I would give 0 stars if I could. They have the worst customer service call centre! I was trying to add their new coupon and I did not see where to add it. I called the number to have them add it. She told me to cancel my order and re-order everything. After I did that the coupon would no longer work because it was for new customers only. I called back and they said they're is nothing they can do because the coupon was only for your first order. I explained the situation 10 times, even to a supervisor and they told me they could not help me. HAHAHA! What a great first experience!

I ordered an upright freezer from Walmart (sold & shipped by them). Needed an extra place to put my frozen goodies. What arrived was a refrigerator with a significantly smaller freezer compartment. A good tradeoff for what I paid, but very unfortunately the wrong item. I already have a fridge/freezer... Hence the purchase of the upright freezer. I get it, coronavirus, understaffed warehouses, and a huge load of orders (clearly, an unfortunate mix). My problem is that it was a "hot deal" and as such, it sold out very quickly. Other people ordered a freezer after me, didn't they? Did they also receive the wrong product? If not, why was my order botched. Did I receive the short end of the stick? Now I not only have to wait for this freezer to get back in stock, but I have to wait for it to be on sale again? I'd rather not, that's ridiculous. Customer service was unhelpful, they just issued a return and told me to order it again .... when it's back in stock. If I just wanted to return, I could have easily done it myself. What I wanted was consolation for the time wasted (reimbursement) and a reassurance that something like this wouldn't happen again. I would have also liked to be guaranteed the same price and a replacement of what I ordered.... Needless to say, I received none of the above. Won't be shopping Walmart online in the near future...
I don't normally give feedbacks but this one is very special. Store : 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5M 4Z5 I have never seen such a pathetic customer support(over the phone) and delivery service. My order was scheduled for delivery 10am-11am slot and I received a text at 10:49Am that order has been delivered. But it's is 13:35(Time I am giving this feedback) and I have not yet received the order. I called the store and told them the situation that we are at "stay at home" order and order has not been delivered yet. I asked them if I can talk to the manager and they said " Manager is not present/available but your order is still in the store" and after asking them when the order will be delivered and other questions, they said " Sir, we will find an answer to all that and give you a call back".
I waited for an hour but no call from anyone. I called them again and they didn't picked my call or put that on Hold and then cut it.
I called from from an another number and they picked it. Just WOW..... What an amazing service that you have to lie to the customer when they ask few cross questions.
They don't even know when will they Deliver the order. They don't wanna compensate for any delay or all the issues occuring because of this issue.
I ordered a $1000 patio set on March 23, 2021 with delivery date of March 31, 2021, it never arrived and I started calling the 1-800 customer service number twice a week for the past 8 weeks upon which I was continually told to wait 3-5 business days while the "escalation team" worked on it....still no patio set and its now been almost 9 weeks??? worst service ever, no manager, no supervisor NO ONE to talk to?????? NO PATIO SET!!!!!
Can I put 0 stars. Online Wal-Mart are thieves. I got 1 out of 5 items not given and you said you going to refund me, yet you charge me anyway over 112 for online purchase. Get a better team or fix your act as a successful company.
Been waiting since Aug 21st for my refund it's now may 10th made an order online then Walmart cancelled it the min it was placed but still went in my account and took the money. everytime I call I hear oh the money will be back in 2 business days it's now been almost a month it was to be curbside pickup same day but nope
Ordered gazebo online. BEWARE!!! Tried to cancel since it did not ship and was not in stock 2 weeks after ordering. Order could not be cancelled as it was shipped (did not have any tracking or information, did not yet charge my card). Customer Service told me to refuse the delivery and I would get the refund. Have been calling for over 10 days for my $1k refund. Do not order online unless you are very sure that you will not need a refund or ordering bread. Read the reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau there are many complains of people waiting months for refunds.
If I could give 0 stars I would The couch took longer then mentioned and didn't reach out to me until 3 days after the loveseat was suppose to be delivered. When the couch arrived they won't bring in even with physical distancing could of worn a mask etc but no they left it out front for me to pick up. 200lb couch. Once I finally get inside with it the lovesear is missing a peace and defective one recliner of the loveseat is broken. I call they told me I need to put back in box and bring back outside. This point I was fuming and asked to speak to supervisor which still didn't seek to have any empathy for my situation but sent a refund request stating someone will Call me with in 24 hours this was Friday. No one called so on Monday I call customer service again and the person said ok I have issued you a refund I asked why no one called me etc he just kept saying sorry but they all sound like robots with no feelings. The whole exp of buying was very poor never again will I buy sometime important or big from Walmart again. In end I ordered from leons who were nothing but great customer service and will deliver inside my house 3 days after I ordered.
Oh wow, where do I begin? As a first time mom, I thrived from the convenience of online shopping. But after my recent experiences, I will never again be purchasing online. I understand it isn't Walmart's fault that non-essentials are blocked off right now. Since I was pregnant last year and have a new baby, we are both in need of new clothes.
1. I experienced this with BOTH ladies and baby clothing. I purchased the same item, same size, just different colours. Guess what? They all fit different.
2. An item was delivered to me that wasn't even something I ordered. I had ordered something else. After spending hours waiting for either the live chat or the customer service on the phone, I decided to just visit a store. My expectation was that they would get a hold of the warehouse and have my item delivered to me. My reality was they refunded my money and told me to re order it. So now I either have to pay shipping or I have to spend an extra 35$ just to get the free shipping again from THEIR mistake. On top of that, do I really want to risk it?
3. One of my orders was delivered in parts and 1 item has been MIA for 3 weeks now. No idea if I'll even get it or where it is. My online account has stated it's been in transit for 2 weeks now. I'm sure it's lost and I've wasted even more money.
I highly doubt any of this will get rectified, but for the off chance it does, I do still have all order numbers if anyone would want to look into this and possibly give me some sort of justification for all the mess-ups that have been happening.
5/5 for their consistency. They somehow added "frustration" to every SINGLE order I placed. There was missing items in one order, used item in one order, wrong item in another order, etc.... They will never be another Amazon. All the employee won't listen to you.
Too bad we can only afford them. Take your money and go somewhere if you can afford it.
