We recently closed on a house in Plano, TX. Our realtor was Tanea K. from VIVO realty. Both me and my wife think we really had a wonderful experience and consider ourselves lucky to have found Tanea. She is very knowledgeable, very helpful, very quick on replying to messages. This was our first house purchase ever and obviously we lacked a lot of common-sense knowledge about so many things starting right from the basics of the process of loan/offer/inspection to nitty gritty details in the house like alarms/security-system/pool etc. She helped us all along and never pushed us into accepting anything we were not comfortable with. It was very much like having an experienced family member next to you whenever you needed them. I will be certain to recommend her to my friends who are looking for a house.
