What a great experience. Luckily I happened to live near the office so they delivered the chair the following day for a gift. Never bought something this expensive over the phone but the sales person John was so kind and didn't try to up sell. felt very safe and the whole process we great!
I bought one Osaki- Pro Maestro chair for my wife last year.
We are very happy with sales person, service and prompt delivery.
We are very pleased. It gives a very strong massage, but can be adjusted to make it softer. Foot massage is nice, I wish it were a little stronger on the feet, but still feels nice. I had a dream wave previously, overall I would say I like the Osaki better, but it is a close match. The Osaki gives a stronger and more efficient massage overall including arms, shoulders, legs. Upper back is about the same. Both great machines, hard to go wrong. If you like strong massages, I d go with the Osaki.

Ordering a remote for my chair was great.
Spent almost $6000 in the Osaki Maestro. Started having error msgs after 4 months. Bluetooth was never functional since I received it. The technician came and replaced both the main mechanical part with the rollers and the the hole footrest. After he installed the foot rest I noticed it was pink and black which is different than mine which is grey and black. The guy said to just keep until he gets a replacement. A week after he did this replacement, I started getting again the same error msg, about three weeks after the Bluetooth was not functioning again. I called the office multiple times and they keep telling the don't have the replacement part yet and that the technician will contact me to address the other issues. It's been 4 months and no one has called. Very poor customer service for such an expensive chair. I'm going to return it to costco. It's a piece of junk
