WARNING: Deception at repair service !!! Hereby I would like to share my experiences with the company Vorwerk. First of all, I would like to say that the good reputation "Vorwerk keeps decades" is unfortunately completely outdated. The electric floor nozzle of a Kobold vacuum cleaner did not work after 3 years. We drove to a Vorwerk shop to buy a new floor nozzle. The nice saleswoman had recommended us to have the device repaired, but only 99,00 . So we contacted the repair service, described the fault (the nozzle lights stay de-energized and the electric brushes do not turn, a pulley is loose, which should only be fixed in the course of repairing the first fault). The lady on the phone has confirmed this to me, if the defect should not be attributed to the floor nozzle I would have to pay only a test fee of 39.00 . As far as everything is ok, device was sent to Vorwerk. After less than a week, my floor nozzle came back. The repair report already signaled to me that the floor nozzle will not work. Two plastic parts were exchanged, a tunnel and the said roll and the bill over 99.00. Home arrived, result as expected. The floor nozzle does not work. Renewed contact with the service, they sent me a new suction hose and a suction tube for a cheap 118,00 . Result, the electrical system of the floor nozzle was in order the whole time, the defect was on the suction hose. Renewed contact with the service, the employee could understand that I disagree with the bill for 99 for the exchange of a wheel and was right that the electric floor nozzle was not checked at all before the repair if they made this mistake has at all. Because then you would have been able to call me if the wheel should be exchanged for 99 at all. The lady promised to talk to me about the case internally in order to be able to meet me with price on the bill. I do not expect a cancellation of the bill but only a reduction. After a week I have not heard anything from Vorwerk and I contacted the service again. The third employee insistently insisted that everything had gone right. It was irrelevant what I would have discussed with the service employees before repair, I have indeed signed the repair order! No accommodating, no service, nothing.
Therefore, I can only warn you to use the repair service !!!!
