I love Wag! Our boy has the best time there and comes home too worn out to cause trouble. The staff is friendly and it is evident that every one of them loves dogs. The prices for daycare and boarding are a great value. They even have a vet come to administer vaccinations when they re due. Definitely recommend them when your dog cannot be home alone.
This place is absolutely horrible. Do not send your pet here. My pet has stayed here multiple times while I have gone out of town and 2 times she has returned with a medical issue. The first time she left with a bruise on her side and the second time she has left with cuts all over her nose (they say its from playing with the other dogs which may be true) but if my dog is "playing" to the point that they start bleeding I think they as the care taker should break it up and alert the dog's owner of what has happened. My dog has also not been eating since she returned and has used the bathroom in the house (not normal for her at all) and is walking with her tail between her legs and is in a general sad mood. When I called Wag about the issues I was taking they did have any records of her behavior during her stay and would not take any responsibility. Both times my dog has stayed here I have to take her to the vet. Please do not send your dog here I will be going back to the more expensive dog boarding site I have previously used. I also will add it smells horrible in there when you go to pick up your pet so I doubt take it is very clean either. How would you feel to drop your pet off somewhere expecting them to be WATCHED and cared for and you return to them not feeling well, in an odd mood, and with visual signs of injury. This place is not legitimate please DO NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE clearly they can not ensure their safety.
Visited this location as an emergency doggy daycare for my 11yr old senior dog. ABSOLUTELY LOVED the facility and employees!!! From the first step inside, I like the set-up of their facility boarding choices and employees who truly enjoy their job.

Love this place, I enjoy that they send pictures of my pup to let me know that she's okay and how she's doing. I also enjoy the pictures of playtime. I really love the fact that they are open 24 hours, it really takes the away the stress of having to get there to pick up my pup at a certain time. I have bring her there during daycare hours and enjoy my day until it becomes night and not have a care in the world because I can pick my pup up at 4am if I wanted/needed to. They're clean and friendly and affordable considering everything they offer. I'm happy I found a place that's so accommodating to me and my pups needs.
I highly recommend Wag Atlanta. They love dogs and know how to treat them well. It's obvious the staff understands caring for our furry family members. Our pup is always happy when he returns home. We have used Wag Atlanta several times throughout the last year. They also do a great job grooming him.
I boarded my 2 pets here and requested a grooming on the last day. Both of my dogs are white. When I picked them up, 1 dog was white and the other was orange. My now orange dog is also mixed with a poodle so you cannot allow him to air dry or his hair will mangle up. Unfortunately I had to shave my dog to remove the color and the tangled hair. I did not recognize my dog after the shave. The staff did make it right and showed concern.
Staff is so friendly and informative. Usually my baby is happy to see me, but this time I think he wanted ro stay longer.
They always have space for my dog, it doesn t matter if I make my appointment for daycare a week before or the day before they always fit her in. And love the fact they offer the dog flu shot very reasonable price cheaper than the vet.
It was said when i went to pick up my dog that my dog couldn't return because she was growling at the workers and would only let one worker touch her but when i called to check in on her everyday they said she was doing fine and was playing. Didn't like the service and they lied to me.

Awesome place, we left our two spoiled Beagle's here for 5 days due to a family emergency, the facilities are spotless and beautiful, we had our pups stay in a suite with a little couch, bed and a T.V.! We will definitely be using them again, staff was amazing, attentive and responded to all our questions. The also sent pics of our Beagle babies playing which are going to get printed out and framed (high def). Could not be happier, and also FREE airport parking!

I hate having to leave my pet when I go out of town but it s inevitable. I appreciated the ease of scheduling boarding services and the types of add-on services I could indulge my dog in to help with her separation anxiety. Highly recommend, especially if you re flying - can t beat the convenience of 24 hour drop off/pick up right near the airport!

Very polite. Being a first timer they were very easy to work with. Even updated my girls shots for us. Our girl was very nervous but they were excellent in handling her and patient. She was very excited to see us when we picked her up as were all the other pets when their families showed up to get them. We felt comfortable and confident she was well cared for.
We love Wag Atlanta, but more importantly, so do our dogs! We take our pups in for doggy day care occasionally, and they get so excited when we get out their Wag bag. When we pick them up, they are always tired from playing all day, as it should be. The staff are kind and attentive, and always greet us and our dogs by name and with a smile. They will even coordinate with our vet to get vaccinations taken care of while the dogs are at Wag. I can t say enough good things about Wag Atlanta!

