Our situation was a bit hectic in that we not only needed to find a home that met a number of criteria but, that we needed to do so and close in approximately 30 days. We looked at quite a number of homes in a very short time and our agent, Ferris Segovia at Vivo, was extremely patient with us throughout the process. Though the situation demanded urgency, we never once felt rushed to make any decisions in this process, and if we had any questions or concerns, Ferris was always quick to get us an answer, and really alleviated a lot of the stress we had going forward.
