I just got a call that the old owner has brought a remote control for the central door lock. They asked if I still wanted it and they kindly sent it to me. Have the car now 3 weeks and have not discovered 1 flaw or defect. In short: Great!

Nothing at all was good about it. One does not honor his appointment, due to defective on-board computer visited twice. Is made but was because we did not need a loan car. No great garage. Nicely paid for the delivery costs, but they just get a damp cloth over the dashboard for that. For the rest, the car has not received a turn like the car should have had at that mileage. Of course I only found out 15000km later. So for a cheap car fine but let put on paper what one does for the delivery costs, otherwise cheap becomes expensive.
End of January 2016, bought a BMW 320CI from this company. Heard very nice stories and after having driven a bit (in a built-up area) and good to have walked the car, came to a price with the seller. This was, I thought at the time, a very reasonable price. The car was 100% good, always maintained by them and for a small extra price a new MOT could be added. The seller (really very unfriendly) told me that he also knew the previous owner personally and he had taken very good care of it. However, I had problems with higher speeds and coming home. Piece: LMM faltered, 2 wheel bearings, 2 steering balls, wishbone gearbox and engine rubbers had to be replaced, crankcase ventilation completely full, dynamo broke after 2 months by a leaky power steering oil barrel, all filters bad and even the rear axle torn out (slightly) !. I also had no cruise control at all and that was according to the advertisement? And furthermore, repairs were incredibly poor. Now I have already lost about the purchase amount on repairs. They do not help you further because yes, no guarantee. And they only make fun of you. I have pictures and control papers of a BMW garage everywhere. I can still assume that a car is just right? For small things I don't come back without a guarantee, but this !?

Repairs have not been carried out or have not been carried out correctly, agreements have been postponed several times or have not been honored. And the A 3-month warranty and loan car that were raised several times by the seller during the sales conversation are a big sham. The car was returned 3 times in the 3 months after delivery without the problems (oil leakage and burning airbag light) being remedied. The promised loan car is often not available and if you get a loan car this is an unreliable doghouse of around 15 years old that vibrates apart when your hander is more than 80 km / h.
Made a test drive last year in a Dodge Caliber. Immediately in love !! I asked if on delivery the rims could be sprayed clean because there was caked dirt on it. I thought it was a neat and reliable dealer, but I made a big mistake. Bought a car with a bovag warranty, but if something is wrong with the car, they pretend they can't find the cause, or pretend it was made, or they keep postponing the appointment until the warranty is over.
After that I went to another garage and they told me within a minute what the problem was. Then cb cars called and then it was said: you can get a discount. It should have been made when it was still under warranty.

I bought a nice car at cb car last January. The seller was nice, professional, serious and very funny. Car was neat clean and the interior top cared for. Until today, the car runs like a charm. Also top service when changing winter and summer tires. I received calls in the morning and in the afternoon. Could also rent a roof box for a very nice price. All in all super satisfied and I will definitely be back.
Nothing but praise for CB Cars. They have a very nice range of used cars and are very customer friendly. My girlfriend and I came for a Skoda, which we could test immediately with a test drive. No hassle, open communication and a good feeling. I also know that in the coming months I can still turn to CB cars with questions / comments about the car.

How did it go: Called CB Cars in advance to see if the car was neat since I am a piss and have to drive far to see it. The car was neatly described on the phone (few scratches and dents, but technically completely in order) and that was also correct as described. It is a 116 km drive, so it is also important that everything is correct.
We arrived at the car, indeed as described and immediately a cup of coffee. Just to be clear, that was absolutely not the case with ECH cars in Hoogeveen and Autoservice Meijerink in Wierden, so I was happy that CB Auto's was honest!
Test drive: "Go and drive, you can judge it yourself". Indeed everything fine just a little vibration on the handlebars, but that is balancing a few tens and come on it is 13 years old and competitively priced and I wanted to buy it without a turn and warranty.
Immediately bought the car and already driven 612km and it is really 100% in order. The car drives perfectly and I spoke to the previous owner. I found his phone number on a work order from the Volvo dealer where he was always servicing. He said that it was a perfect car and that he had bought a BMW, but that I could drive it for many years without problems. That is of course a feeling, but it does indicate something.

Applied online for a trade-in of my car for another one. I then receive an email with how much I think I can get for my car. Neatly sent a message and unfortunately never received a response. I called them afterwards, but kindness is hard to find unfortunately.
Man and location just avoid. 3 months so-called warranty on rotating parts. Passed 2 points after the 2nd day of purchase. After months of self called to have if he had time to look at here, after many phone calls and personal conversations was after four months so far.
1 of the mentioned points has been restored (incidentally the cheapest a 200 euros) and the 2nd I was waved away under the name "the car can grow old with that". Very crazy because an AA mechanic had indicated that it should be simply replaced (repair of approximately 600 euros).

After a search of a few weeks for another car. We bought a Ford Focus at CB Cars last December. Despite the car, according to the seller, had just arrived and still had to be cleaned, it looked neat. Because we ourselves came from a small car (Suzuki Alto), we were curious about the driving characteristics of the Ford. Actually, the car was right right during the test drive, except for a few minor defects. Upon return, these dots have been included in the purchase agreement. The delivery, just a week later, went well. The car had been cleaned in the meantime, so nice and the defects were solved. The front brakes have also been replaced (according to the seller necessary for the new MOT).
At the time of sale, we have agreed to make an appointment at the end of the Bovag warranty to repair any defects. During our trip to Italy last month we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't getting very cold, and the cruise control suddenly stopped working. We have reported these defects by e-mail and have immediately scheduled an appointment for the repair thereof. Last Wednesday we brought the car and picked up again on Thursday afternoon. The cruise control works again, a switch or something similar was broken and for the air conditioning is also a part replaced. Both work again! All in all, the car has been in possession for almost 6 months and we are satisfied with our purchase, it is nice that the defects have been resolved. Because next year I will probably drive more kilometers and maybe still want to go for a diesel, I will certainly ask CB Cars for another car!
Beware: avoid this garage and do not drive far. Via the internet we found a beautiful car, offered by Cees Boot of C.B. Cars. Met all requirements. One thing we wanted to know for sure: it was not allowed to smoke. We explicitly asked if Cees Boot could confirm this. He 'went to check it right away' and then knew for sure: never smoked. We drove for an hour and it immediately became clear that Cees lied that it was printed. There was an awful lot of smoking. The stench immediately came to us and the burnt holes of the butts were in the chair. In addition, the photos turned out to be polished because the car showed damage that was not visible in the photos. When we confronted Cees Boot with this, his response was: 'you shouldn't have been so naive'. Request for an apology and compensation for the fuel were laughed at.