My family & I needed a last minute pet resort for our puppy & Wag Atlanta worked with us and answered all our questions. They even offered a vaccine that my dog was missing ! We enjoyed the pictures of Sasha and it let us know that she was safe. This was our first time leaving Sasha for a long period of time & for our next trip we will be bringing her back to Wag Atlanta! My dog is a completely new dog after boarding here. He's so well behaved when he comes home & seems to pick up new play skills. My local places were all booked up so I chanced upon Wag Atlanta and have taken him here twice now even though it's out of the way. The staff is friendly and I can tell that he gets attention and not just left in a kennel. The only concern is that he doesn't seem too clean after his baths there. I definitely recommend and would do day care there if I lived closer.
One my dogs left with a scratched nose and no one knows how nor even noticed until it was time to leave. It took very long for them to bring my dogs to me, they couldn t find their collars and after being told which collars went to which dogs it was still backwards and my larger dog was squeezed into my smaller dogs harness and my smaller dog was wearing the Too big collar of my larger dog. My dogs are calm and have never been aggressive with people or animals nor have I experienced this at any other daycare, groomer or boarder. I was very concerned and disappointed to say the least. Skeptical about returning despite the nice staff, reasonable prices and location to my home. I take them there to be safe and happy. That didn t happen. In addition, I was told they had no food left over on either day they stayed and I sent in way more food than they normally eat in a day. I am starting to think I fed other dogs and/or stocked the food pantry at Wag Atlanta.

We LOVE Wag Atlanta! We have an adopted pittie who struggles with anxiety and is hard to draw out of his shell - but not at Wag! He never greets people on the street, even people who knows, but he runs and jumps into the arms of Wag employees. And he always comes home happy and absolutely exhausted. He s come home with some mild self-limiting conjunctivitis before but that s par for the course with day cares - dogs or kids. I love that they require, and can administer, vaccinations. Great communication (they don t mind when I call everyday to check on him, whoops sorry I m such an annoying dogmom!) and it s very easy to use the website for booking. I never have any reservations about leaving my baby with Wag and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for taking great care of Quinn!
Took my pet in for vaccines she never recieved but I paid for. There was never a refund issued and the staff handled to situation poorly. Claimed it was a bank issue and my bank NEVER recieved the refund to go back to my account. They just took my money and kept moving. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend

Me and my baby Jaxx love Wag Atlanta, the staff there treats him as if he s their own. Jaxx can sometimes be a shy boy but they bring the personality out of him by being so patient and understanding!
The staff are great and always helpful and remember my dog and what she likes and treat her extremely well. The only negative thing I can say is that the tour I received the first time I brought her was very brief and only showed a couple of very limited areas. The outside play area looked very small and wouldn t give the dogs an opportunity to run at all. I wish they had shown every area of their facility so it didn t look like they were hiding something instead of making excuses about codes and insurance preventing them from letting non-employees in any other spaces. They say they have a dog run but I ve never seen it. That said, my dog is always happy and seems to have been very well looked after when I pick her up and she s exhausted when she gets home so she must enjoy it. Their hours are amazing as well. They re basically open 24/7 and never tell you it s too late or early to drop off your dog which makes them unmatched in the metro Atlanta area, especially if you work crazy hours like I do.
I had to go out of town for work and I needed a place I could trust to keep my dog for the weekend. I tried to do the application online and couldn't so I went to the location to do it and staff at the facility were very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and booked my reservation the same day. Drop off and pick up are very quick. Upon returning my dog was scheduled an oatmeal bath and she smelled amazing when I picked her up. She was happy and the staff gave me a personal update along with a report card and photos while I was away. I m very satisfied with my experience and will most likely use Wag Atlanta again for my bog boarding needs.

When I look for services or products for myself or family, I look for the very best. After trying a lot of other places in Atlanta I can say I've found the best in Wag Atlanta. Very friendly staff, let me tour the whole building, and on pickup it was obvious my dog had become attached to the staff and was well taken care of. Is my go to facility from now on.
I ve been bring my pup here for the last 3 months (since my regular boarding place closed due to COVID) and I m so happy I made the switch! They are open for drop off and pick up 24 hours, which is invaluable because I m a flight attendant. My pup is happy to see the team when we pull up, so I know they are taking good care of her. They are very responsive, and always answer the phone. The only thing they don t have is cameras so you can watch your pup play. But great value for the money!
My dogs (past and present) absolutely love Wag Atlanta! They definitely treat your fur baby like their own. Highly recommend!!!... We're not going to menton how well she sleeps after a visit... Love it!
The first time I went into WAG was by mistake because they had split from Park N Bark. They told me Park N Bark was located next door now but they had open space and would willingly take my dogs without vet records. That was the first red flag. Most recently I wanted to give them a chance and try boarding my pups there given the reviews. They refuse to accommodate dogs who need 1:1 time. We have an older dog who is 17 pounds and cannot be around other dogs because he doesn't walk well and is easily rough housed. They told me to take him somewhere else because they are too busy to allow for 1:1 time with the dogs. Park N Bark had THE best staff who took the time to get to know your pets and their needs. WAG is trying to become another Pet Paradise and it's a shame.
The staff is absolutely fantastic here. I was apprehensive of taking my dog to any type of daycare or boarding facility but after her first daycare stay, I have complete confidence & peace of mind that Shadow is being taken care of & having a great time. Now she's a regular at daycare on the occasion when I have to work longer hours!

