The ambience was really nice, and so was the food, stay was short lived but had no complaints whatsoever

You can sense the aroma in the air as soon as you enter the hotel. Excellent services, well behaved staff, Top quality food, really heavy for pocket.

Can easily find best cars parked outside this hotel.

Attended a meeting and found the music a bit loud in the restaurant area.Also during my 1:1 meeting the person serving in the restaurant came twice to ask if I want anything and I was distracted. Finally, we shifted to a conference room and I found the charges( for booking the meeting room) bit overpriced. Positives - meeting room was well organized with projector , snacks and writing pad etc. Overall good experience but my expectation was more from the Taj.

Went there for the second time and as usual Taj never fails to impress!

Sad service. We had called and made a reservation for a table for 3 at Culina. We were celebrating my hubby's birthday. None of them knew about our reservation. Service person didn't know what Vegetarian appetiser to suggest. He had only paneer as an option. Food taste was no way near Taj quality.

Good ambience. Good food. Service a bit slow and lethargic. I visited there for lunch on my wife's birthday. Requested in advance over the phone for a small cake after the lunch. Normally in other 5 star places, you don't have to remind them after the meal for cake to be brought in, and once you give an indication that the cheque has to be paid, the cake with candle is a ready before the cheque comes. But here, they just brought the cheque and then after a while, I had to remind them of the request I made well in advance, in front of my wife. So the charm of giving her a surprise cake was gone. Found the staff a bit lethargic on the communication within.

Food is good. Had salmon chips , it was awesome. Must try

Went for a business trip. The room, staff and food were all amazing. Couldn't recommend it more if it's in your price range

What should I say, this is one of the best hotel available in Gurgaon. Embience and atmosphere are unforgetable. Staff is also really good. Have to say one of best option I have ever stayed. I will be surely coming here again. Will suggest to anyone visiting here

Good hotel. There is an outdoor pool, in which there are practically no guests, a lot of space. Tomorrow is a European sample.

Food good quality but had pretty much same breakfast menu every single day.

A true taj experience. The staff, the anvience, the food and the overall experience justifies the brand name. Very near to the most happening sector 29 market. Staff at Culina 44 restaurant is great. Special mention to Jeevan, Kailash and Mohit. They made my stay one of the most memorable one.

It was a beautiful experience. The room was lovely, and the breakfast spread was dynamic & delicious. The only disappointment was the exhorbitant price of the in-room dining menu - the taste & quantity was not value for money. Otherwise, the hospitality is warm & welcoming and I had a great time. Will definitely visit again!

Yeah but it is costly as ll 5* are i just loved the transparency of the lobby area.

Good staff, helpful, proactive and cheerful. Food served was not at Taj standard. You get routine services as expected - valet, bar etc.

Very nice property with a beautiful room. The breakfast is just awesome at this place. The pool deck is pretty stylish as well. The services offered are great. Located at a prime location its is easily accessible. We got our funnel clubbed with our booking n the buffet dinner was great.

As compared to other Taj hotels like Taj Mansingh n Taj Palace in ND, the hotel has contemporary architecture. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable. The only improvement required is at the coffee shop. For dinner, we waited for quite a long time to be served. But as I shared my experience with the hotel staff, they took our feedback positively and gave us a good service at breakfast in Culina 44. Must try in Culina 44 for breakfast is south Indian cuisine. Idli, medu vada and sambar were really good. I have tried the softest idli n vada for the first time. For dinner, if you are going for non veg, then you will like it. For drinks, we tried Masala grape n sweet lime which was quite different n nice. Infact, the different thing here for dinner is tea n coffee in buffet. Usually hotels don't provide beverages like tea n coffee for dinner. Being a tea lover, I pretty liked this add on.

Taj is clearly visible from the road but the entrance is a drawback..the property inside does justice to it's brand name....it's exhobirantly expensive...the pastries were priced above 300 ( half pound cake ) wait u need to include taxes too
