I've been using VIVO since 2013. Specially thanks to Mrs Bernice Maze, the founder. She helped us bought our current home with 10% cheaper than list price. Also help me list our previous house for rental for 4 times. NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM. Very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
