This is a belated post, but one I feel compelled to make. Towards the end of March I experienced car trouble on my way to Murfreesboro, TN. My 2009 Mercedes Diesel's check oil light came on and the car needed attention. Had no idea where to go for service so I decided to pull into the closest facility that could possibly help. Luckily I chose Victory Nissan West.

Matt Cartwright and his team diagnosed the problem in no time. They secured my loose oil cap, determined the type oil that was needed, and replaced the oil that was lost. This was all accomplished in a very timely manner.

I very much appreciate the courtesy that was extended to me by Matt Cartwright and Victory Nissan West.

Thank you

You HAVE to read this experience from beginning to end. You WON T BELIEVE how easy they made this on me. I m a single mom. As such, it s OVERWHELMING walking through the door of a dealership. I ll skip over the myriad of experiences that make it such. However, last month, I walked through the doors of Victory Nissan West in Dickson. I was kindly greeted, I stated that I was in the market for a new vehicle and upon those words, I was introduced to Cheyenne (a sales woman which immediately helped me relax). After some preliminary test drives and chit chat about what I was looking for, I told her I was shopping around and I left.

LITTLE DID I know HOW MUCH she paid attention to me.

Cheyenne checked in with me a few times afterward by text message, usually to tell me about a new incentive or vehicle that had landed on their lot that she felt had my name on it and quite frankly, she impressed the heck out of me. She knew my needs TO THE LAST DETAIL. And she was ALWAYS going in the right direction. She NEVER pushed me, hounded me, or suggested anything beyond my comfort level for the sake of her pocket.

Of COURSE she earned every bit of my trust and I couldn t wait to sign on the dotted line. I m SO IN LOVE with the new vehicle Cheyenne helped me get, all the numbers were perfect. The process was seamless.

Let s talk about Michael. Every car-buyer knows the paperwork process is dreadful. Nobody wants to sit in the dealership for two hours and sign their life away.

I didn t! Michael had my paperwork all prepared, ready, BEFORE I arrived. It was UNHEARD of organization. You feel like a VIP.

Michael arranged to have a few upgrades I wanted the very same day and then he personally delivered the vehicle to my home that evening, all shiny and beautifully upgraded. It was just above and beyond.

Just walk through the doors of Victory Nissan West and let Cheyenne listen to your needs and get to work. You will get EXACTLY what you want, easiest process ever.

If i could give a half of star i would. Do not buy any vechicle from there. I financed a 2012 nissan rogue from there not even a year ago. The transmission is going out so I called them. Had an appt to speak to Carrie about what can be done. I called since the nissan rogue wont go anywhere. Where I was told carrie who i had appt with had left for the day. So I was told to come in and talk to Austin. I got a ride there. And asked for Austin who is busy with another customer then I was pushed on to someone else. So needless to say waste of time i was offered to trade it in but i will have to pay $6000.00 to $7000.00 in negative equity. Or I could finance another car and 2 payments. So I am stuck paying for a POS that doesn't move and no resolution in sight. Or have this ruin my credit. To let it go back.

In May of 2018 I went to this place and bought a 2013 Rogue and the transmission was already bad and they knew it and sold it to me anyway, after I found out about the transmission I found out that the CVT's are no good in any of these, I called corporate and they won't help, I am stuck paying for a car that I can't drive very far at a time or it will die on me, and I can't afford to pay the cost to have the transmission fixed. So be aware when you buy a Nissan . They make a faulty part and only warranty it for just so long and if it goes bad after the warranty , well it on you to worry about.

Called to look at a vehicle drove an hour only to not be able to test drive it that night. Not a big deal they agreed to meet the next day so I didn't have to drive all the way again since it was unable to be driven that night. Agreed on a price and after work to meet in Clarksville. Next day Austin texts and says trucks ready and told me a price 1,000 over agreed price plus the 599 doc fees when no loan is being done through them. Disagreed on the price and said wasn't what we agreed on basically got the owell sorry. I would avoid this and relaying this information to the FT Campbell Page so other service members are aware to avoid this dealer and find a different one.

Definitely never doing business there again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bought a used Jeep in May. 2 days in I had transmission issues. They "could not get it to replicate" even though it happened almost every day I drove it. They eventually fixed it under Warrenty after having it for 6 weeks and sending it to the chrystler/Jeep/Dodge dealership. I have yet to receive my plates, Title and registration. Don't bother leaving a message. Nobody will ever call you back about anything. At least everyone was nice and they had snacks and coffee.

