They are nice in person and on the phone thats about as far as it goes. I have called 7 times over a span of 3 weeks and only once has my call been returned even tough ive left messages in there inbox like they ask you too in a professional manor. After two weeks in the shop and $9,578 I get home and my land rover has the same exact issue I took it in for. Nearly rebuilt my Transmission and the main problem is clearly electrical. Therefor doing nothing to help and still wont return my calls. Lovely doing business with them.

What a great buying experience! I had been shopping around for a Jaguar Fpace and was ready to buy. I had researched online and knew what the price should be and what I wanted. The dealership in my town yanked me around with pricing. Then the dealership in Seaside (I was referred by a friend of the managing partner!) didn t bother to follow up in a timely manner. I called Stevenscreek when I saw they had the largest selection and three cars that ai would potentially buy. I got the cash price and the lease pricing over the phone and said I d be in tomorrow to buy it. They had the car ready, bought the car no BS waiting around. Jay was our sales rep at the dealership. He was great and easy to work with. Brianna was the internet rep I spoke with on the phone, who provided all the details I needed to make it happen the day before. Getting stuck in holiday traffic on the way home in my new Kag was totally worth it!!!

The worst customer experience I've had buying a car. Purchased a new Range Rover in February and picked it up as arranged and found the navigation system and SIM card hadn't been downloaded and activated. Having dropped the car off a further two times with the dealerships Service center they have still failed to install the software and activate the SIM card. You are really left feeling that once the sale is made they couldn't care less. Having also purchased a Tesla few years ago the comparison couldn't be more different. Everything with Tesla just works from day 1...subsequent services experiences incredible, every effort to go above and beyond and make you feel valued as a customer. Think twice about going to this dealership.

Constant lack of customer service skills and continuously dissuaded to purchase a vehicle here, in person or phone. Coming from a polar opposite experience and preferred dealership in Annapolis, the shear lack of attention or willingness to provide information to potential customers at Stevens Creek is detrimental to new and faithful owners to the brand. Eric Swanson is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with regardless where other departments failed to follow through.

Dealer asked me to come over for a 'VIP Preview' and it turned out to be the opposite. The sales guy was uninterested in showing us what we wanted. They didn't have gas in just one model they had from 2018. I test drove the 2014 Evoque just because I didn't want to waste my time.
He wasted all the time going and grabbing one key one by one. I wanted him to run me through the quotes, colors, trims and other features but the guy said he has another VIP Preview and can't spend more time with us.
Would never recommend this dealer for test drive. The worst buying experience.

Was there to inquire about the new Defender. The good: they had quite a few on the lot and I was able to test drive one. Thanks to COVID a test drive means that you get the key and can go around the block on your own without having to listen to a sales pitch. The bad: they took my contact info and promised me to text/call me on Monday morning (I was there on a Sunday), also that I would be contacted by the "build to order person" so I can discuss my specific build details. Contact never happened. Haven't heard from them again.

While I don't want to be pampered or blabbered to by a sales person since I often know more about a vehicle I'm looking at, I appreciate if they'd actually contact me when I'm told they would.

Will likely bring my inquiry someplace else.

I can't speak to that as my first point of contact was with Titus through email, but I have nothing but good things to say about how he's handled the situation.

I had a great experience working with Dalton Albaugh. It took me awhile to figure out which vehicle I wanted to purchase and Dalton was very dedicated to helping me find the right vehicle which I purchased today! Dalton was quick to answer my calls or respond to my text messages no matter the day or time. He also has a really good attitude and it's refreshing to work with someone who is genuinely committed and excited to partner with customers.

Worst experience ever. Couldnt believe they didn't even give me the loaner car when I have my baby, and they called Uber for us so I had to hold my baby in my arms all the way back to my house. Couple days later take another there to pick up my car. The only answer I got everytime I need loaner car is there is no car available. Stay away .

There's a reason why this place has a 3.2 rating. It should be 0 or less actually. The salesman used cuss words very often. Showed anger when we didn't agree to his terms. Tried to evaluate our Car for 0 dollars by not being clear about the payment options. So in a way we were downpaying 20000 plus 550 per month for 3 years. No wonder the Manager supported him and asked to first learn basic math before going to another place. We got the car from another dealer for 550 a month and 5k downpay without any trade. For God's sake think twice before you go to this place or at least make sure you do the math at least 3 times so they don't rip you off. I wish there were rules for me to report them for dishonest practice !

