I booked ID 3 first several months ago.
Now is the time to order it and Volkswagen would like me to do it without trying it and even without seeing it live but only in photography.
Unacceptable!!!
The rumors of major software problems are probably real.
So why sell a car that hasn't solved the problems yet?
Volkswagen has a lot to learn from Tesla not only technically but also with respect to customers