Bought a brand new Titan and the bed was crooked. Went to the dealer to get it fixed and they said they wouldn't because apparently all of them were that way. My family has bought at least 5 vehicles here and they lost a customer for life over a simple fix.

Jeff Jones is the man! Don t talk to anyone else or look any further than Victory Nissan in Dickson. Very personable staff and super accommodating. It was raining outside so they pulled the cars in the building so we could look without getting wet. Jeff treated us like VIPs and we will definitely do business with victory in the future. I have been burned by car dealerships in the past, but Victory is a different caliber. Great deals. Great people! Thanks Jeff Jones for an incredible experience!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I thought the courtesy would stop the moment I purchased my car and drove away from the lot. I was wrong. Everyone at Victory Nissan of Dickson has been more than helpful. Anytime I have a question I can pick up the phone and call my salesperson Jeff Jones and if he can't help, he'll find someone who can. Recently went in for my first scheduled maintenance. I called Chelsea the day I was scheduled to go in because I had another appointment I had to make that day and thought I would need to reschedule. Chelsea made every effort she could to make sure that she could get me in that day but also make it to my next appointment on time. She went above and beyond even after my maintenance by helping me update my contact information in their system and going as far as walking me out to me car and making sure my next maintenance alert was set in my car. Every person I've encountered along the way has been a pleasure. Jeff, Michael, Janet, Chelsea and Kayla thank you all for your outstanding customer service. The culture you've created at Victory Nissan is what makes people want to come back.

Service made it super easy to fix a small problem on a vehicle I just bought. I dropped it off the night before, they fixed it, then left it out for to pick up As I was unable to get there before closing.(your dealership has shorter hours due to the virus).

UPDATE 10/18/2020:

The above review happened just days after purchasing the vehicle. Now that I've had it for half a year, things are quite different...

I would recommend going elsewhere. This vehicle was "certified pre-owned" and I really have to question their process of how they "certify" their used cars. I purchased this back in February 2020 but because of COVID, I haven't even driven it enough for it to have its first oil change. Yes, the sales person was nice, service is also nice but at the end of the day, You're there to buy a vehicle that you're happy with. I'm not happy. I wanted this car because it was an Altima midnight edition and had the black wheels I wanted. When they pulled the car around for me to test drive it, the black wheels were gone. They stated "one of the wheels was damaged and the tire would not hold air so they had to swap them out." I should have taken that as a sign and walked away then and there.... That only happens if someone smacks into a curb. But my bad, I didn't walk away.
I bought this car with only 20k miles on it. Here are my issues:

- at 22k miles (only drove it 2k miles) I had to replace both rear brakes and have the rotors machined. They were metal to metal. A vehicle with only 22k miles on it SHOULD NOT NEED NEW BRAKES and you would think they would have checked the pads as part of their certification. The dealership would not cover the repairs as they deamed it "wear and tear".

- when signing papers, I was told the car had a clean carfax report. No collisions. I just went through the paperwork I was given, read the carfax, and low and behold, it clearly states the vehicle was In a collision. I only pulled that out and read it because.....

- the paint is starting to peel off the back bumper in 5 separate places. This isn't due me hitting anything. I noticed the paint forming bubbles in several places and now they've peeled. This tells me it's not the original rear bumper and that they shoddily painted another rear bumper and put it on my car.

Engine wise, no issues yet but all of this has taken place in the first 5k miles. I have to wonder, what else will go wrong? What else did they not check? I'll be trading this vehicle in as soon as I can.

UPDATE 10/19/20

James the service manager and Kayla the customer service manager both reached out to me after the above review. They genuinely want to figure out and fix the issues my vehicle has. I'll be taking it in to them so they can look at things. I'll keep you updated.....

The sells and finance team are great! The service center is the worst I have ever seen! If you have a service done here plan to spend at least 2 hours if not longer waiting. I have pictures of 4 guys working on one car either putting coolant or windshield washer fluid in while I sat waiting for tires on my parents truck. Mind you I am still waiting 2 and half hours later. Talked to the service manager and several staff while everyone just kept giving a runaround story. After my cardoc is done I wont be back!

I think the management here are Liars and shady characters that hide known defects of vehicles and pass them onto buyers. I am an unfortunate person who had this happen to. I Will NEVER BUY FROM VICTORY AGAIN!!!

