have to be taped off. I have often been hit with the safety system against the chin and hanging elements from the course - which was really uncomfortable - but who cares, I was sure with my glued piercings in the inner part of my ear. (Particular attention is paid to this - the other still had watches and cappies, however, remained uninteresting ...)

The blue run course was really good. The rest was unfortunately very boring, even for us as 'non-professionals'.
And the rather long briefing is deducted from the climbing time, which can be a lot if you are briefed together with a children's birthday party.

There are really nicer and better climbing parks / high ropes courses in and around Berlin. Unfortunately we were really disappointed: /

There is nothing going on at the time of year, but in spring and summer you can have a lot of fun at the water tower which is also there and there is a restaurant where you can sunbathe and relax

I have been there twice now! For children and adults it is an impressive experience. I think only the price should be adjusted. If I do not have a Berlin passport, I can pay. If I am not an hour student I can pay more. And just because I work 8h x 7 a week and pay into the social security fund, I can pay more, 1 child 14 euros, 1 adult 24 euros. I would go once a week if I had to pay only 15 as an adult.

Great place to have high rope courses, for children and adults. The environment is fantastic and the nature around wonderful. The Sommergarten is great as well, with a brilliant service. Food offer is good and prices fair. Great place for a family day, company's team event or just to hang out with friends.

If you want to challenge yourself and want to stay fit, this is the right place for you. You feel like Tarzan and feel your self-confidence .... and all your muscles ;-)) ... Simply awesome. I like being here!!!

The climbing park is beautifully located and very large. You have a large course selection for all ages, only a pity that the waiting times are inhumane. At the briefing I had to wait 25 minutes and at course beginnings and intermediate platforms I have a total of 1 hour (I had a total of 3 hours. Time) waited. The toilets are very clean, but the staff is not very motivated. Next to the park is a very nice snack, where you can eat amazingly good pizza. Overall it is very nice. You have a lot of fun when there are a lot of people. So it's best in the morning or in the evening, but not at noon, because it is just too crowded.

Disappointing visit, short summary: not recommendable.

Having been there in October 2019, well maybe at the end of the season, motivation is no longer the best.

1st briefing took about 30 minutes. Too long if you want to finally climb with the kids. In addition, one felt transported back to school. Teacher's appearance of the instructor, admonitions on the line. And that against adults. Please more service friendliness!
2. Children's courses are separate from all others, i. who is with family has an organizational problem. In addition, adults are not allowed to use the children's course and thus do not climb with their little ones together and help them.
3. The other courses are fine, only green / blue is relatively easy and red is abruptly heavier and much longer. Rise and descent are carried out by means of safety line, which must be laboriously carried along. As a result, climbing on the wall / ladder is hampered, there are better solutions in other parks.
4. Some courses were closed, allegedly relief course. But if I pay as a customer, I just want to be able to use everything. The impression was that you had no desire to open it.
5. The so-called "coaches" should really only help in an emergency. In fact, one has the impression of being constantly watched and admonished on the smallest things. It takes a lot of fun, because you have to try it out.
6. The star is unfortunately only for the family tariff on Thursday.

It was great fun to climb the tracks. The introduction of the staff was good and generally they were competent and helpful.
Only the overview of the routes could be more transparent. Otherwise super satisfied and had a good day there.

The high ropes course is located in the beautiful Junhferheidepark. It is easy to reach by public transport. The prices are reasonable. The park has been expanded each year so far. Very nice for older children from the age of 8. Probably goes earlier, but then it is very nerve-racking.

That was really, really fun. We were a few minutes late on arrival due to traffic, but that wasn't a problem at all. After a trouble-free check-in + equipment, we got the climbing school. Relatively short but just right. Everything was important and we didn't have any problems during the day and we knew how where what. Levels of difficulty are plentiful. We had a lot of fun in the trees themselves. Plenty of lanes for sliding too. Whenever help was needed with others, we immediately saw a trainer rushing to see everything great here too.
Not the last visit for us! :)

Very nice climbing park with different levels. The staff is very friendly and always reachable if times get stuck. The only point that I did not like so well is that the briefing takes a long time, and that's what it's all about. For beginners it is certainly good, but not if you have already visited five other climbing park.

Beautifully designed high ropes course for young and old. Staff very nice and hard-working. For all, from the little adventurer to the big boys who are looking for the Kickr in lofty heights, this high ropes course is very well suited and a great fun for the whole day!

A great place in the middle of the city. My son's birthday was recently. As the mother of a boy, I can only recommend the forest high ropes course. Children and adults can let off steam there. Fair prices.