The staff is wonderful. They love animals and my Min Pin loved it there. When he comes home he is exhausted. They are open 24 hours which is nice because I do not work a traditional 9-5. You won't be disappointed. Oh I forgot it is nicely priced! The baths are a nice perk to add prior to pick it.
Wag Atlanta will be my go to for boarding now! They treated my two Pomeranians like there very own pets. I boarded my two for 10 days in a Tiny Paws Lane suite, I also opted for no group play since one of my dogs is very timid and small in size. I didn t want her to get injured. So they got play time with staff members and it does show. They were so happy looking in the photos that Wag took, and they looked great when I picked them up on day 10. I ve used other places for boarding and my dogs will just not look like right upon pickup, like it was a traumatizing experience, well not at Wag. I may even look into daycare at some point and try to introduce them into group play to get them more socially active with other dogs. You can take a quick tour of Wag also, to see what it looks like and if you think it will meet your pets needs. They do a great job at keeping the place clean and safe for your furry pal. Took care of our puppy kid while we were on vacation. Not only was the staff loving to our pup but photos are posted on their Facebook page of all the dogs play time outside together. Nice that he got to socialize, and we were able to pick him up at 3 am when we drove back with no issue.

Do not take your pet here if they have a "special need". My pet, like family, had been there numerous times since end of 2019. In July, I uploaded updated vaccinations. Later that day, I was sent a dismissal to take my pet to a vet care center or somewhere that can handle his special needs. There has been a "nothing around his neck FROM day one." All of sudden he was dismissed with a "we will miss the little guy." As if, don't contact us regarding this...goodbye. I was livid, which is why I am doing a review months later. It makes me wonder, did they ever follow the instruction. At any rate, my furbaby will not go where he is not welcomed.
They the nicest people. In my opinion the owners and management are just good people and ya just don't find that much anymore.
The staff was wonderful. It was the first time I was able to go out of town and not worry about my big boy! I will definitely bring going back

Bailey loves it! 2xweek. Responsive staff, indoor/outdoor play areas, and perhaps best I can drop him off as early as I want and pick up as late as 10pm for 20 bucks a day.
My dog Irie has stayed with Wag Atlanta three times and is always well taken care of. He likes the staff and to be able to play and run while I am away.
They treat my dog Larry like family! They re always quick and responsive to any reservations I make, always provide me with the paperwork when I need it via email, they know him and talk great things about him when I call! They took great pictures of Larry playing on their website when I first brought him and they supply in house vaccines and shots which are very convenient! Their 24 hour service lets you pick up your dogs any day and time and you get a discount on on airport parking when boarding your dog. I also boarded my new dog Milo with them and he was taken with the same care as Larry. The prices have increased over the years but you can t beat the convenience and care!
We love taking our German Shepard here for boarding. The customer service is always great and the coupon for long term parking is awesome. We love seeing the pictures of our dog having a good time while we are away. Highly recommend.

Wag Atlanta is truly a step above the rest! I always feel so comfortable dropping my pup off for either daycare or overnight stays! They are always patient, and kind and seem to really care about my dogs!

My big boy went in there nervous and came out a brand new dog (Lab mix) he looked happy with his bath and nails cut and teeth and ears cleaned and when he got home the kids showed their love for his absence and new clean presence.... I recommend wag atl for sure the ppl were welcoming and full of personality just what my baby (Apollo) needed to feel comfortable..
My dog absolutely loves this place. The staff is always upbeat and positive when they see my handful of a French Bulldog. He is always exhausted after a day of daycare. Parents should be able to see their fur babies on Facebook each time they have spent the day there.
Just took our pup for a long holiday to Wag. We were very impressed with not only the staff but the facility and overall practices of Wag. We will be back!

We like Wag for several reasons; great price, convenient hours, and everyone there is so nice. But mostly, our dog loves it there. She goes straight in, excited to play in daycare. To me, that s the best recommendation that it s a good place, if she didn t like it there she wouldn t be so eager to go. I always recommend Wag to my friends with dogs for boarding or daycare.
I know when our dog is at Wag that she is in good hands.
24/7 convenience! Great facility. The staff is very nice and is across from airport parking. They also offer $5 parking at Park N'Ticket which is a great plus.