I had a good experience purchasing my Range Rover sport from Land Rover Stevens Creek. I would highly recommend the dealership. I worked with Eric Swanson, their inventory manager for most of the way - he is a stand up guy and great with communication. It was much appreciated.

Was looking to upgrade my RR Sport to a 2018 model, I came in dressed in shorts/polo shirt ready to write a check and leave with a new car, after 20min of sitting around watching the salesmen grab the better dressed time-wasters I left to Redwood City, and will be purchasing my next RR there.
Since, they changed ownership ~2yrs back, doubled the hourly rate and eliminated "Courtesy Range Rovers" while your car was getting serviced. This used to be the best way to try out the newer models, without a slick talking sales person trying to wear you down
- Dont waste your time on the jerks at this place. I give it one-star b/c half-star / no star isn't an option

This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with! I bought a 2016 Land Rover LR4 from them and upon purchase there was an item needing to be replaced on the center console area which has a chunk missing from it. See photo. John Quinones was suppose to handle this and 6 months later... nothing! Now John is no longer at this location and I am still trying to get the part. I have been the one responsible for following-up as this dealership seems to not understand customer service. After a follow-up around the 4th month mark on the part, the lady on the phone trying to help couldn't even find my name in the system. Really!?! Stay far away from this dealership!

This place was a complete disaster. We ordered our Range Rover. They forgot to put the order in for over a month, which put us over five months for delivery. When it did show up, they had missed some key features in our order. It took forever for them to admit that they had screwed up, and we were left with no car. We love our Range Rovers, but definitely find a different dealership .

After weeks of searching for a 2018 Discovery with all the specs and options that I wanted and talking with dealers all over the country, I found one at Stevens Creek Land Rover. I bought the car over the phone, paid a $2000 deposit and told them I'd be there in 2 days to pick it up and bought airfare to get there and buy it. Less than 2 hours after paying the deposit, the salesman (Jay) called me and told me they just sold the car to someone else! They didn't even give me a chance to offer more money. Stevens Creek Land Rover is not a reputable company and the General Manager is corrupt (and was too scared to talk to me himself).

Terrible service on all fronts. First we went to purchase a Range River Sport. The experience was terrible, could not get any help then finally had a messy disorganized experience. We left and purchased from the Redwood City Dealer which was a great experience. I then brought the car to Land Rover Stevens Creek for a 10K service which cost $1,200 which I found unreasonable.
I then lost a key, purchased a new one from Land Rover Steven Creek and made an apt to get it programmed, total about $575. While there, we decided to add CarPlay. The work was supposed to be done in one day. I was give a loaner. The one day, this stretched to 4 days (over a weekend). We brought loaner back and we where accused of damaging it via a scratch in front bumper. We did not damage the car in any way. Service team insisted I was walked around the car for inspection when I took the loaner and that did not happen. I asked then to consult their security cameras to which they said they don t have any. Service team insisted because I was walked around the car and accepted it us my fault. They filed a claim with my insurance company.

My view is this is a poorly run expensive dealership. Please take your business elsewhere.

To start, I want anyone who reads this review to understand that I am not a difficult customer. I am probably just like you. I just want to buy a car without any hassle that franchise dealerships are known to subject their customers to. That said, it is no wonder this dealership has a 2.3 star rating. They are absolutely terrible. Howard the GM and Gabe the used car manager committed to selling me a vehicles and then when the deal was ready to be consummated they backed out and were not true to their word. I tried to buy the car through my company and they would not sell it to me. They gave me the complete run around and were completely unethical. I must have called 10 times and never received a call back until I demanded that someone return my call. I was willing to pay the asking price of the vehicle so this complaint is not about negotiating a lower price. They simply committed to sell it to me and then they said they wanted to sell it to someone else.

Franchise dealerships have a reputation of being sleazy, unethical and dishonest. Land Rover San Jose and the "new" management staff represents the worst possible sales experience one could imagine.

Do not grace their door step with your hard earned money. You can find a better place to do business. One that might treat you with respect and honor their commitments. A 2.3star rating is way to high of a compliment for these robber barons.

I went here looking for a pre-owned Jag. They have lots to check out on the lot and the sales people are real helpful and not to pushy. Once I found the car that I was interested in, they checked out my car for a trade-in and offered me a very fair trade-in value. We went to look at a car, at first we got greeted by a nice gentleman but he couldn't help us at the moment because he was with another costumer, than some other guy came to help but when we told him that we were given a different information about a certain car he burst out to the other guy and said to him that he did not know what he was talking about and than right in front of us they began to argueing, it was horrible. We had our children with us. Bad experience and bad costumer service.