I agree with everyone saying it's a fantastic facility in terms of the area and the set up. However, the staff are SO unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. This is why I give one star.

As English tourists, we expected some sort of instruction on how to use the ropes and harnesses. We were not! We were stood at the back of a group of German locals listening to one instructor tell them (and apparently us) what to do and how to be safe and use the equipment. We didn't even realise we were included because he didn't even acknowledge us standing there. Absolutely ridiculous, I was so scared to begin with and to then realise me and my partner were completely isolated made me feel increasingly anxious.

The instructor did speak English, however did not speak to us apart from getting visibly irritated at me when I could not clip my harness onto the rope as fast as the people who were SHOWN how to do so.

On the course, I got stuck and was so scared because I didn't know how to reach the ledge. Where were the staff? Nowhere to be seen. There are a few staff members waltzing around the grounds who are not there to help, they don't seem to care. I find it ridiculous that the staff do not ask if you are worried or require assistance when up there.

Finally, children who were in large groups are not supervised well enough. I was struggling at several points of the course and it did not help when children with no patience were wobbling the rope that supported me.

I had fun, but I felt unsafe because of the staff and they were so rude and unwelcoming to us as tourists. We paid good money to be there.

Parking situation is a disaster !! All main u. Access roads were parked. Residents are increasingly angry! How can it be that a company does not have to create its own parking space in a very residential and recreational area ?? For the often elderly residents who rely on the scarce parking, an unreasonable situation; V. A. when climbing park visitors ruthless u not save space! Every day in good weather cause offense. Change that finally! After years of such unreasonableness for the residents, notifications at the building office, etc. finally makes something!

Super climbing park! There is something for everyone, big and small. Even full professionals come with an extra course at your expense. Depending on the rush, however, there may be waiting times on the easier course.

It was a nice outing and is well suited for any family, friends, birthday or class. Small or large. Everyone can climb here, no matter how old or young. But you shouldn't be afraid of heights. That's why I would like to recommend this park to everyone who likes climbing and joy.

Greedy and bad.

Greedy and bad.
Yesterday morning I wanted to climb with my 10-year-old son in Jungfernheide Forest High Ropes Course. The cost for "happy hour" 30 EUR.
I also took it when I left at 9:30 in Friedrichshain. Through various closures and detours, I needed more than an hour for the track.
So we arrived at 10:37 clock at the counter. When asked about the price for happy hour, the guy behind the counter laughed at me and said it had been over since 10:30.
Had it been really busy there, I might have understood that. But since it rained yesterday morning, there was absolutely nothing going on there.
Anyway, we had to leave and my son was really angry. The weekend was spoiled for us. And only because - yes why actually? Because of the greed for money, which ultimately did not bring 6 EUR more sales, but 30 EUR less. Relative to the year over 300 EUR. Because after the experience we will not go there anymore.

In itself of the plant and security nothing to complain about.

But do not go there on a Saturday. It was very crowded.

Despite reservation we had to queue at the window for online bookings. Also on the briefing we had to wait another 15 minutes.

Climbing itself was fun ... but unfortunately it was jammed constantly so we had to wait most of the time on the intermediate platforms. I managed only two sad courses before the time was up.

The time limit of three hours is also poorly thought out in such a rush. For the price you could have quiet longer times.

I do not know how it is in the week but I think much better than in good weather on the weekend.

Was a great experience. Be sure to pay attention to sturdy shoes and ensure adequate drinking. Depending on the difficulty, the courses require a certain amount of fitness. Right at the beginning always seems to be the hardest element of the course, so you do not get stuck somewhere afterwards.
It is ensured maximum security. Even people with a fear of heights can have a lot of fun here, because nothing can happen.

Large park with many levels and heights. Children and adults are in good hands here. Prices are okay, since the area was greeted and maintained. Everything conveys a sense of security. The equipment is modern and new. Next door is a cafe in the water tower.

The kidds were enthusiastic .. there was something for every expert group ... and if the weather is right it is also a great place to have a picnic afterwards. But it is just a place in the middle of the city .. so unfortunately not quite so clean

I experienced the climbing as incredibly family friendly. There were different climbing paths. The only drawback was the waiting times on the day - we had not reserved online before and the weather had attracted a lot of people.

Very nice and high quality facility. The safety harness is super easy to handle and yet operating errors are almost eliminated.

Of course, this reflects the price, but everyone would like to repeat the experience.

The tours were very cool. The waiting times for the ticket and then for the introduction of the guide were unfortunately unreasonably long. At least there was an SMS notification so that the waiting time can be spent in the beer garden.

Boring
