Hello dear Thermomix team, I would like to announce my displeasure as well! We also received our Thermomix at the end of February (21st) and unfortunately the great joy has now given way to the great horror. Not only (!) Because of the concealment of the new model when ordering, but also the under-ground, Pampigem and VERY unfriendly customer service. It is only sad and borders on customer fraud by disinformation and the subsequent bad treatment of the problem of deliberate deception. Being angry now is a gross understatement!
