In addition to minor problems, the suction power was greatly reduced shortly after the 2-year guarantee expired, so that the device no longer made sense. We got no goodwill for the repair and had to pay about 90 , a very weak service for an alleged premium product, which cost a good 1000 ! In addition, after a short time, a few hairs got caught in the drive, which should not be normal ... to make matters worse, they have been lightly charred by the heat of the brush rotation, so that a very unpleasant smell arises. We paid for the correction of this problem and the same case again a few months later.
Before that we had a Miele vacuum cleaner that only cost 20% of the Vorwerk, lasted 8 years and didn't have a single problem during that time.
The Vorwerk company should be ashamed to sell such inferior products at such cheeky prices and then present themselves as a premium brand. We are very disappointed with the product, the "customer service" and the company. We will definitely never buy anything from this company again and will definitely not advise anyone to buy this pipe crusher aka vacuum cleaner.
