Friendly and professional. Got a door and loaded in 2hrs.

Very nice people in the shipping office loaded me early even the gaurd was nice so if you come here treat them with respect and keep there place clean don't trash it for us.

so you get there, go thru the guards shack
they will have you start the reefer and then they will inspect your trailer
then you check in in the office
they gave me a door right away
people at the office are very nice
loading took about an hour (38K on a weight)
and then you get green light, go n pick up your pallets, then out thru the guards shack and that s about it
pretty standard but (!) quick n efficient
plus usually when you getting loaded with cheese those pallets are very heavy so you rig goes jumping hell but they did a very good job, didn t feel a thing.
and they have nice bathrooms for drivers;)

Truck entrance is off County Road C, from Route 23 W do not take 67 N, Woodland Rd has a no trucks sign, take next exit C.R. C north, truck entrance on Right just before Woodland Rd

Great experience loading! I arrived early (1hrs) and recieved a door right away. Nice people Great place to load with super friendly people. They get you in a dock right away,even if you re late,load you up and send you on your way. is taking 30 minutes to load

Terrible place for a truck driver. They knowingly overload you. It is their policy to load 44,000 on every truck regardless of what they driver says their truck can carry. When I showed them my empty trailer weight, i said no more than 42,790. The BOL said 35,000 pounds. A DOT officer pulled me over on the way to the truck stop to weigh, and pulled out their portable scales. I was 1,200 over weight. I fought it in court and the judge said it is legal to pull drivers over when they know shippers have a habit to overload. They did not have a scale on the facility. The ticket was $4,000, reduced to $500.

Guard was friendly, arrived hour and half early for my delivery and was given a door right away. Guard will check you in and take the seal off, then you do hard right and receiving office is in corner. Lady in receiving (Julie I believe) was very friendly. Do have a bathroom for you to use. Not sure about overnight parking but there are a few small places within 10 miles that don't show up in searches. Even a CAT scale about 6 miles away if you are loading here. Unloaded and paperwork in hand in under an hour.. Leaving before my appointment was scheduled! Love it! Even brought paperwork out to us.

Every review is 5 star , but my experience wasn t so perfect and excellent. I had appointment at 12:00 pm and was out at 2:30 pm. And I caught all the traffic from Chicago. The staff is nice.

Had a 10 am appointment arrived at 0800 loaded by 0845. Pre cool trailer to 33 and make sure it's clean.

Probably one of the friendliest shippers that I've been to. Easy to get to, plenty of room to maneuver, showed up a couple of hours early to my appointment and assigned me a door right away. Lady in the shipping office very friendly and very nice.

I work here, best place to work for, one of the high paying places in Plymouth nice clean environment.

As a driver for Northeast transport you cannot ask for a better place to load out of Sargentos. The staff is friendly,load you early if they can,clean facility and a good place to rest.

Hello their folks, I have to say, sargento foods is great for kindness, my live load appointment was this morning at 11:00. On Saturday June 05,2020 I pulled up to guard shack, 22:45 I was directed to go to shipping department I backed up to doc # 73 they loaded my trailer and at 01:00 on June 06,2020 I am leaving with bills in my hand. Driver's this shipping department also has overnight parking. 5 gold stars from me. Have a good weekend.

Very clean and efficient facility, I'm happy to know that products I have chosen come from a place like this one.

Have no complaints about this facility, from arrival to departure everything runs smooth. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

After two hours of waiting, I went to check ,why they were not calling me. The woman said she forgot me, nothing that I had an unloading the same day and now I will be late

I should have read the reviews before I accepted my load. I agree with most of the reviews by other drivers. This place is a joke. Poor management and slow unloading process. They don't let early deliveries and they don't respect appt times either. I will gladly refuse any future loads to or from this customer.

Masks are to be worn. Guy ahead of me (Russian/Bosnian?) wasn't wearing a mask, was asked to provide his info. Upon stepping to the window, was asked where my mask was. Told clerk I have a Medical Exemption. Was told to return and stay in my truck and given a number to call. That's fine. Got a door immediately but wasn't started for 1 hr and it took over an hour to load.

Great place, very professional and courteous. Got me checked in and on a door in nothing flat. The loading time was good and they don't beat the hell out of your trailer.