We will not be returning to this dealership for an oil change. First of all its double the price at this dealership than any other nissan dealership for an oil change. Car wash wasn't that good and they didn't vacuum the car out like we were told on the phone. The MPI sheet was incorrectly marked as it said all of our fluids were good, and they were not. And the guy that met us at the car in the beginning to see what we wanted done was rude.

I was visiting from out of town when I realized I needed an oil change, so I decided to go to victory nissan. My service advisor Evann made it seem as if I had been a lifetime customer. He was knowledgeable and provided me with recommendations that know one had ever done before at previous dealerships. No pressure and answered every question without hesitation. I will be driving back to victory nissan when I get ready to get a new vehicle!

Evann Cole in service went above and beyond helping me this weekend. Another Nissan had promised me a free oil change and said I could go to any Nissan service department, which ended up being untrue. They ended up taking care of it between the two dealerships and Evann was so kind even tho it was alot of extra work for him.

These folks are always good to get scheduled service knocked out in a hurry. That combined with a complete review of the work done to your vehicle and suggestions for future preventative maintenance makes it more than worth the hour long drive to get there.

First off there were a couple of guys acting so unprofessional and cussing like a sailor at each other out loud where everyone could hear them. Then the guy I had as a sales person couldn't even sit down with us for more than a minute. He kept getting up and down and walking around. Stayed on his phone constantly and hardly talked to us. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

go next door to the Chevy dealer or anywhere else! sure they're nice and laughing with ya while your signing the dotted line but that goes away as soon as the door shuts behind you. my mom and dad bought an New altima and the gas lid light has been on from week one. on the third trip to the dealer they say it's rodent damage not warranty work. also they removed the owners manual and haven't returned it even after asking twice. other vehicles sit at their house without"rodent damage". I find it hard to believe they chose this one vehicle to chew on and not the others. no way to treat veteran, old folks ,customers or anyone. any dealer but victory Nissan in Dickson tn. very unpleased and they won't be back.

Really good spot to get a new or used Nissan. This is the third car I have purchased from them. The dealership is very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it takes an unreasonable amount of time to deal with the financial person. Not that he's not nice or anything because he is but he is the only one doing this job and if you are in a hurry or if they are really busy you may want to wait on a time. For people on a time schedule this part takes the longest and if there are 2 or more waiting you may become frustrated. I know I did. Other than that, go get a new or used Nissan.

I took my 350z in to get it looked at for an engine tick and handling issues. I was met with friendly customer service from Chelsea and Michael and felt safe and trusting when leaving my most prized possession in the hands of those that I got the car from. It was the next day, however, that I found myself feeling disappointed and a little betrayed. Their service tech, Aaron, had "test driven" it and was going to dismiss it as nothing wrong until I asked to have the tires balanced. It was then that he claimed that my rear passenger side wheel bearing was going bad and the reason for my tick was a bad starter. Last I checked, starters don't continue to make noise after an engine has started. But the real kick in the teeth was when I got back behind the wheel and not only did it feel worse than when I took it in, but something about it smelt burnt. I was not very thrilled at all with the level of service the tech used and I feel he did a little more joy riding than test driving as the tick and vibration are much worse now.

This dealer has lost our business. We purchase a 2017 Nissan Sentra from here in November 2017. The customer service is poor. The sales person never went over the vehicle with us. We reserve a Sentra online and we didn't get we got something different and the sticker price was totally different than the sticker price online that we didn't get once again.

Then we moved from Tennessee to Michigan come to find out that our vehicle was never registered with the state of Tennessee. Victory Nissan was still holding the registration to the vehicle. We had to make several calls to the dealer to get the registration to the vehicle. Our insurance agent even had to make a call to the dealer to get the registration to the vehicle.

We finally got the registration to the vehicle on March 20.2018 four months after we purchase the vehicle.

All we heard was excuses and more excuses. All this dealer is a phony. If we were still in Tennessee I would go to Kentucky to purchase our next Nissan

This has been my absolute best experience buying a vehicle, EVER! Gene was extremely helpful in narrowing down my selections to exactly what i was looking for. He was highly educated on all of the vehicle's features and touchstones. Victory Nissan of Dickson gave me the best price, service and dedication that every customer should get to experience. Thank you Jason, Gene, Jonathan and McKenzie for all of your help!
