Avoid at all cost. The installed unit has manufacturer's fault, confirmed by two independent engineers, but Vokera refuses to resolve the problem. They won't even honour their 5 years warranty. Shockingly rude customer service. Have never experienced anything like that. Other engineers adviced Vokera service dept is trained to treat customers such way. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all cost if you don't want to be left in a freezing house without the service in the middle the winter.
