I had a ok and satisfying experience for my 1 night stay. The facilities were really good and all the staff were very positive and extremely courteous. A comfortable stay accompanied with the right kind of ambience. The rooms are spanking clean as if the hotel is a new property. The delectable buffet breakfast spread is an added bonus. Rooms on the high floor have an magnificent view.L ocation is most suitable for all types of travellers. Value For Your Money. Must Experience The Comfort Of Stay, Taste Of Widely Offered Cuisines. The breakfast spread very good with tremendous variety. However the overall quality was not of the standard of a Taj Hotel. Service was acceptable, In Room Dinning was below standard. Would not recommend for the price of a Taj Hotel. The sleep quality was comfortable and I like the toiletries that were provided. Upon asking they also provided me with a robe. The hotel is close to majority of malls and party places. Overall an ok stay not exceptional. Front desk should be better and service needs to be consistent.
