The salesperson at Mission Viejo, Charlie Monk, was extremely helpful and responsive. He communicated quickly, answered all questions, and secured the Range Rover I wanted at the price I wanted. I would return to this dealership for another vehicle. The only complaint I have is that they were understaffed in finance and this caused over an hour wait to sign the documents that I had asked to be prepared in advance.

Great service Ronnie, Gustavo, and ko made my wife n I very comfortable being there. All I can say is they kept there word and a deal was done. Beyond my expectations.
I have so much confidence in this dealership that I bought my 2nd Range Rover over the phone! I purchased my first Range Rover in 2014 and everyone who I have had contact with since is courteous, kind, funny and all have amazing customer service skills. I can't say enough about my Service Manager, Matt Van Ness. Incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and committed to his customer's satisfaction of the work his dept. performs. It is always a pleasure dealing with Matt. Brian Smith, STELLAR Sales Manager, sold me my 2011, as well as, streamlined the whole buying process on my new 2013. Because of Brian, what could have been a 5 hour process, only took a little over an hour. His trustworthiness and ability to communicate clearly, with a sense of humor, should be commended. I never felt that I was being "played" or dumb-down to. Robert, my Salesman, was super patient in explaining all the things about the car. He never flinched once when I had to ask him to repeat how to work some of these features! So, I thank him for that. And last but not least, finance manager, Richard (?). Can't say enough about him either. He had all my documents ready for me to sign before I walked in, advised me, without any criticism or pressure, on the extras I could purchase and thanked me as he gave me a receipt for my down payment. He was so efficient that I was in and out of his office so fast, that I not even sure if Richard was his name! LOL. In closing, I could have gone to a closer dealership near me in San Diego, but it's the relationship that matters. And this is the dealership I trust.
Mission Viejo Land Rover was the 3rd dealership I went to. Mariam greeted me with a smile, helped me get to the car that I was really looking for and she got me the price that I wanted to pay! Not the price they wanted to sell it at! Customers should feel important confident in their purchase without being uncomfortable or pressured and they accomplished that. I ve been leasing cars for over 35 years and this has been a great experience.
Lots of nice cars here, but when trying to purchase, and negotiate, this is your typical textbook negotiation. Sales manager comes and then gives you the pressure tactic, anchoring, pretending to be your friend, .. etc all the tricks in the book. So just be prepared. Not to say anything is wrong with that, it is just tiring, just make sure to do your research and know what you are willing to pay out the door. Online prices are typically un-negotiated, so there is always room for wiggle.
We worked with Melissa Ciminesi to purchase our new Range Rover and was beyond happy with her professional and detailed service. Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Amazing Service - We have bought two new Range Rovers through this dealership and will return. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service, both the general manager, Heath, and our sales rep Brian were a pleasure to deal with....
I recently bought a 2012 Jaguar XF for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the coolant pipe broke 12 hours after I had purchased the vehicle. Grant Ryder, Mark, and Robin immediately took great care of me and my car for no charge. Our family has purchased many Jaguars here in the past and will continue to in the future.
Service department is non-existing. Brand new vehicle required new brakes and still they squeaked for the next 10k miles. Completely stood up on my next service appointment that was scheduled with a live person - they definitely put service to existing customers second to selling the vehicles. Don t recommend if you want good customer service.
For a Luxury brand 100k+ vehicle. Range Rover does not compare to other luxury car brand. I have owned Lexus, Audi, and BMW so I was expecting similar service yet Range Rover fall short in their service department. 1. They will not guarantee a loner car but they will have a rental that you ll have to pay for if more than one day. 2. They do not have good communication with their call center. When you get there, they will have no idea why you are there or what services you need. 3. When you take time out of your professional work time to take your vehicle in, they will not honor your time and make you work around their time. Even if you have an appointment.
Simply thing is that if I had an appointment for the first oil change on Thursday and was told a loner car will be available and my service will be completed the same day, I do expect that.
