I had a great experience purchasing an Aqua Lily Pad as a gift for my mom. Shipping was delayed due to COVID but I was kept in the loop and once the pad shipped out we had it in under 48 hours. When our pad came it had a minor rip in it, so I contacted ALP and they quickly resolved the issue. I heard back almost immediately and was given the option to send the pad back (at no expense to myself) and replace the pad with a new one or get a free repair kit and wireless speaker for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend ALP for their awesome products and great customer service.
