In 2014 I purchased a new VW California from the dealership in Florence, after 6 months the camper's control unit broke down to lift the roof, turn on the fridge etc. and it was replaced under warranty. This year the ECU broke again and I had to pay 750 euros for the replacement. I am very disappointed with this vehicle that I thought was perfect and above all with the treatment received by the dealer who did not bother to ascertain whether these faults were due to a manufacturing defect. In addition to this negative review, I will forward my complaint to vW and make a large negative publicity.

Worst experience with a car manufacturer. Golf TGI ordered with the February promotion ... it took three months to let me know that the car would never be produced. Three months of car loan and rental, three months of ridiculous waiting and unnecessary expenses. It is ridiculous that one of the biggest brands in the world, at the time of the cloud and big data, takes three months just to realize that they have miscalculated. If the damage was not enough, even the insult, customer service responds with hilarious excuses ... Truly unspeakable, after 20 years of Volkswagen cars, they will certainly never see my money again. Not satisfied, a few weeks later I am contacted ... They have changed their mind ... Now the car I had ordered will be produced ... Too bad I have already turned elsewhere. It sounds like a joke but it is reality!

I bought my daughter a new Volkswagen Polo model at Km0 in November in this dealership that I immediately considered valid, BUT I WAS WRONG! The Vanni SRL dealership of Mr. Rossignoli Vanni of Villafranca di Verona, does not take its responsibilities, it first makes mistakes and then it does not go against the customer. My daughter used to tell me this winter that every now and then she found some CIMICE inside the cockpit itself, I thought that some bugs could come in sometimes and so I didn't give so much weight even though in my other cars I NEVER even found a bug. Now that spring starts, he tells me he finds AT LEAST 2 a day and I really think it's not normal. Even before buying the car, I noticed that inside the dealership, where the cars were displayed with the windows down and the doors open, there were bugs everywhere and even inside the cars themselves. The car always "sleeps" in the garage and my daughter only opens the doors to get on and off and NEVER opens the windows because she is terrified by this insect. At this point I thought of going to Mr. Vanni asking for explanations and his son Mattia claimed that it was not the first time that such a thing happened to him, adding, probably thinking that I am demented, which is a problem of the Pole mainly because it is probably was badly designed and there is some crack from which they pass and I was immediately advised by a company from Varese that carries out this type of disinfestation, telling me that the customers who had contacted it had been very happy with it. Here, with these words he confirmed to me that it was not the first time that a customer complained about a similar problem. So I contacted Vanni's other son, Giordano, who sold me the car and explained the problem to him, specifying that the bugs definitely came in before I took the car and asked him who would pay for the pest control , he, as if he "fell from the clouds" told me that such a thing never happened to him and he replied that Volkswagen would not cover this cost and therefore neither did the Vanni SRL dealership. At this point, I am forced to carry out the pest control at my expense and it will not be a problem because I prefer to protect my daughter's life by avoiding an accident caused by an insect that entered the dealership and "populated" the inside of the car whose manager is the dealership I'm talking about. I bought the car as new and without the option of bedbugs!