Jesus Murgia is the best. We are from out of town, and our Rover went down while we were in San Jose. It was Friday, at 6:30 pm (after hours). And Jesus was already done for the day, all locked up and done. We were stranded and he took the time to open up the service desk, create a service order, get our car in for service. Because they didn't have a loaner available, he even ordered an Uber for me to get me to the airport to get a rental. Super kind, and really tried to be helpful. Did all he could under the circumstances, and we appreciate everything he did.

I had my almost new RR in for a annual service and the advisor told me you will need will need to take a shuttle home or we will give you an allowance for Uber. I would look for an alternate for any needed service.

This dealership is the worst! I dealt with Danielle Torres and Stuart Gregory and they will try to rip you off. Beware doing any transaction and exercise caution as they will try to charge you unnecessary fees and it will feel like highway robbery. They can t keep their words and will not make you feel like a customer but like asking them for a favor for their time. No customer service here, but just plain rip off.

We also loved working with Sal the finance manager. We buy cars often and he had a wonderful attitude and was very efficient.

One of the WORST car buying experiences i have ever had! I had an appointment with Jay Singh at 12pm and I was running late so I give him a call and leave a voicemail that I would be there at 1230. I had walked into the building and literally waited there for 3-4 mins before anyone even acknowledged us, mind that there was only me and one other customer there! It was not busy and I was surprised why there was no foot traffic. I seen Jay with a client sitting down and helping him out so that was understandable and he was helpful over the phone before. Long story short jay refers me to another guy to assist me and says "your in good hands" no i was not in good had because this second guy who i forgot his name but is a tall white guy just asked for my registration and apprise my c300 Benz. In the meantime I was out in the lot just looking at some cars and when he arrives he gives me an offer of $4k less than what the other dealer offered me and says "this is the current real time offer, what they are offering at the auctions." Really dude? Im not at an auction, I'm at a dealership. Right after I ask him if I can drive the Range Rover Evoque and he said "I have another appointment in 20 mins. Unless your going to buy it today, I can have someone else help you". WOW pass me around to the 3rd sales man! I was just furious and told him I will take me business elsewhere. How am I even suppose to buy a car "Today" if I haven't even gotten an opportunity to even test drive it! Morons work here and I will never buy a car from this dealership or refer anyone to this place! STAY FAR AWAY AND GET BETTER SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced in my life. Initial estimate came in around $7k - thought the amount was high and was about to take it somewhere else, but then manager came back and cut amount in half. Right there that should have told me something. 5 months later and $10k later, - repair work ended up being related to a bulletin that Landlrover had published. They had it in the paperwork in my file but never communicated it to me. It was something that was actually covered under warranty. I never play the 'female' card, but 100%, the treatment was condescending, impatient, and rude. Poor quality of work as well..my brakes still squeak. Would rather live with it than ever have to deal with them again

I recently purchased a vehicle online from Danelle at Steven's Creek Jaguar. I was highly disappointed with the level of customer services I received during the transaction. I knew at the beginning there would be challenges purchasing a car out of state. However on several occasions Danelle failed to make sure I had the proper paperwork, did not return phone calls and texts, and never took responsibility for any of the issues. I was told my car would be detailed before delivery. I understand that it got dirty in transit but the inside had not been cleaned and the sales stickers were still all over the windows. Really snobby and poorly run dealership. Don't waste your time. The people in this place sadly just don't care. I tried to get a few parts for my RR sport and they were unhelpful and acted like I was doing something wrong because I was trying to do a minor repair myself.

The caring and concerning attitude reflected by the team at Land Rover Stevens Creek won my business right away. I came in hoping to have a good experience. They were busy so it took sometime for someone to help me. So far that is understandable, but that is when it went downhill. The salesman kept on rushing through everything, which is not how good car purchases are made. When we started to talk through the details, he flat out laughed in my face. I can't believe how disrespectful he was. I walked out the door and will never return here.

Don't make my mistake, don't even walk in the door. There are plenty of other dealerships that value their customers. They might not be close to you, but dealing with the jackasses here is not worth it.

My experience with Land Rover at Stevens Creek has been the worst experience that a customer should have .

I was having transmission issues with the car along with massive fuel smell inside and outside the car , I booked an appointment online and came to the dealership . They welcomed me but sent me back saying that I needed a different type of appointment that I took online . but there is no way of selecting that online . He said our website is clunky and you should have called us I told him that I didn t feel it is appropriate to call as I had already confirmed it online .

