It's a shame paradise the state of the rooms, WiFi and other details

Amazing hotel !! Excellent food, the attention of the staff in general, all excellent !! The animation the hotel itself, wonderful, I would go back all my life !! They made me spend a unique stay !!

Excellent ! I was happy the 3 opportunities that I visited. As a recommendation, I suggest a less aggressive selling strategy for "timeshare."

The hotel is very nice ... the service too and the people always willing to help you and serve you. recommended to stay there.

Great beach, big hotel with many different beach sections as well as diving possibilities

Overall is very good! Too bad it goes too fast, most of the staff are very helpful. The infrastructure is very complete, food, amenities .. the sea is a little colder than in Punta Cana but cleaner, without algae and has many fish for snorkeling.

We are staying here as a family. We arrived on 16 and had a bad experience unfortunately. We booked at Palace thinking we would have some better service and we found the opposite

Good attentions but the food, drinks are a bit bad in quality. You have no games in the pool.

Great Beach, hotel atmosphere, food, swimming pools and animation team. I have first time attentd to those kind of activities. Joga on sunshine, catamaran lesson, Zumba, aqua aerobic. Nice music . The only doubts about the rooms, could be a little refresh.

Great . Return to next October.

It is a wonderful place, we really did not have a good experience with a particular worker, we could not attribute something bad to the place for him! We had an amazing time, the hotel is very big, we had the possibility of touring everything from both the palace and the beach and it would only improve the quality of its food, but the wonderful infrastructure and its beach even better! It's all very beautiful at times exhausting how big it is and how much you have to walk but it's all worth it! After a while the vip bracelet is very noticeable and that could bother a little but within everything it is a normal distinction of the vip and any tourists.

I was staying with my wife and my three children from December 16 to 23 and the truth is that the Resort met our expectations.
It is true that they should improve some things such as the Internet, the $ charge for the safe, the fairly basic drinks in the pools and the replacement of water and drinks in the room.
The rest quite good, like the meals and varieties, the animation team with a great foam party in the beach pool, the room was clean and the staff is quite friendly, the beach is beautiful and large.
My children preferred to be in the Beach facilities because they were more entertaining. The hotel is very nice and big, right there you can buy a diving tour, Catalina and Saona Islands.
We have been to other Resorts in Cancun and Punta Cana, but this one met our expectations and we loved it, we would return another time.

The facility is beautiful! The sandy beach is right outside the door and there are enough loungers. You don't have to worry and reserve a lounger at six in the morning.
Be sure to bring something to snorkel, there are great fish to see.
Unfortunately, the rooms are getting old and the view of cleanliness is different than that of us Germans.
Unfortunately there is only one German television station, zdf neo. Of course, stupid on a rainy day.

I been going to viva since 2005, we just came back 2 weeks ago, and I am so impressed with the service its extremely good, the food, the variety ,the employees now are very friendly, the hotel is very clean. I can't wait to go back again.

An old complex with Mallorca feeling (couches reserved, loud music, hardly any space on the beach). We were here 4 times and that was the last time.

I loved. When you go there you will not get bored they have a great variety of sports and activities to do during the day such as Archery, Trapeze, Tennis, Pin-pon, Beach Volleyball, among others.Many activities within the sea very entertaining such as Wakeboarding and many more.
Throughout the day the entertainers are doing activities such as zumba, various types of dance to which you can join and participate in them.
Every night they do shows and then dance at the party.
The food in the buffet is very good and the snak places too, apart you can book an appointment in the restaurants such as the Mexican, Italian, Japanese themed, among others.
It is a clean place and has good room service.

Attention of staff and places that invite you to dream

Great hotel. Clean rooms, nice courteous staff. The sea and the beach are unbeatable. The entertainment was not to my taste, sometimes totally unmotivated.

It's an all inclusive, but with very few menus, except for a couple of spaces, the rest are kids for the amount of people they host.

Dirty rooms, skins for everything and all types, mobile roti .... shame that I threw my money ... I mean that it costs little and no good and not even so little ...... to say ...

Not cold enough in the room, people smoking everywhere even in the no smoking places.
We are vip and don't get the respect that owners should. Everywhere it's French and Italian so sick of how pushy and rude they are.

Nice hotel, excellent food options and really good food. Lot of animation and in the evening good shows. The hotel owner is Italian and so are mostly guests Italian. Unfortunately the language no. 1 is Italian, too. You can hardly speak English; German only outside the hotel with German tour operator or German bar. The whole area is made for Italian guests! Even outside the hotel they speak Italian and Spanish only. But good quality + price for this all inclusive hotel and a nice beach of course!

Heaven on the wonderful quiet place where you can really spend some nice holidays rest rest assured! Wonderful locals! I've been there 2 times already and I think I'll be back soon

It is a wonderful beach with stunning sunsets. The hotel has a lot to improve, especially rooms. I visited 2 of its restaurants, beautiful and excellent menu. The issue is that of the 5 nights we were, only 2 and the rest of the buffet corresponded to us, and this is really bad

We were very happy with our holiday. The hotel is right next to the beach and can be shared by the Palace visitors. Accordingly, there are 3 main restaurants and 7 or 8 a la carte restaurants available. The rooms were not cleaned very well. That's the only negative about this hotel. Was not very important for us. We would come back alone because of the beautiful sea. The photos are not edited. The sea and the many palm trees on the beach are fantastic.
