Customers are those no matter, as soon as one has bought in good faith a product. After that you are those no matter. I'm just saying Thermomix TM5 is turning, though the TM 6 is in the starting blocks. Hope this action opens the eyes of people. And you stay on the TM 6 !!!
I do not recommend the Thermomix anymore !! Better customer service for the products of Lidl and co.

I am a total rivet, and then my rescue came: the TM6. Since I have it I enjoy cooking and it always works. It may be of little interest, but I also find the look totally appealing, because you immediately feel like cooking again. I bought the TM and I'm thrilled. No - he's not a star chef. No, he doesn't shop for you. It doesn't taste good alone. He doesn't grill. It's not an oven either.

For me, the TM 5 is the perfect kitchen machine. I was very skeptical, but the enthusiasm is increasing day by day. Strong engine, very good workmanship. Loud? Yes. Power is louder than a 50W light bulb. The performance is enormous.

I think you can cook well with the TM. It makes the beginner better and the professional no worse! Many dishes are 99% a hit without a plan of cooking.

Great recipes and the shopping list app is well done. I put many devices out of service for the TM and haven't regretted it until today.

Ich mein Vater ist 2009 verstorben. Er bestellt nix mehr.
Von ihm habe ich auch meine Staubsauger.

Doch sie haben Ware bestellt und nicht gezahlt ????????????
Wann und wo konnte sie mir aber nicht sagen................ Also echt.

Und ich noch mal - nein war nie Kunde bei Ihnen Ich ne. Die Dame doch......ich nein. Dann meine sie ich habe ja einen Vorwerk.

Ich scheine da an einen Haufen Deppen gekommen zu sein. Bei der ersten Nachfrage hat man meinen Auftrag nicht gefunden.

WARNING: Deception at repair service !!! Hereby I would like to share my experiences with the company Vorwerk. First of all, I would like to say that the good reputation "Vorwerk keeps decades" is unfortunately completely outdated. The electric floor nozzle of a Kobold vacuum cleaner did not work after 3 years. We drove to a Vorwerk shop to buy a new floor nozzle. The nice saleswoman had recommended us to have the device repaired, but only 99,00 . So we contacted the repair service, described the fault (the nozzle lights stay de-energized and the electric brushes do not turn, a pulley is loose, which should only be fixed in the course of repairing the first fault). The lady on the phone has confirmed this to me, if the defect should not be attributed to the floor nozzle I would have to pay only a test fee of 39.00 . As far as everything is ok, device was sent to Vorwerk. After less than a week, my floor nozzle came back. The repair report already signaled to me that the floor nozzle will not work. Two plastic parts were exchanged, a tunnel and the said roll and the bill over 99.00. Home arrived, result as expected. The floor nozzle does not work. Renewed contact with the service, they sent me a new suction hose and a suction tube for a cheap 118,00 . Result, the electrical system of the floor nozzle was in order the whole time, the defect was on the suction hose. Renewed contact with the service, the employee could understand that I disagree with the bill for 99 for the exchange of a wheel and was right that the electric floor nozzle was not checked at all before the repair if they made this mistake has at all. Because then you would have been able to call me if the wheel should be exchanged for 99 at all. The lady promised to talk to me about the case internally in order to be able to meet me with price on the bill. I do not expect a cancellation of the bill but only a reduction. After a week I have not heard anything from Vorwerk and I contacted the service again. The third employee insistently insisted that everything had gone right. It was irrelevant what I would have discussed with the service employees before repair, I have indeed signed the repair order! No accommodating, no service, nothing.

My wife and I have the vacuum cleaner including the attachment for wiping tiles and laminate in operation at home.
At first we were very enthusiastic about the product, which unfortunately quickly subsided. In addition to minor problems, the suction power was greatly reduced shortly after the 2-year guarantee expired, so that the device no longer made sense. We got no goodwill for the repair and had to pay about 90 , a very weak service for an alleged premium product, which cost a good 1000 ! In addition, after a short time, a few hairs got caught in the drive, which should not be normal ... to make matters worse, they have been lightly charred by the heat of the brush rotation, so that a very unpleasant smell arises. We paid for the correction of this problem and the same case again a few months later.
Before that we had a Miele vacuum cleaner that only cost 20% of the Vorwerk, lasted 8 years and didn't have a single problem during that time.
The Vorwerk company should be ashamed to sell such inferior products at such cheeky prices and then present themselves as a premium brand. We are very disappointed with the product, the "customer service" and the company. We will definitely never buy anything from this company again and will definitely not advise anyone to buy this pipe crusher aka vacuum cleaner.

I called the service number, after about 20 minutes of waiting there was a nice voice. She tried to solve our problem. Apparently your colleague was not well trained in relation to our chewed product. She was at a loss at the end.

She wanted to ask again and call back. Unfortunately, this has still not happened after 10 days. It's good to have friends who could help you, but unfortunately not you. WHAT A SHAME

The APP also has a lot of errors, so setting it is almost impossible and annoying if it doesn't work properly.

We are the owner of a Thermomix TM5 since 14.02.2019. Only a little later, the follow-up model TM6 appears and of course we are more than disappointed and annoyed that we have not been informed about this before; After only a few days, you have suffered a tremendous loss in value and loss of function, and you also lose the fun of cooking with the Thermomix.

As a customer, I find this procedure more than tricks and I hope that Vorwerk will receive the appropriate concessions. But on written and telephone requests I was refused a change offer. Of course, I would like to follow the advice of customer service and express my displeasure at this and all other places (consumer protection, Google, Facebook etc.).

Bad customer service! Thermomix was sent in for repair and the articulated arms were then only "cleaned". What kind of repair is this supposed to be? So of course the problem occurred again and now our TM6 has to be sent in again. The lady on the phone was completely inconsiderate and did not meet us in any way. For such an expensive device we expected a much better customer service !!