Worst is He gave me an appointment 2 weeks later and I kept telling him that it feels very unsafe due to the smell and I have an 18 month old baby that sits in the car and I did not want any loaner car aswell . All I wanted was someone to take a look at this unsafe Fuel smelling Transmission losing car / Software defective car.

Anyways I came back home , drove it around for a few miles and realized that this car is probably going to catch FIRE with that smell and gas leaking . I called and gave them the car next week . This time he says that the gas leak is a known issue and there has been a recall for this .. I was shocked at the fact that I had not been informed either by the dealership or by mail/call from anyone at LandRover .

They fixed the smell and the transmission but forgot to repair the software console that keeps restarting randomly while I am in-between calls and on the move. Now I need to take it back again after booking the right appointment . While the car was there I asked him to get the maintenance done as I had been oversold the maintenance package when I got the car at this very dealership . He says we can only look at it next month or when the car touched 10,000 miles I am currently at 8000 miles. SO I need to do this entire drill again .

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service provided to me at this dealership. Probably getting rid of this piece of unsafe junk very soon

We have had LR and Jaguars for the past 7 years, they are great cars; but the Services Experience was always a reason to come back. The Services Department at LR San Jose ( Stevens Creek ) was awesome when Chuck was in charge of the Services Team. A couple of years ago he move to another LR dealer, and now he is gone for good! What a loss for Land Rover! The Services experience since then became time-consuming, frustrating and non-responsive. Chuck is FANTASTIC and represented the same quality in Services we know from the car brand, which unfortunately does not exist anymore...

There is something new afoot at this dealership, and it may be a good time to buy a car from them. I just bought my XE 2017 35t, or as some call it the 'baby' F type. I am pretty giddy about the purchase, and just had a phenomenal drive thru Skyline thru Page Mill, Palo Alto...sweaty palms and all...and car took it all and gave back a LOT. This car looks great, but also it is humble on the outside as a luxury car, and packs a monster under the hood. Keeps it real for me. I don't want too showy. But the brand is HUGE. I only say it because of reactions from neighbors.

Now about the dealership.... Energized by totally new models of this revamped, British car company, this dealership is remaking its image too. I know because i interacted with their new GM, Eric Quistgard, at their performance event earlier this year, and during my purchase. He also mentioned a new building coming up. This extreme makeover work-in-progress means that they are eager to prove themselves, especially as the brand is the underdog and the new models are poised for mass market. Frankly, i really dislike the usual haggling process, and i had none of that for my new, pre-ordered car. they were fair, and also, i was prompt in getting the car as soon as it arrived. Why not 5 stars ... cause it took a while from the time the deal was agreed upon to get my delivery specialist tour.

Top marks to Eric as the GM for personally overseeing my sales process and to Jesus for the patient delivery tour. Why did i write this lengthy review? When i watch football and my team is not playing, i route for the underdog. Both the dealership and the product have impressed me. I waited a long time to find the right car. There is merit here, and it deserves winning.

Both managers are working for me on getting me more money on my trade and I hope to be able to make deal with them. This is how car buying should be! Thx you for a great experience. Jay Oskoui was extremely patient with me back-n-forth across multiple phone calls as I tried to make sure that it is worth my time even to visit the dealership.

Range Rover Sport vehicle interior turned out to be a good color combo with exterior. Vehicle itself was in great shape and Jay explained some key aspects like the wheel locks and in addition to other interior knobs.

Paperwork was super smooth and I was not forced to purchase extra options.Decision was left to me to pick the absolute must ones.

All in all , it was a great experience at Stevens Creek and highly recommend working with Jay Oskoui.

We finally found our desired vehicle here. The price seemed to be much lower than other places, but we figured it was just a really good deal. It was later discovered that the pricing advertised was an error-several thousand dollars below blue book! Since we were already in the financing stage of the purchase, the dealership decided to follow through on their advertised price and sell us the vehicle. We appreciate their business integrity to do the right thing. They even offered to deliver the car to us 4 hours away! Their finance manager Oscar and Salesman Kevin were extremely courteous and professional.

