Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon Review

Centrally located, and easily accessible. The staff is friendly, and you see a genuine smile on their faces across the ranks. One of the lady executives in the higher ranks personally stopped by at the reception to greet us and enquire about our stay. We were using the pool in the evening, and the head of the fitness center stopped by to enquire about my wife's regime, and shared tips to make her game stronger. The buffet spread was decent. It'd be great if you can add one of those mini BT speakers to the room. :) Overall a good experience!

Good hotel for business conferences, workshops etc, located right next to HUDA City Centre metro station. Otherwise, fails to impress as a Taj property.

It's lobby is unbelievable. Exquisite layout.....no doubt a great venue.

I've only eaten here at the coffee shop and Thai restaurant. The experience was good.

Average experience, nice room, great food, lavish buffet spread.
Cannot compare with Taj Palace, Delhi hospitality and space. Reception doesn't even greet you even if you tell them the occssion (birthday / anniversary), no cake as token of celebration while outside food/parcel not allowed.
Swimming pool was empty, No place to roam around the just hotel room, this is more for business travellers than couples.

The front office needs a bit more training, breakfast is ok. The rooms, spa and pool are great.

Warm welcome and great courtesy at all levels, beginning from the airport pickup, right upto baggage drop at the airport at time of departure! Stay has been very comfortable.
Ambience, the signature fragrance, plush interiors, excellent maintenance services, round the clock in house meals, pepped up personal pantry, clean and upbeat interior design.
Absolutely sound proof rooms with all facilities and modern amenities. Classy restroom with impeccable decor and hygiene.
Round the clock security and ground team service upto the mark.
And cherry on the top, flexibility to accommodate your needs and specific situations is commendable.

We had wonderful experience staying at taj.. We went there for my daughter, s birthday celebrations. We were upgraded to a suite. Everything went perfect for us. Will like to visit there soon.

Beautiful and delicious food

Great hotel. The rooms are large and very modern, the location is great. Staff is courteous and helpful. They suggested that they can increase my check out time as I was facing some delay in travel. In room dining is decent, albeit a little overpriced. Gurgaon has great food options which will deliver till the hotel lobby, I recommend exploring swiggy and Zomato rather than ordering room service. Hotel restaurant and bar, on the other hand, are amazing. Definitely check those out.

The place is so beautiful that can't be express by words.

Only good thing is that it is accessible directly from airport, otherwise place is just okay kind of.

Hotel is very good. Food is also good but lacks taste.. but google map take you to back gate if you follow the directions.

I stay here every year on my marrige anniversary to unwind and relax with wife. Would highly recommend the place and the breakgast as always is amazing.

I had a ok and satisfying experience for my 1 night stay. The facilities were really good and all the staff were very positive and extremely courteous. A comfortable stay accompanied with the right kind of ambience. The rooms are spanking clean as if the hotel is a new property. The delectable buffet breakfast spread is an added bonus. Rooms on the high floor have an magnificent view.L ocation is most suitable for all types of travellers. Value For Your Money. Must Experience The Comfort Of Stay, Taste Of Widely Offered Cuisines. The breakfast spread very good with tremendous variety. However the overall quality was not of the standard of a Taj Hotel. Service was acceptable, In Room Dinning was below standard. Would not recommend for the price of a Taj Hotel. The sleep quality was comfortable and I like the toiletries that were provided. Upon asking they also provided me with a robe. The hotel is close to majority of malls and party places. Overall an ok stay not exceptional. Front desk should be better and service needs to be consistent.
