I been W Taipei couple of times. Many of my customers stayed there. What can i say - its a posh spot they got everything u need from pools Michelin restaurants and drink bars overlooking Taipei 101 skyscraper and the City

Geez, where do I start. This hotel is superb. The design is so beautiful and unique, the bed is so comfortable, and the room is equipped with an amazing Bose sound system to hook your mobile into. But, it's the service that blew me away and especially Debbie from the W experience team. She contacted me a week before my arrival in order to try and understand the purpose of my trip and if I needed anything special in my room. When I arrived (at 4:30AM) she made sure to switch her shifts and was there to greet me and made me feel like I was a long time friend who is coming back home. This is the first time I have ever experienced something similar, and I travel very often for business. To tell the truth, the entire staff at the W is happy and helpful. They just seem, human, and are very easy going and fun to chat to. Each one of them have a good story to tell and a listening ear for the stories you bring with you. Again, for a solo traveller, this is priceless. Another honorable mention goes to David, the W Experience manager. He is one of the calmest and kindest hotel managers I have ever met and he sure made me feel like I was in good hands for any need I had. Other than that, the Woo bar is great, the 5beers are yummy, and the location is just wonderful. The only nit I had was that the floor corridors are slightly humid and slightly hot to my liking, but I'm sure this is fixable. All in all, I think found my home in Taipei and based on the amazing service Debbie and the rest of the team gave me, I am sure to check out other W hotels around the world.

The staff at the counter are very unprofessional and their attitude is very poor. The number of visitors in the guest room is very reasonable. The guests are also willing to fill in the form and enter in batches. However, the counter has to choose the most troublesome way for the guests to work, and they are very impatient. , Is definitely the least able to deal with this level of hotel, this kind of service is really embarrassing

I stayed at W Taipei for the 2nd time recently, the only hotel I've ever stayed in Taipei so can't compare with other places in Taipei as effectively but from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked into my both (both times), I'm amazed at how I feel like I belong here and that for the first time I'm the target audience for the property instead of a typical 5-star business hotel property which almost always caters for men in suits (I know I'm generalizing). I love the neon lights, the colored glass in the rooms, the jewelery holder, and the colorful menus and if that wasn't enough, I happened to be staying here on my birthday and it was incredibly sweet of their employee Karen to place a gorgeous (and yummy) cake with a personal card in my room so when I came back I had this special treat waiting for me! Doing things for customer loyalty is something I totally get, but doing them well, and doing them in the moments that matter is just magical. Big big thanks Karen and W Taipei, I was convinced already but thanks for reaffirming my loyalty! <3

The facility is great. And mostly staffs are very nice. We had been staying here for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay until Monday morning before we checked out. We called Uber eat and informed the whatever whenever Line that we had food delivery and please help us to send to room. But after 30 mins the Uber eat driver called me that he needs me to go downstairs to get our order. When I went downstairs, I could see the driver was so excited and angry. He told me that the front dest lady called Iren she doesn t want to help him to receive the order or callus to confirm the order. Since I use my English name to place the order, hotel cannot match the Uber eat user with my check in name, she worries it s not my order. But she could make a simple to make sure if I have any food delivery. No! Nothing. She has cold face and attitude to the driver. I really feel so bad the she is the image of W hotel that she stands in the front line. After we checked out and walked by her, she still keeps a very arrogant attitude. For this, me and my husband feel so bad and uncomfortable for her front seat job

Great hotel with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and is very high-quality. Their gym facilities and olympic-sized pool are top-notch. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond bringing a whiteboard to our room so my husband and I could take Mandarin lessons from the comfort of our hotel room!
