Hi, I bought a shoe from your Mall of the Emirates...

Hi, I bought a shoe from your Mall of the Emirates branch yesterday evening. And it was clearly told to your staff that it was a birthday gift and if it's not fitting, whether I will be able to exchange or not? and he told yes its possible. Since it was oversized my brother had gone to your branch and another staff told that it's not possible to exchange and she had no idea why other staff told so.
And one of your managers told he can exchange only after lockdown finished. If I had any idea this is the way your brand is treating us, I would have gone to some other brands. Please tell your staff to keep "No exchange policy "visible to customers. So that, we will understand the terms and conditions. It seems like credit card now. I hope you understand what am saying. Thank you

Neither the stock over there are good nor the staf...

Neither the stock over there are good nor the staff..Infact I feel this place itself is the worst place to work..I had an opportunity to see things over there directly..There's lot of discrimination among the team as well..I wish there's some action taken against this company.Waiting for god to punish this company..

Beware everyone!!

Beware everyone!!
Dont ever allow them to deliver the item later on your address. They will take the payment and never deliver coz they don't have stocks in their warehouse. They will give lame excuses and try to delay the order as much as they can. Just only buy if your desired item is available on the spot.

Apparel group don't even bother to launch a complaint even after taking several follow ups and emails. Only money oriented company no customer care.

6th Street is one of the worst online shopping web...

6th Street is one of the worst online shopping websites I have ever seen in the UAE. They do not care about their customers. Do not order from them. If you do receive your order and if there is something wrong with the sizes, you will be stuck with the items forever. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Go on their facebook page and see how many of their customers are complaning. The only way they responded to my complaint was on facebook but they stopped replying there as well.

Do NOT ORDER FROM 6th STREET , they are displaying items which they do not actually have, i placed an order on Jan 5 and they took the money from my credit card, until now they do not have my item and they ignored all my emails i had to call customer service so many times for them to send an email to cancel my order. Rubbish website and rubbish customer service.

As a former employee of this company, if you're thinking of joining, I request you not to. This company will play with you and this place is not where your dreams come to life it's a company where your dreams will get shattered. Worked so hard for this organization and they just deal with you like a toy. Specially at this time of Covid they just threw us out (the ones on probation). We have no where to go and nobody who can help us. We're just stranded nowhere right now with no money . Never will I even look back at this company and wouldn't recommend anyone to join. I'm done.
