It was the first time we had to go though this process, and it was very scary and stressful, we kinda felt like rushed to the process, between all that it had to be signed, she did had a lot of patience showing us houses, even that we saw a lot by our selves too, we ended up closing before the house was fully repaired, because she told us they do want to fix it, its just the matter of finding who wants to go all the way there (a little town outside the city), dont worry they will leave an escrow account with the tittle company, the documents are signed that they will do the repairs....
6 months after nothing has been repaired, we had to end up hiring a mortgage attorney (which its not cheap at all), and everyone just vanished like well you signed its your problem now...
My advice... dont let them rush you to sign anything, even if you have to start all over the qualification, better wait than end up like us...

My family and I moved to Texas from Colorado. I got in touch with a great realtor named Matthew Watson. He helped me over the phone with everything. He even set up a portal so when I came to Texas we already had some houses to check out.

Our situation was a bit hectic in that we not only needed to find a home that met a number of criteria but, that we needed to do so and close in approximately 30 days.
