If I could give 0 stars I would
The couch took longer then mentioned and didn't reach out to me until 3 days after the loveseat was suppose to be delivered. When the couch arrived they won't bring in even with physical distancing could of worn a mask etc but no they left it out front for me to pick up. 200lb couch. Once I finally get inside with it the lovesear is missing a peace and defective one recliner of the loveseat is broken. I call they told me I need to put back in box and bring back outside. This point I was fuming and asked to speak to supervisor which still didn't seek to have any empathy for my situation but sent a refund request stating someone will Call me with in 24 hours this was Friday. No one called so on Monday I call customer service again and the person said ok I have issued you a refund I asked why no one called me etc he just kept saying sorry but they all sound like robots with no feelings. The whole exp of buying was very poor never again will I buy sometime important or big from Walmart again. In end I ordered from leons who were nothing but great customer service and will deliver inside my house 3 days after I ordered.
