Oh wow, where do I begin? As a first time mom, I thrived from the convenience of online shopping. But after my recent experiences, I will never again be purchasing online. I understand it isn't Walmart's fault that non-essentials are blocked off right now. Since I was pregnant last year and have a new baby, we are both in need of new clothes.

1. I experienced this with BOTH ladies and baby clothing. I purchased the same item, same size, just different colours. Guess what? They all fit different.

2. An item was delivered to me that wasn't even something I ordered. I had ordered something else. After spending hours waiting for either the live chat or the customer service on the phone, I decided to just visit a store. My expectation was that they would get a hold of the warehouse and have my item delivered to me. My reality was they refunded my money and told me to re order it. So now I either have to pay shipping or I have to spend an extra 35$ just to get the free shipping again from THEIR mistake. On top of that, do I really want to risk it?

3. One of my orders was delivered in parts and 1 item has been MIA for 3 weeks now. No idea if I'll even get it or where it is. My online account has stated it's been in transit for 2 weeks now. I'm sure it's lost and I've wasted even more money.

I highly doubt any of this will get rectified, but for the off chance it does, I do still have all order numbers if anyone would want to look into this and possibly give me some sort of justification for all the mess-ups that have been happening.
