There are nice bikes. BMW is just good quality. Quality has its price.

Today I drove from Innsbruck to Munich to buy a new BMW motorcycle clothing for the start of the season, was probably nothing, closed for wealth. No one was responsible and could give me the reason. Well, now I'm driving Dainese Style, keep it up BMW Motorrad!

Unfortunately I have to join the bad experiences regarding the service. I was there today for an offer for a new motorcycle. There was exactly one salesman present who was busy. When after half an hour still no conversation was possible, I went unnerved. Obviously, they do not want to sell anything.

Very friendly staff and a large selection of new and used motorcycles. Spare parts that are not in stock can be ordered free of charge. Large and attractive exhibition area.

Possibly still work on the friendliness and do not just leave the potential buyers standing.

Honestly, I can not understand the negative comments published here. I picked up my bike on Tuesday and was looked after excellently from the first minute consultation until pickup.

A mecca for motorcyclists. Even if the staff is sometimes a bit too arrogant, you get a very good quality command.

Unfortunately I have to correct my positive impression.
I had my NineT at the service. Unfortunately, I didn't get a notification when it was finished and after a week of heavy rain I was very astonished when I picked up my BMW and it apparently stood unprotected in the rain for days and looked accordingly. When I mentioned this to the staff, it was "passed on".
Premium service looks different!

Update - after the criticism I got the offer to clean my NineT and that was done really well ... so premium service for premium prices

They have pretty much anything around motorcycles. They also sell motorbike equipment (jackets, boots, helmets,...). Renting motorcycles here is possible. The staff speaks English. The only minus is that they are super expensive. The quality is good, but too expensive.

No classics, only large machines only exception, a 35 ps machine ... and 166 cm tall woman is then unfortunately only aif toe tips aif the floor ... Does BMW know that there are women?

It's just like driving - it makes you feel at home here, understood. As a biker you will always find friends here. Whether the sympathetic seller or fans you recognize here - from around the world. The BMW Motorrad Center is a must for bikers - everything here is geared to motorcycle enthusiasts. Good tasteful concept of a global brand - from service to new and used motorcycle sales - professionalism is immediately recognizable - BMW world just small for bikers. Friendly service everywhere- Dining / Area with a view of the service area absolutely great. Small criticism: Clothing and accessories could be a little more organized - often you are here "alone" left or it takes too long to ask questions or be served. here you need little patience - otherwise just great.

The staff is friendly and competent, will be happy to advise you if you have individual questions / requests and will take care of all problems quickly.

Personal feeling, I am always treated decently and I'm just going to rummage around. At the coffee one gets into conversation with like-minded people. The selection of clothes is huge the staff always friendly to me. If I have a quick question, then you have taken time until now and if it was stressful you have briefly put me off, but not forgotten. Especially at the technology counter, the colleague always takes time even if I just want to know something and then maybe not buy. Thanks for that! Buddy has bought a second hand and the seller has taken a lot of time and explained everything in detail. If the moped is at the service, in the morning, in the evening ready (of course with an appointment) I can only say good for my person and the new open look fits.
A little But .... slowly parking is scarce :-) speaks for you, that many come!

Was there because of a motorcycle helmet ... In my opinion very good and especially honest advice; had the feeling that my individual wishes / needs were met and found the seller very authentic. I can absolutely recommend!

Very arrogant, apparently they do not have to sell motorcycles. And with the criminal insurance Ergo I'm fed up!

Bought a used F800R here last year and am extremely satisfied with the bike, the service, the friendly staff and the communication.
I am here a lot for accessories, test drives and just to look at the bikes. I have fun every time!

We borrowed a motorcycle to go to Austria on vacation. The pre-order, delivery, briefing and return was professional and went fast.
The bike was in perfect condition and we enjoyed it a lot.

Super shop, I was in transit and I was immediately helped with my problem "S 1000 XR valve cover" leaking. Unfortunately, was a holiday between but no one can do so. Thanks again for the quick help and friendliness, there should be Berlin once cut a slice.

Super motorcycle shop - nice people who also really ride motorcycles. Beautiful motorcycles, lots of clothing, everything is always in stock. Delicious cappuccino and rolls. Super service at the workshop reception. Many used in the house. All good, keep it up.

Germany was the most reliable BMW MOTORRAD in Munich and I had to revise my travel plans in Moscow because of my bike problems.
