No guarantee for the engine of my Multivan V ?? - replaced in December 2014 and always serviced in Volkswagen, a valve fell into a cylinder at 80,000 km !!! so, to liven up the day ......... Volkswagen COLA SRL Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles @ cironi & c s.r.l. Volkswagen Group Italia S.p.A.

"Dear Mr. Longa,

we refer to your e-mail dated 21 August, expressing, first of all, our regret for what happened to your
vehicle.

We wish to highlight, however, that our spare parts enjoy a 24-month unlimited mileage warranty, against
any production anomalies: from what you have communicated, the replacement of the engine at the organized Cirioni &
C. S.n.c. occurred in December 2014 and, therefore, the warranty on the installed spare part ended in December 2016.

For a proper investigation, however, we contacted the Company Cola S.r.l. and we learned from the Service Manager, who, while considering what happened, was not exceptional
possible to intervene as you wish.

We were also informed of the absence of correlations between this event and the previous intervention: finally, regardless
from the expiration of the warranty on the spare part installed by Cirioni in 2014, it is objectively impossible
endorse any defects on the component installed in the light of the mileage covered by your vehicle since
restoration.

We are aware that this response will not meet your expectations, but we trust in your understanding by virtue
of the above reasons. "