Really disappointing process where I felt like I was being ripped off all the way to the end. They tried bait and switch tactics with packages Included in the deal and when they got caught, they kept arguing that I never needed the packages in the first place. Not the kind of experience you expect when you're buying an $80k+ car. Been treated far better when buying cars at far lower price points. I regret not listening to other reviewers bad experiences and still trying to work with this delaership. Never again. Dishonest and rude with a complete inability to deliver a good customer experience that should accompany this premium product. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everything was nice until I was out of there with my new car. And I get a call a few days after that the car warranty started 4 months ago which was not disclosed during initial sale and they had to re wrote and sign the contract. Balance loan on my trade in vehicle was not sent to the bank even after 10-day pay off. When called they told that previous loan was not paid off because the new loan was not funded as they were not sent out until two weeks after purchase. If I wouldn't have called the bank myself not sure when they would have sent those papers. No one would respond to calls or emails to let know the status of paperwork. What's the point of buying a new car if you still have to submit payments for old loan to avoid bad report to credit bureau? I have been so patient and understanding until now , but had to write this review.

I and my husband were car shopping for the holidays and we knew the Land Rover model we wanted to test drive . We were there on a Sunday and directed to meet Karen. She is one of the best car salesperson we had ever met. She had immense knowledge on most models and gave honest opinions on mileage and maintenance issues. Karen helped us lease the car with features that we wanted and within our budget. It took a week to close the deal (due to our hectic holiday schedule)but wouldn t have happened without Karen .Reza gave a good run down of various protection options , patiently spent more than an hour with us. The whole process was flawless Including post lease follow up appointments ( Jesus from this office gave an hour lesson on the tech features , and then a recall needed to be fixed by service department). Highly recommend this dealership .

Had a great experience when we purchased our Discovery. Although it was CPO, Trina and the guys at the dealership made sure we'll get it clean and detailed with a full tank. The whole process took a few hours but Trina really made sure we'll be satisficed and was very patient.
After the purchase there were multiple follow ups to make sure everything met our expectations. We're very happy with our new LR and happy to have taken our business to Stevens Creek Land Rover.

This is written after owning a Range Rover for a year.
I purchased a 2012 CPO Range Rover Evoque a year ago from Land Rover San Jose. As with most dealers the purchase was smooth and quick.
The dealership itself is old, and ragged.. they could invest in updating the interior. During my last visit, they had desks lined up in the showroom!
Problems started after one week of purchase when I noticed a high wind noise coming from the driver side mirror or window. I took the car back and complained about the noise. They kept it for a few days and came back with, we could not find anything.
I took the car for a drive with the manager and I pointed out the noise, and he said he doesn't think this is abnormal. He told me to drive the car for a few weeks, and understand what are its normal characteristics, and if I still have problems I can bring it in whenever I want since the car is still under warranty until 2018.
A few months later when it was time to service the car. I brought it in, and still complained about the noise. They said they fixed and they replaced one of the plastic windshield frames.
I drove the car to texas and back and the car still had the noise.
After almost a year, I contacted the head office of land rover. I took the car in, they wanted to charge me for the inspection, said the car's factory warranty is expired and now I am under the extended warranty which doesn't cover body noises.
I talked to the manager, and he started telling me that he has to pay his mechanics, and that they are just a franchise, they are not Land Rover. I was stunned, I did not expect that attitude at all from a "luxury" brand.
They agreed to do it "in good will", the term itself annoyed me because I was complaining from this specific issue for almost a year. Same story, they couldn't hear the noise, until 2 weeks of going back and forth, I took the car for a drive with the mechanic and he heard the noise and finally acknowledged it.
They kept the car for a month, and they managed to fix it eventually. Though they did not offer a discount on the service or tried to make feel better about the whole experience. It seems that they are struggling financially, which is very sad.

I was very disappointed with the overall attitude, and the care. It seems like they have no idea what good customer service is, or how to keep a customer happy.
I decided to sell the car, went to see if they would like to buy it back, they gave me the lowest price compared to any other dealer. Even though they know the history of the car pretty well.
The carfax of the car reported a rollback in the odometer which was, according to the salesman Jeronimo, a human mistake. I recall I reported this earlier and they said they will fix it. A year later I found htat they did not, and lied to me.
Because of that many purchasers were skeptic about the car, until I filed a dispute with carfax and removed the entry.
I have nothing against the car itself. My concern was about dealing with a dealership that didn't take responsibility for their cars, and wondered how would they act if there was a more serious problem. After all the most important part of the car is the after sales experience and servicing.
I have finally sold the car, and bought a more reliable Japanese car.
My advise is stay away from that place, and possibly the whole brand.

Also very attentive after sale, offered to help with car assistance when it was needed. Oscar, finance manager, fun to work with and straight forward.
