I purchased a Tiguan Tsi in 2009, in 2012 after 48...

I purchased a Tiguan Tsi in 2009, in 2012 after 48,000 km. I had to change the engine by paying "only" the labor for around 1000 euros.
In 2016 after 60,000 km. and after the coupon made at the dealership Lodigiani of San Martino Siccomario the car gave me some problems, I went back to mentioning it but they reassured me that everything was okay but not because after a while I had to get it to pick up with the tow truck.
The engine to be changed again.
I have found little professionalism in the employees and I have noticed that German technology apparently is not very reliable.
How much will it cost me now and how much longer will I be without a car?
I await a promised email that does not arrive!

For Company policy, it was decided to rent a SKODA RAPID SPACENACK / 5P / Sedan from 09/2016 with long-term rental with automatic transmission. After just 22,000 km there was a gearbox problem (gears were skipping).
15 days of waiting and after millions of calls I find that there is MECHATRONIC damage and there are no spare parts in ITALY. Waiting times to get the car back ?? Undeclared and not calculable today

I state that I purchased a Seat Leon ST FR 2.0 150hp. Emme Car dealership from Varese.
Withdrawn on June 13, just retired (even after 10 minutes) I notice some problems with the bodywork, which I regularly point out in the dealership.
And it is at this point that CarEmme (dealership that shows off the AutoScout24 excellence certificate ... okay ...) gives the best of itself, starting from the seller (Davide) passing through Mr. Giordano Taverna (I believe the owner), yes they are completely dissolved (I called asking to speak with the property, something that never happened, I sent pec to headquarters, never received a reply).
A customer care that I would call pitiful, I do not recommend this dealership in the most absolute way, stay away from these businessmen who, after taking the money and delivering the car, no longer exist for them.
I do not regret the purchase, I regret having chosen you as a dealer ... NEVER AGAIN! And it is obvious that I will bring my (very negative) experience to all the people who will ask me for information about the vehicle and where I purchased it.
P.S .: only the intervention of Seat Italy, the problem is solved.

The minimum is one star, but if it were possible there would also be zero!
I bought my first golf in 1998 ever since I have always had Volkswagen bought from the same dealer.
I ordered a Volkswagen T-rock 1.5 TFSI DSG in February, it was supposed to arrive in mid-April, I was very happy. After a very long wait, they told me yesterday May 30 that the car will be produced in November.
You are not a serious company, I will never buy anything from you again and I will certainly not regret the problems with the windows and the noises of the starter motor, which all three of my golfs and my father's Audi A4 had. .
I won't buy a car from the group like Skoda or SEAT anymore, you have to close for me!

We wish to highlight, however, that our spare parts enjoy a 24-month unlimited mileage warranty, against
any production anomalies: from what you have communicated, the replacement of the engine at the organized Cirioni &
C. S.n.c. occurred in December 2014 and, therefore, the warranty on the installed spare part ended in December 2016.

For a proper investigation, however, we contacted the Company Cola S.r.l. and we learned from the Service Manager, who, while considering what happened, was not exceptional

We were also informed of the absence of correlations between this event and the previous intervention: finally, regardless

Yesterday I collected your registered letter for a recall (an electrical problem with the starter motor). I contacted the dealership and I heard that the intervention is free but, as the car must remain in the workshop 2/3 days, to have the replacement car I have to pay 40 + VAT per day (i.e. 49.60 ) ..... This is really absurd! No, I'm not going to spend 99.20 (2 days) or 148.80 (3 days) for something that I didn't ask for and that was due to your mistake !!!!

I made a purchase contract for an Audi a4 avant in February 2018, but to date "October 21, 2012" not only was not the car delivered to me but nobody deigned to give me an answer after countless phone calls, email and PEC. dealer and mother house top, pity that they are only when things are all right, but not in this case. They taught me that a good captain of a ship can be seen when the sea is in a storm.
After further insistence they tell me that the car is no longer deliverable with the configuration I have made. Today still after a week and several reminders have not returned the deposit.

Seriousness at zero. At the Audi Service Service Center in Savona, I show a problem on the air conditioner. At the invoice we pick up the items for climate control and refrigerant gas recharge. Shortly after, I go to the same workshop halfway through. morning of the day of the car delivery they call me asking me who did the work on the air conditioner.Your answer. I am told that using the tracer the climate coolant gas pipe is broken and that the car would be ready the following day. I give a replacement that I find on the invoice, repaint the same control to the climate, I pay the broken pipe and ... by magic they tell me that the refrigerant has remained inside. Impossible. Audi, a company simply absent from the customer and instrumentally hyperburocraticized to discourage customers from asserting their rights, in particular the guarantee. Mine, new car, defective from the beginning, with defects reported to the dealer immediately not only are not resolved after two expensive coupons (motire oil billed at 26 euros per liter!) But are not even recognized.