However, this is what I got. I drove 1 hour to get there. Got there, and they said my vehicle won t be looked at today and won t be ready until Monday. On top of that, he told me that I ll have to pay for a loner up till Monday because it s more than one day.
When I asked, how come you just don t call your client to informed them of the delay and possible reschedule? He had no answer. So, you guys expect busy people to be okay with whatever?
Range Rover you are a disappointment. Never again Range Rover. Lots of other beautiful cars out there but when service is not hand and hand with the price... not worth it.
Robert Shepard is a class act, very professional and patient. My wife and I visited Mission Viejo Land Rover to price a new Sport. Mr. Shepard appraised our 2013 Sport and provided us with an offer. He then patiently went over every option the new Sport offered. Mr. Shepard was able to get us the exact vehicle and the options we wanted. This is our second purchase from this dealership and we continue to use their service department for all our vehicle needs. Great people here and superb customer service.
The new Jaguar - Land Rover Service department was very customer friendly, which is an improvement over the old Jaguar ownership service department which had issues.
I called in when I saw a special advertisement for a Range Rover . I was transferred to Heath the manager on call on Friday. We talked about my needs and pricing , we agreed to the final numbers. I asked him to deliver the car to my home and he asked to run my credit report and if I was an A credit rated person we had the deal. I have four emails from me to Heath confirming the deal terms before he runs my credit. He then texted me asking me to fill out the credit application so he can send me the car. I sent all that with copy of insurance and credit card / drivers license. Next day no response , so I called in and no one had any knowledge about the deal . Aleck( Sales person ) then was assigned to me to finalize the deal. Then they said since they are not seeing the deal we need to wait for Heath to come in on Monday. Today Aleck calls me and says ok we can do the deal with $90 per month more than what was agreed to??? Do these guys have no integrity or morals? How can you agree to terms and then run my credit and then last minute go back on the terms???Anyone buying or leasing a $120k car can afford the extra $90/month but I will not work with a dealership that acts like a used car dealer . This was by far the worst experience in my 35 years of buying and leasing cars. I am disappointed that Heath could not have the decency to pickup the phone and deal with this or the fact that he was so unorganized that no one else knew what deal he had made on the phone???Any way I look at this , it smells awful and it is a shame people choose to deal with this dealership that has no integrity.
Because it's not possible to give a lower rating for the non-existent customer service here. What happened? Land Rover used to care about its customers. They should really do a few mystery shopper visits and be horrified at corporate level. My family will no longer buy Land Rovers.
After having a wonderful sales experience with the dealership it ALL went down hill when 3 days after driving the car off the lot a warning light came on for a suspension problem. I took the issue to a another LR dealer near my home and they informed me that the issue was because of a known recall item. Simple to fix and should have been done as part of the Multi point check when the dealership certifies a pre-owned car. That also exposed the fact that LR Mission Viejo should have done a 3 year service on the car before I drove off with it too. The most disappointing part of this is that my sales person and the service manager tried to help but once I went to the GM Scott Paul he would not return my calls to even hear my concerns let alone try to address them. I have never received such poor customer service. If the rest of the dealership is taking lead from Scott anyone that sets foot in the dealership should be aware that if there is a problem you wont get any help.
I did couple of services from this location for my Land Rover LR4. For the most part i have dealt with Mark. He is really an amazing guy and really coordinates things well. I ran little over 60K on my car so i had couple of issues on my car - like the dead battery and the water pump was leaking and also brake pads were worn out. He did a perfect job on all of them and the water pump was covered under the warranty with 0 deductible. The Courtesy shuttle service is excellent and their rental car incase if they keep car more than a day is also seamless. When i got my car back, i couldn't believe its as new as brand new feeling when i am driving..Overall all 5 stars and i will go again there for my next service!.
Chris was pretty much the best car salesmen I have ever interacted with. Did a FaceTime in advance to thoroughly show us the car before we came down from NorCal to make sure we were happy and informed in advance. He honestly pointed out every little scratch, most of which were frankly beneath notice. We flew down and they sent an Uber for us and he had everything ready to go when we arrived. The car was even better than he had portrayed. He was cool, low pressure, honest, and gave us a great deal. They definitely lost money on the deal but treated us as if they were making a fortune. And Anthony the finance manager also was excellent. He had the paperwork ready, didn't try to pressure us to finance, went super quickly past everything that didn't need explaining, and had us out of his office in 10 minutes. These guys are super professional and just plain cool. Highly recommend.
Warning!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! This dealer can care less about their clients. Let's start off with the dealer rushed our whole deal, sent us a car to get us for about 75 miles away to purposely lock you into the deal so you won't want to Uber back home, the car was a disaster!!! The rep purposely opened the car doors every time to hide the fact that the 52 thousand dollar Jaguar didn't have key less entry, the head lights on the car are so light and there is no way to figure that out in a test drive during the day, the car had scratches that we found at the dealer which they acted like they did t know about it, when we showed it to them before leaving the dealership but all paperwork signed they didn't want to do anything for us but give us 100$ to go and fix it else where.... the car has other issues as well, like the steering wheel not changing the radio station ( they told us we don't know how to work the car lol...), the car engine RPM started going up like crazy after we turn off the car the same day we got it... the speaker on the driver side is making clicking noises.... are you kidding me?!?? I have bought cars from a Toyota to rolls Royce and never had such a bad experience. The whole experience was shameful, rushed, and full of them acting like they are standing behind their cars but in reality the min you get the car from them you are on your own. Don't waste your time and efforts just to get scammed, run away fast!!! I will never recommend any I know to buy here and will be suing this dealership for fraud and negligence on everyone's part from the rep to the manager. As a doctor I am in complete shock that this dealership management is allowed to operate in such a low standards.
The service and attitude of everyone was amazing and the most important thing that the people in this dealership are not pushy .... very knowledgeable of the product as well.
To whom it ay concern: The service dept. Matt Van Ness is very courteous and kind, very willing to ask my questions, also the machenic Marchall is the best, I always ask him to do the job, really appreciated. Thaks so much. Sincerely, Jeannette Jizhak
Just had my latest service, worked with Robin. Always a pleasure taking my car in there. Everything is professional, they don't try to push extra services and always have a nice rental, & a cappuccino waiting for me. I recently moved and another dealer is closer, but I keep going back to RR Mission Viejo.
The worst experience ever! Wrong key given to my wife for our vehicle Just purchased. DMV paper work so incorrect several times . drove car off the lot electronic shock went bad , the electronic needed reprogramming for navigation, XM ets.and put off saying sorry not in your warranty! Dmv and license plates sent to wrong address. The girl in the finance department rushed us out with the pertinent financial docs but failed to give us the form with all the down payment, taxes , fees concerning the purchase of our vehicle . This went on for two months . Pink slip address still incorrect. We felt that we were lied anything for a sale of . I ve told everyone about our experience .
My last routine maintenance experience was superb! Matt Van Ness accommodated in all of my needs, as usual!! I have purchased 3 Range Rover Sports at this dealership, from Brian Cameron. From purchase through maintenance and upkeep, this dealership has exceeded every expectation and Need. I recommend this Service Department to anyone owning a Land Rover product, no matter where they purchased it
Land Rover Mission Viejo went above & beyond to make sure we got a fantastic car while keeping it within our budget. Sales Manager Brian Smith was awesome to work with! Would defiantly recommend my friends & family!
Armen was a genuinely nice & knowledgeable sales consultant. Can t say enough!
Let me be the first to say I HATE car shopping because all the bait and switch ' hidden fees and typical salespeople shenanigans. Now with that said, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at this dealership. I drove from over a hour away to get to this dealership and it was well worth the drive! The entire staff was courteous and professional. This dealership has earned my business and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family...keep up the good work and thanks!
Last week I attempted to acquire a vehicle from this establishment as a present to myself for my 50th birthday. I test drove a vehicle with Robert Shepherd, their salesman, and agreed to purchase one from their showroom floor that had the options I wanted. I agreed to the price they had listed.
They then surprised me with a list of additional information needed even though I wasn't using their financing. They demanded I sign an additional contract, a "NON-EXPORT STATEMENT OF FACTS", indicating I would not export this vehicle or transfer the vehicle to an exporter. I signed this statement which also gave them the right to rescind the sale for up to four years. I was falsely told that I would have to use their finance company and had to press them to get them to confirm that I could use my own leasing company.
Over the next three days, I filled out all paperwork demanded of me, including a credit application, even though I was not using their financing. They also demanded a utility bill and three month's bank statements. After again explaining to them that I was not using their financing, they then ran my credit anyway.
After no call for two days, I finally called them and was told they would get back to me. Later I got a voice mail from their GSM Tim indicating they now needed to know who my lender is and that they wanted to contact them directly. This was not part of our agreement. I was still deciding between several leasing companies so I could not provide this and I also told them I wasn't comfortable with having them step in between me and my leasing company. This was not one of the conditions of sale that we had agreed to.
I told them I wanted some confirmation the sale would go through once I provided this and at that point, they instead refused to sell me the vehicle. I had complied with every other ridiculous and unreasonable request that they kept throwing at me.
I called and emailed their General Manager and he would not respond at all. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they did respond to the BBB that they weren't "comfortable" selling me a vehicle.
I suggest you don't waste your time here. If they don't like you or the answers you give, even if you jump through all their hoops, they simply will claim they aren't "comfortable" with you. What a joke.
I suggest you find a company that actually wants your business and doesn't play games with you. I will be enjoying my birthday next week, just not with a car from these clowns.
Absolutely the worst service I ve ever experienced... the worst part about it is that my car is still under warranty, and I m relegated to continuing to go there, since there aren t any other options nearby. I strongly recommend you do all that you can to avoid this dealership.
I hate the whole process of shopping for a car and looked for two months until I found one Jaguar XF, at this dealership. I was given fantastic customer service from the time I entered the dealership from Marion the receptionist, sales department Brian and ( special thanks to Jonathan for all of his hard work), department managers Brian and Adam, finance department, and ending with Qerim at the service department. They answered all of my questions and the sales manager gave me extras free of charge! The whole process took 1 1/2 hours and I had a new car! I love my new car and truly it was an above and beyond experience!
I ve visited this dealer a few times to see the Rovers and Jags. Not once have I ever had anyone say a word to me. Sure I m uninterested in a pressured sales process but at least come up to me and ask if I have questions. Instead I ll buy somewhere else. The place is only good to look at what s out front.
Absolutely wonderful team. Brian Cameron was a delight to work with. He made the experience easy and efficient. Very impressed with this dealership. Will come back again and recommend to friends and family.
I purchased a 2017 F-type coupe last week from Jaguar Mission Viejo. Grant Ryder was my sales person, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I live in AZ and knew exactly what body color, wheels and packages I wanted. I thought I would try and find one available in southern CA so I wouldn't have to order one and wait for it. I found the exact car at Jaguar Mission Viejo. I contacted them via email on a Saturday about the car, and throughout the week communicated with Grant via phone and email to negotiate the terms of the sale. Grant's disposition is perhaps the best of any car salesman I've ever met.
I was concerned about the details surrounding the purchase of a new vehicle out of state, and it was difficult to find information online about it specifically to new cars. Also, it seemed as if states requirements were varied. I knew that the car had to be registered in AZ, DMV fees paid to AZ, and also the sales taxes were payable to AZ. Grant and Jaguar Mission Viejo handled all of this for me, and answered all the questions I had that week as to what would be done.
So Sunday morning I jumped on a plane to Orange County. I was really excited about this car. I signed the paperwork that was already prepared for me. Everything was in accordance with our prior agreed upon terms. There were no surprises at all, and it was a seamless process. Grant spent time showing me how to use all the controls and settings, then I took off to the beach for a few minutes, and headed back to Phoenix in my new F-type. It was the best car buying experience. Not only did I get a fair deal, but I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! Thank you very much Jaguar Mission Viejo and Grant Ryder!
Very pleased with my experience with this dealership where I bought my Range Rover a year ago. Heath was most helpful is getting the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this land rover dealer.
I own 2 Range Rover's and a Jaguar. This is the worst place to get your car serviced!! I took my black Jaguar in for serice $3,000 repair fuel injectors and the gave me my car completely dirty with bird droppings all over the car. This after making me wait 0 miniutes when they said the car was ready for pick up . I recently took my Range Rover for service for recall on airbags at Newport Beach Jaguar Range Rover and service was like night and day ! I will never buy or service my Jaguar or Land Rover product at Mission Viejo again!
I did not expect 2017 land rover has introduced a convertible too great. mission viejo given me the opportunity to admire it, test drive it and decide to buy it, pay the price, shake hands, and after 3 hours of paperwork I had a new member in the family. Journey trading is generally very favorable, and also would like to thank all employees at Land Rover Mission Viejo.
Working with Armen was easy, thorough and quick. I am so happy with my new EPace and thrilled with the overall experience. Thank you very much!!! Five star service.
I will just say, there is a Jaguar service center less than 5 miles from my home but I chose to drive 30 plus miles to Jaguar Mission Viejo because of their service, honesty and have you feeling you and your auto will be well taken care of.
Service Advisor, Linda G is superb in our knowledge and customer service. I have that dreaded extended warranty outside of Jaguar and she fought tooth and nail to get almost every repair covered under the warranty. She's amazing.
And the facility at Jaguar Mission sets the standards of what a service center should look and feel like. The repair shop has all glass between the shop and customer center where you can see your vehicle at all times if you stay. I felt like I had an office away from my office with everything available to work on my much needed work needs.
Robert Shepherd and the staff at Land Rover Mission Viejo were exceptionally professional and pleasant to deal with. I did not anticipate the process to be as smooth as it was. I highly recommend Land Rover of Mission Viejo.
Great dealership, they are straight forward with prices, they will give you a good deal if they could. This dealership seems to have a lot of structure unlike others. I would definably come here for a Jaguar or a Land Rover
*** BEWARE**** This is a nickel and dime operation not the luxury dealership service . I purchased a 2016 BMW M6 that I was told was in "showroom condition" and when trying to get a better price I was told on the phone that the sales mgr could not go much lower on the price because We spent to much money on recon of the car. So when I arrived and the salesman pointed out scratches, missing tow cover and torn off weather stripping in the trunk. I purchased the car and drove it an hour home. After sitting in the garage for a day I had to jump start the car because the battery was dead. The power windows did not work and the car was idling rough. I took it into the BMW dealership who replaced all spark plugs and coils, replaced the tow cover, replaced the battery. I also noticed a cracked break light that was never disclosed and needs to be fixed. The car was in the shop for 6 days right after purchase. I tried for a week to talk to the General Mgr. I left several emails through their website. I called and left him messages to call me through the operator and sale people. I tried calling again a week later 3 times leaving my phone number for him to call to resolve this issue but again never called. This dealership should of reconned the car for the months it was on the lot instead of selling the vehicle with all the problems that I have to deal with. This was one of the worst car buying experiences in 35 years. I was told that they are not allowed to fill the gas tank more than 1/4 full on used cars ( LOL ). I have never driven off the lot without a full tank. They never offered to pay for the fixes or the time/ my time when it was in the shop and for having to deal with all these problems when a "luxury dealership" would never sell a car with so many issues. Do not buy a car from this nickel and dime dealership!
Great Experience, got the car I wanted. Staff were all very professional. I have owned and leased many cars over the last 25 - 30 years and Chris Olivieri at Jaguar Mission Viejo made this the best car buying experience I can ever remember. Very professional, no pressure. Was more concerned about what I was wanting rather than what he wanted to sell me.
Beware of Brian Cameron. He will say anything to you so you buy a car. I turned my lease in early to get another car and said everything is taken care of and that I won t be charged so I decided to get another car. 3 months later I get a bill for excess wear of tires. How?! I turned lease in early with a lot of extra miles left on lease. Why would you tell me it would be fine? It s 3 months later and now how am I suppose to verify if the tires were really excessively used or not? I contact Brian and he doesn t pick up my call but texts me back saying to take it up with Land Rover financial and that they can t do anything about it sorry. That s a great help for someone who bought a car on ur word that there will be no issues on your lease return. There are a bunch of dealerships in the area. Save urself the hassle and no not come here.
The salesman Chris was good to deal with and I love the car but the whole process took entirely too long. I was told that the hold up was in processing the paperwork but it took me about 15 minutes to sign paperwork that took 4 hours to produce. I even got to the point where I was walking out the door but the sales manager convinced me to stay a little longer. I feel I was simply forgotten in the process and I doubt I would buy from Mission Viejo again because of this experience.
My wife and i bought a 2017 Dodge Durango. At the Dealership...we recieved OUTSTANDING !!!service and help from Alex .Robert . Brian and Ko...it was a pleasure to do business with these gentlemen...the car was detailed and filled with a full tank of fuel .I would advise anyone looking to purchase a New or Used vehicle to visit them and tell them Brian with the White Durango sent them..signed..TOTALLY SATISFIED!!
We recently leased a rang rover Evoque from rang rover mission viejo. We are totally happy with the service, and of course, our new car ;)) Soheil helped us through the process. He was honest and tried his best to find us the best deal. He mentioned everything to us so there were no surprise or hidden fees. Definitely recommending rang rover mission viejo. Just give them a call and talk to Soheil next time you want to buy/lease a car.
Worst Dealership. Poor customer service. I had taken a appointment with the sales person 2 days before going and had to wait 30 mins before he could speak saying he is attending some else. And it took 20 mins more for other sales person to attend.
Jaguar Mission Viejo has the best service department bar none!! Brennon, my service advisor was so friendly and helpful. My 2015XF was serviced and returned in top condition, I highly recommend using Jaguar Mission Viejo for all your Jaguar service needs.
Great experience so far. The sales person Dirk and the manager Heath are working hard to get me into the car I want and they are looking for a car that fits my budget. They treat me like a person and not just another customer. I would recommend to anyone to stop by at this location before they go anywhere else because I tried most of the dealerships and there is no comparison. Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Was there an hour looking at cars, we were never approached for help. Then went in to ask for help, waited another 45 mins. No one ever came . Then left.
I have had repeated positive experiences with Robin Eisenberg my service adviser. He is knowledgeable, efficient, yet friendly. I can call him from anywhere and he is familiar with my Range Rover and very helpful with advice. I just had my annual service and front brakes replaced. The work was done quickly and the vehicle looked showroom clean when I picked it up. Robin is outstanding.
I leased a Discovery Sport from this dealership on 9/01. There is an InControl app in the car. The dealership created an account of the Incontrol app for me and connected my car to the account already. All I need to do is to activate my account with user name and password. Since the dealership created the account for me, I have tried to get the user name and the password from them to activate my account, it's been taking two months and no one in this dealership can get me any user name and password. None of their service advisors or specialists has ever called me back. This would only take a second to solve. But no one in this dealership helped. So basically, the after sales service from this dealership is zero. I am surprised a Land Rover dealership could be lame like this. Super disappointed.
Getting a new car can be really exciting and a very long process! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything took place and also liked the communication I had with the sales representatives: Ronnie and Brian. It was definitely a great experience and am happy with my purchase!
Great service experience today. My F-Pace was due for annual service. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and efficient. Loaner car made it easy. Kept me updated on progress. Very happy with the Jaguar Mission Viejo service department!
Avoid this place at all costs. Sold me a vehicle that had significant after market work done on it without telling me. Control arms were shot and had to pay five hundred dollars out of pocket to fix. Mechanic was amazed the dealership would sell me the car in this state. And the car only had 11k miles on it. Still haven't received my license plates yet and it's been over three months. You can't trust this place.
Remodeled service area is an improvement, and look and operates more professionally. This time actual service was not quite as good: oil filter improperly installed, car leaked, had to return (for two days) to have problem corrected.
I had a regular maintenance and some recall items in my Jaguar IPace and all was done on a very friendly, pro and timely basis. So glad they took care of the Lyft as well.
Both my buying experience with Gabe and my servicing with Matthew a week later were awesome. Can't think of a single thing to complain about, and we're so glad that we purchased from Land Rover Mission Viejo!
We had a great experience with JMV. Well organized and supportive staff members. Maria and Adam did a great job in helping us out in every stage of our lease.
The very best customer service for me and my Jag. Mark Espinoza's attention, knowledge, experience and follow-up provide timely, informed and complete car and customer care. Enterprise, Alex, on site, had me in a comparable loner and on my way in no time at all. The whole staff works as a team to make sure that you are well taken of from drop off to pick up.
Outstanding service department. Consistent leadership and support from Mark Espinoza who knows my Jag's history and is always so helpful to me. From drop off to loaner(Enterprise) to Mark's service advisor followup to electro mechanics technicians to warranty oversight to maintenance and repairs to pick up--all work as a team to provide expertise and seamless care to me and my Jag. ( I have purchased two XJRs here and the sales manager accommodated my requests and found the model and color that suited me.)
Linda has been super incredible in getting our RangeRover serviced during these unprecedented times. She checked in with me regularly and her uplifting spirit made for a very pleasant experience.
Linda in service was terrific. Huge turn around at this dealer!! Really trying hard to improve customer service since the ownership change and dealership remodel. We were definitely NOT going to buy Land Rover again (after four of them) but we might change our mind after yesterdays positive experience.
Linda in service is great she always gives top notch service. I am having difficulties with the FPace SVR I leased starting Nov 2019 . As soon as I got the car there was some brake noise. At 9153 miles June 2020 I took it in because the noise got louder. It needed new rotors and pads . I waited one month for the parts . I got the vehicle back and it still made noise when going in reverse. I needed service at 14415 oct 29. I mentioned I still had brake noise And now I need rear pads $890 . I regret getting this this car
Working with Maria has been absolutely amazing and easy. She is so kind, professional and extremely fast on getting everything done and back to you. I am so happy with my Range Rover purchase, and so glad i went to this dealership.
Land Rover Mission Viejo has the worst service ever. My vehicle was in for service and service adviser never on call to inform status of vehicle. It takes them a week to try to repair and diagnose problems. And their repair work is substandard. I have went back for the same problem 3 times and each time LRMV claim the problem is fixed.
I have been going to this dealership for past 5 years. I am generally happy with their service. Usually my car is washed and parked up front ready for pickup. But last couple of times, while I was told the car is ready for pickup, I had to wait around few minutes for the car to get washed and ready...
My vehicle required working on the drivers side window. The motor assembly was worked on . No complaints on service other than the cost almost $ 800.00 seems extremely high
I called in and spoke with Robert Shepard a sales person and explained that I wanted to get approved for a lease on a new 2014 RR before I went in due to me having a 10 month old who would not appreciate being at the dealership for a long time. A day later he said he got me approved for a lease, I gave them all they asked for (bank statements, ran my credit, DL, proof of residence) they told me to come down I was approved and I could pick up my car. I showed up they had me start signing paperwork when the GSM Tim showed up and said that he had made a mistake and not got my loan approved by the GM of the store and they could not release the car to me. They said that they would get it approved tomorrow which was Sunday and they would call me and I could come in and pickup the car. Sunday passed no call. I called them Monday and they were giving me the run around and not returning my calls again. I decided to show up and Tim told me that they had sold the car to another customer!!! These guys are A HUGE WASTE OF TIME, SCAM ARTISTS, go to Newport Beach they treat you a lot better!!! I wouldn't even give them star but I had to to write this review!
I ve been going to Mission Viejo Jaguar for 11 years, both for sales and service. Their service advisors and mechanics are professionals. Even with the change in ownership, they still treat their customers with respect and friendliness. This time was the same. The service advisor, Cesar Barrancas, was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is what one expects from a dealership if one of the world s most venerable automakers.
