Took my pet in for vaccines she never recieved but...

Took my pet in for vaccines she never recieved but I paid for. There was never a refund issued and the staff handled to situation poorly. Claimed it was a bank issue and my bank NEVER recieved the refund to go back to my account. They just took my money and kept moving. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend
